We noticed that the wood strip underneath our sink cabinets were discolored and damp, and we couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. We had three different plumbers come out for estimates, and each one ran a camera through the sewer pipe to find some broken areas that were leaking. Each one suggested an epoxy lining of the sewer pipe, or a re route of new pipes through the yard. The last one said that he would not do the epoxy, which we wanted, saying that the pipe was too far gone. I decided to get a few more estimates, and contacted Wesley with Rapid Rescue. Wesley came out, he ran the camera, but he also spent alot of time asking us questions and investigating all aspects of the situation. He told us that the water affecting the cabinets was not coming from the sewer line because gravity wouldn't make that possible, so he concluded that the leak had to be coming from above. With our permission he opened up an area of drywall under the sink and found that the drain pipe from the sink to the sewer was the source of the leak. When he removed it, it was broken in two pieces. Incredible that none of the others discovered this, and would have done the epoxy on the sewer and we would still have a major problem. Needless to say we hired him on the spot, and he went to work right away, removing the drain pipe and replacing it with new pipe. Then his crew came out the next day and did the epoxy job on the sewer. We also asked Wesley if he would fix the drains under both bathroom sinks, which he took care of right away. Wesley is very polite and professional, he cleans up after every job, and on top all that, he was the only plumber to offer us 0% financing through a lender he works with, the application was quick and simple, and we were approved in minutes. It's an understatement to say I'm particular when hiring professionals for our home. I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past--either with the workmanship or the worker.
