Nice new car wash that is conveniently located. Good value, we pay the monthly fee and can go as often as we like. They have plenty of room for drying off your car and use the vacuum. I would recommend this car wash, just use your own tape to secure your back window wiper, the machine is pretty aggressive with the back wipers. read more

I received a voucher in the mail for a free wash from this company, I really loved their set up because they have so many open spaces to vacuum and to do any last minute touch ups. While I was vacuuming, I accidentally locked all of my belongings in my car (phone, wallet, keys). I panicked and asked the woman next to me if I could borrow her phone. Next thing I know, an angel appeared and his name was Eddie (manager). He asks me if I locked myself out and i respond, yes. Immediately he goes inside and grabs a couple tools to help me open the door. He does a couple tricks to try and open it and it OPENED!!!! I was so happy I wanted to cry. I asked him if I can give him a hug because he literally made my day!!!! Thank you Eddie for you're amazing customer service!! Definitely coming back here again. read more

So far horrible experience, I showed up with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. BI always show up to this location in yorba Linda and have never had an issue. I always get a number 1 or 2 package. They always adjust the machines at the end for my Jeep. This time the associates did not adjust them and at the end of the car wash the huge roll of cloths dryer came down towards my Jeep and I couldn't do anything at this point. It came down and push onto my front windshield causing it to crack the whole bottom of it and pulled my whole light bar up. I have never had this issue at this location before. That's why I keep bringing my Jeep to this location because they have the adjusting to your car if needed. I left my information with one of the female associates and she was going to file the complaint up to corporate for me and she also told me I can email you guys to have on file. Which I did the same day. 8/29/22. Nobody has reached back out to me and even on their website it states they will get back to your email in 24hrs. Nothing yet. Keep in mind the past times I've always gone there they always tell me to give them a second so they can adjust the machines or buttons they have to push. That they it was not adjusted and unfortunately lead it to my whole windshield being cracked. Check your cctv do what you have to do. See that I didn't come in with any broken windshields. I don't drive with broken windshields that's ghetto. You will also see when the machines pushes my Jeep a bit back too as the conveyor belt kept pulling me towards it. Mopar gorilla windshields are tough , but can still be damaged. I don't need no we're sorry for the blah blah. I just need someone to reach back out to me via email or by phone with the information I left. I do also run my own private business and if something like this would happen or any type of damages I would reach out right away. Thank you. read more

Decided to get a membership here and all I have to say is that it's amazing. The new conveyor belt systems make it easy for you to load your car on. They also offer free vacuums and air nozzles that seriously come in handy when it comes to crevices that constantly leak water. Would recommend this place to anyone. read more

First time using this car wash. When I get out I realize my antenna is missing. I advise a staff member. He stated let me tell my manager. Manager comes out with my antenna and says looks like it snapped off. Sorry (that fake ass sorry). Then walks away. I understand things happen. But to not have a conversation with the customer to try to win them over so they continue to use your business is ridiculous. Guess I would tell you before you go in take of your antenna read more

I took my Toyota Tacoma through the wash today at Rapids Express. I knew it was a fairly new car wash, and it's certainly a good-looking building. Yet, on my first time through Rapids, it damaged my truck by ripping off and breaking my antenna. The attendant retrieved my broken antenna for me, but why would I ever go back to this place. This will cost me at least a couple of hundred dollars to repair at Toyota of Orange. It seems that the mechanics of this wash could jeopardize antennas and windshield wipers on most cars and trucks. On top of that, the attendant wasn't surprised that my antenna was broken off. That tells me, that Rapids has had several other customer complaints of damaged cars. The wash itself, with its shammies, has much-weighted material, and its long drop onto the hood of a car could cause serious problems -- it did for me. read more

I pulled in at 1:30 on Wednesday no waiting at all. We really like the new Rapid Express car wash. Great wash very clean car afterwards.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The equipment is new. The vacuums worked great and the air blower got rid of the leaves and flower blossoms stuck in my hood/windshield area. My car looks great now that it's back to purple instead of brown!! read more

I had liked this place and left a great review on my first visit due to the few employees. But after 2 incidents of getting stuck at the end and having to drive out before the cars behind me they stack so close and almost hitting me, and both times managers saying they would look at the cameras and call me yet didn't. Last visit my brand new truck mirror got smacked off and the kid I asked to go look for it didn't care and seemed like he hated working here so I finally cancelled the few vehicles we had and went over to the new Brea Express. Bummer since this place was right around the corner but service and quality defiantly took a sharp decline in the past few months, very noticeable. read more

This is the second time when only one side of the stall's vacuum is working. Everyone is told to use the side nearest to the car wash. The first time I had my car washed I thought they probably had technical issue. Since this is the second time, either they do have an issue or they just don't want to activate the other side. I was asking if they can give us a door dash wipe , the lady staff said, we only if you get the top package, but last time i was here the male staff gave me one for paying the good package. i said not good service. The other one in placentia ave, I only pay 5$, i font even have to ask, it is automatic they are giving an interior dash wipe. Not recommending this. The lady was sarcastic and rude. read more

This is my new favorite drive-thru car wash. They offer more options at a great price. Also, you don't need to navigate your car onto a track...they have a wider 'grid' that holds your car in place. There are plenty of stalls to vacuum your car and staff is very friendly. read more

Eddie is the best! I recently got into a car accident and my left side was all scratched up but he used some of his magic cleaner and my car became brand new! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! Also the lot is super spacious compared to other ones. Vacuums are very strong as well! This is the second time in less then a month that the final rollers were not working to dry off the car. Last time I brought it to the managers attention and all I got was a; "yeah it's been out for a week, we've ordered the part!" My suggestion to put a sign or notice out front before purchasing a wash option was ignored. Again, this time only one side roller was operational but there was no notice before purchasing a more expensive cleaning option. This shop is very poorly managed! read more

Had to dry several areas that the blower missed but these were minor and my mirror was pushed out of alignment which I was able to adjust fortunately without breaking it. The bug spots were not completely removed by the wash. With drying towels bug spots came off with scrubbing. It was free so I should not complain. read more

I purchased the month club and they gave me first month half off. They also gifted me with a goodie bag ...all kinds of awesome stuff to use while I was there. I explained that I was concerned whether they could get off all the sap that was on my car...they assured me that if it didn't work the first time I could simply drive through again and that would take care of it. To my surprise it got off ALL the sap in the first wash. LOVE this place!!! read more

Went in for a 16$ wash today and came out totally disappointed . , the water was not blown off at last station , I asked the mgr about it and he said "yeah it's not working" , had the tires blackened and it was laughable , a 3 yr old could do a better job . If you aren't ready to provide the service you offer then just don't open . Ridiculous . read more

Where do I even begin? The wave. It always makes me so uncomfortable, especially when I am the only one in line. They stand outside and look at you until you get to them. Then they read the same script, it feels like I'm talking to robots! Next is the wash. My car always comes out soaking wet, despite getting the best value, and the tire shine always leaves this oily muck on my rims. Highly recommend somewhere like bliss instead, where its slightly more expensive, but way faster and more efficient. read more
