Great value for a basic car wash with vacuums to use. They also have air blowers to remove water off the windows and body of the car. The basic car wash is currently $6 which is way less than Bliss Car Wash which charges $13 for their "basic" wash. Highly recommended for the value and quality. read more

Their "Best" isn't that good. When I got the basic wash my car was still soaking wet. I decided to come back and try their 'best' wash, and the back of my car was still very wet. Not only that, there was a bunch of soap underneath the back door of my car. Not just like a small area, but all across, from one end of the other. I can forgive a little extra water, but soap? Somethings not working right, and if you're $16 to go thru an automatic car wash, I would think that it would at the very least wash the suds off. If you're willing to spend that much money on a car wash, you're better off going somewhere else. read more

They usually tape the rear windshield wipers down, today they did not and mine got beyond mangled, I am supposed to hear from corporate within 2 days, I will update this once I hear from them. This car wash is the best! They have plenty of stalls and vacuums available and they don't rush you to finish. They also have the air sprayer that helps a lot! Their employees are always super friendly. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while cleaning my car but thankfully their employee EDDIE was able to help me. I had to pick up my son from school so I had to leave my car there in the meantime. When I came back EDDIE with my permission of course had managed to unlock my car faster than triple AAA ever has! read more

If you're cheap and want your car washed. I have no complaints. They have vacuums if you need to get any water spots off or just drive fast down the street, usually most the water comes off. I have the "Good" unlimited plan. To me it's worth the upgrade from "Basic" because the microfiber towels at the end really dry my Toyota Tundra off well. I have always been able to find a spot to vacuum/ dry my truck. I love the small air hose to blow water out around my mirrors. I also use it to blow out my center console. I can wipe down the little bit of water left over with a single microfiber towel in less than 10 minutes. (one pass around my truck) I REALLY love the ability to drive through at anytime. I park my truck outside so when it rains (the two times it has this year) I was able to take my truck through and clean up the water spots from the rain. Great value, very clean results. So far horrible experience, I showed up with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. BI always show up to this location in yorba Linda and have never had an issue. I always get a number 1 or 2 package. They always adjust the machines at the end for my Jeep. This time the associates did not adjust them and at the end of the car wash the huge roll of cloths dryer came down towards my Jeep and I couldn't do anything at this point. It came down and push onto my front windshield causing it to crack the whole bottom of it and pulled my whole light bar up. I have never had this issue at this location before. That's why I keep bringing my Jeep to this location because they have the adjusting to your car if needed. I left my information with one of the female associates and she was going to file the complaint up to corporate for me and she also told me I can email you guys to have on file. Which I did the same day. 8/29/22. Nobody has reached back out to me and even on their website it states they will get back to your email in 24hrs. Nothing yet. Keep in mind the past times I've always gone there they always tell me to give them a second so they can adjust the machines or buttons they have to push. That they it was not adjusted and unfortunately lead it to my whole windshield being cracked. Check your cctv do what you have to do. See that I didn't come in with any broken windshields. I don't drive with broken windshields that's ghetto. You will also see when the machines pushes my Jeep a bit back too as the conveyor belt kept pulling me towards it. Mopar gorilla windshields are tough , but can still be damaged. I don't need no we're sorry for the blah blah. I just need someone to reach back out to me via email or by phone with the information I left. I do also run my own private business and if something like this would happen or any type of damages I would reach out right away. Thank you. read more

Nice new car wash that is conveniently located. Good value, we pay the monthly fee and can go as often as we like. They have plenty of room for drying off your car and use the vacuum. I would recommend this car wash, just use your own tape to secure your back window wiper, the machine is pretty aggressive with the back wipers. read more

I received a voucher in the mail for a free wash from this company, I really loved their set up because they have so many open spaces to vacuum and to do any last minute touch ups. While I was vacuuming, I accidentally locked all of my belongings in my car (phone, wallet, keys). I panicked and asked the woman next to me if I could borrow her phone. Next thing I know, an angel appeared and his name was Eddie (manager). He asks me if I locked myself out and i respond, yes. Immediately he goes inside and grabs a couple tools to help me open the door. He does a couple tricks to try and open it and it OPENED!!!! I was so happy I wanted to cry. I asked him if I can give him a hug because he literally made my day!!!! Thank you Eddie for you're amazing customer service!! Definitely coming back here again. read more

Decided to get a membership here and all I have to say is that it's amazing. The new conveyor belt systems make it easy for you to load your car on.
