I've had Alex fix my iPhone 5s and my girlfriend's iPhone 5s on two separate occasions. The service has been both fast and efficient! He's come out and met us at a location of choice and provided excellent service both in fixing the phones and interacting with customers. Alex has been a great repair technician and he has been able to walk us through and provide information for us during each repair. Fast service and phones look great. Had my IPhone 7 Plus repaired for a broken screen and my daughters Iphone 5 for broken screen and broken camera. My fix was done by a gentleman who was filling in from a shop in Tempe - he was crazy nice and friendly and had it fixed in less than 45 mins. Fair price and great work. Daughters was fixed by another gentleman and it was quick and done right. About an hour total on hers. They were both honest about options and costs and the phones have been working great and no longer cutting our fingers! I will definitely return if I have another issue with my phone. Took my phone in on 6/11/19 for cracked front and back screen. Charged me $180. My phone NEVER worked right after that. After that it was charging intermittently and not showing charging sign. Bluetooth not working and many more issues. After taking it to Apple they showed me how front screen not connected correctly, and back of phone wasn't even put on right. These 2 items caused my phone not to work correctly nor charge right. NEVER..NEVER again. There isn't even a main/home office to complain to. What kind of company is this to waste $180. I have an iPhone 6 that acted up after I went through airport security. The screen flickered constantly with horizontal and vertical white lines rolling through the screen. I called the Apple Store first, was put on hold for 15 minutes, and then told that they couldn't diagnose the problem without examining the phone. I then went to Yelp and found Rapid IPhone Repair. I called their number and described the problem to the person who answered the phone. He recognized the problem right away, told me I probably needed to have the LCD screen replaced, and gave me a quote. I came into the store the next day and had the screen replaced within 1 hour. The guy that works here all day is a hack. He recommended I change my battery after a year and a half I've had my phone and I have nothing but issues with my phone jumping in percentage to it shutting off early with low battery. Of course he blames the block and cable that I'm using to charge my phone, this is my third battery and still the same issues wish I wouldn't never change batteries in the first place. I brought my Apple Watch series 4 to this location with a cracked screen, they worked quickly on it. However, about a week later I got a white screen and it went completely black. I called in and they told me to bring it in, about a day later they called and said it had water damage. Since having the screen replaced I haven't had any water on my watch because I was hesitant to believe it would still be water proof. Now I did ask the man working when I picked it up if having the screen replaced would impact the water proof setting- he stated "no, it does not because the screen has nothing to do with the motherboard". I went in to pick up my watch since they stated they could do absolutely nothing to back up their own work. They had my watch in 2 pieces, I looked at the motherboard to see if there was a water damage mark and nothing- I just have to trust the word of these people that said it wouldn't impact the thing it supposedly broke and am out now $160 for a screen plus the watch. My problem is I SPECIFICALLY asked about the water proof and he said it wouldn't have an correlation but interesting that it just so happens to be the one thing they don't cover under their "warranty". Also, had absolutely no customer service. DO NOT TRUST THEM. read more
