The guy that works here all day is a hack. He recommended I change my battery after a year and a half I've had my phone and I have nothing but issues with my phone jumping in percentage to it shutting off early with low battery. Of course he blames the block and cable that I'm using to charge my phone, this is my third battery and still the same issues wish I wouldn't never change batteries in the first place. I brought my Apple Watch series 4 to this location with a cracked screen, they worked quickly on it. However, about a week later I got a white screen and it went completely black. I called in and they told me to bring it in, about a day later they called and said it had water damage. Since having the screen replaced I haven't had any water on my watch because I was hesitant to believe it would still be water proof. Now I did ask the man working when I picked it up if having the screen replaced would impact the water proof setting- he stated "no, it does not because the screen has nothing to do with the motherboard". I went in to pick up my watch since they stated they could do absolutely nothing to back up their own work. They had my watch in 2 pieces, I looked at the motherboard to see if there was a water damage mark and nothing- I just have to trust the word of these people that said it wouldn't impact the thing it supposedly broke and am out now $160 for a screen plus the watch. My problem is I SPECIFICALLY asked about the water proof and he said it wouldn't have an correlation but interesting that it just so happens to be the one thing they don't cover under their "warranty". Also, had absolutely no customer service. DO NOT TRUST THEM. read more

Super quick repair. My iPhone 5S works perfectly. Very happy with the repair! Sadly I'm terrible at taking care of my phone. My screen was literally shattered and falling into pieces. Cutting my fingers when ever I'd answer a call. But 1 phone call and about $80 - $90 later my phone was good as new. Apple Store wanted $130 plus tax and couldn't see for 2 weeks! I have a "unusual" model phone (Huawei Google Nexus 6P) that desperately needed a new battery. Here is an update. My sons iPhone was less than a year old and was purchased new directly from Apple. His screen was stepped on in his soccer bag and he could still receive calls but could not use the touch screen so he tried to save money by taking it to this phone repair shop. When he picked up his phone nothing worked, it would turn on but he couldn't receive calls or texts and it gave an error message. After spending hours with Apple, Verizon, and being scammed by a fake Apple care number online, we ended up having to buy a whole new phone. We have no idea what actually happened to the phone, but thankfully the problem is resolved with another new phone. We originally were told by the technician at Apple the SIM card had been replaced by a fake one. After further investigation that was not the problem. We don't know what happened after fixing the screen but realize it could have been an honest mistake of just a really broken phone of a bad repair job. I can't give more than 3 stars but I do apologize for our wrong initial determination regarding the SIM card. read more

My iPhone 6 had been acting up for a couple months, where the GPS and Bluetooth were barely working and the WiFi signal was always weak. I finally did some research online and found a likely culprit in a part called the flex antenna. Took it to these guys and they replaced the antenna in a few hours, but when I came to test the phone it still wasn't working. They said that there was one other part that it could be, that would require some soldering to replace, but that they would fix that too and not charge any more on top of the original agreed-upon price. They had it ready in a few more hours, and I gave him an extra $20 because between the parts and labor it was easily justified. Really nice guy that I worked with, they got things done quickly and were very responsive over e-mail (since I didn't have a phone). Inexpensive and so far it's like having a brand-new phone. Everything over a network is much faster, and my Bluetooth and GPS are working again. Also I think it cost me about 25-30% what it would have to take it to Apple, even with the extra $20.
