Sad to say I'm never coming back. Great drive through wash, in fact I don't understand the reviews that say otherwise. I've been coming here since it opened and on a monthly plan in fact but I stopped that a few months ago. Also, there are tons of spaces to use the self service vacuums and such...you never have to wait. So what's the problem? The VENDING UNITS! You know, the ones for the towels, air fresheners, etc....without exaggerating, I'm going with 25% of the time, I give them money and they dispense nothing. It's not even that they are empty; they just don't dispense anything and you can't get your money back. By now, all the employees are on the other side so they can't help but on the few occasions when I did wait and wait to find someone they expressed disappointment that those machines do it "all the time" and they were helpful and quick to get me the products I paid for but today I couldn't wait very long and even though it's only a couple of bucks each time those machines rip you off, it adds up and it's super frustrating. Don't even think about going to this car wash on the weekend, the lines are ridiculous and the staff is idiot. The license plate monitors don't work and it backs up unnecessary. The staff have no way to control the traffic flow nor do they try. My biggest piece of advice is avoid the right lane - the workers purposely ignore it, and the automated machine never works right so 3 cars get pushed thru the left lane while the right lane sits there. Staff is attentive when I arrive and the wash is great. No drive through car wash is going to get everything off so don't expect that. I suspect if it scrubbed harder to get everything off, people would just complain about it "scratching their car". I think it is in great middle ground as it cleans really well and I really like the vacuum and the pressurized air blowers. One time prices are a bit high but if you sign up for the monthly, it is a great deal. Lastly, I really like how clean everything is. read more

I stumbled upon this car wash spot since it's on my way to where I work. I've been here several times, and it is one of my favorite quick car wash spots. Every time I drive up to the window, there is always a worker that offers assistance if I need it. The washes don't take too long. I've had several cars in front of me in line, but the wait was not bad at all. The vacuums are free, and I've never had to wait for one since they have plenty. The wash is clean enough for me. I was this opened up in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. As I drive up, there's a car wash menu. To be completely honest, I get a better value down the street than here. It seemed like the car wash process was quick and didn't do a good job leading me to clear off the access dirt. Also, I notice the hood of my suv scratched.... Great deal. I signed up for the lowest tier ($14.99 a month for unlimited) and it's been great. Took my bmw and big truck through and love it. The free vacuum service is awesome too. They also have pressurized air to blow out the cracks in your car. People's ratings of 1 star is ridiculous as they're complaining about not getting a free towel or mad their wipers weren't taped down for a $6 car wash. Lol. If you want an upgraded wash then go to a hand wash and pay the normal $20 with a $4 tip. Tape your wipers down, take off your tow hitch and anything else that might get caught to a spinning cleaning wheel. read more

Don't waste your money or time. I have a very small car and after going through the was it came out still wet. $10 and it's still wet and they told me I could buy a towel for $2 or upgrade to the $16 wash. That was the only wash that guaranteed my car to be dry. read more

This place let 5 cars go ahead of me and have staff that are noobs and can never get the type of cleaning right when I pay for the best membership and gives me the crappiest one and tells me to loop back around. I don't have time to loop back around. They should get it right the first time. Great value for a basic car wash with vacuums to use. They also have air blowers to remove water off the windows and body of the car. CAUTION! They usually tape the rear windshield wipers down, today they did not and mine got beyond mangled, I am supposed to hear from corporate within 2 days, I will update this once I hear from them. This car wash is the best! They have plenty of stalls and vacuums available and they don't rush you to finish. They also have the air sprayer that helps a lot! Their employees are always super friendly. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while cleaning my car but thankfully their employee EDDIE was able to help me. I had to pick up my son from school so I had to leave my car there in the meantime. When I came back EDDIE with my permission of course had managed to unlock my car faster than triple AAA ever has! read more

Decided to give them a try, I know they recently just open. Price is competitive to other. Since this is a new place, they machine is better or stronger. BUT beware, they don't tape your windshield wiper with the blue tape like other places. As result it will damage it like it did with mine. read more

Their "Best" isn't that good. When I got the basic wash my car was still soaking wet. I decided to come back and try their 'best' wash, and the back of my car was still very wet. Not only that, there was a bunch of soap underneath the back door of my car. Not just like a small area, but all across, from one end of the other. I can forgive a little extra water, but soap? Somethings not working right, and if you're $16 to go thru an automatic car wash, I would think that it would at the very least wash the suds off. If you're willing to spend that much money on a car wash, you're better off going somewhere else. read more

I have the "Good" unlimited plan. To me it's worth the upgrade from "Basic" because the microfiber towels at the end really dry my Toyota Tundra off well. I have always been able to find a spot to vacuum/ dry my truck. I love the small air hose to blow water out around my mirrors. I also use it to blow out my center console. I can wipe down the little bit of water left over with a single microfiber towel in less than 10 minutes. (one pass around my truck) I REALLY love the ability to drive through at anytime. I park my truck outside so when it rains (the two times it has this year) I was able to take my truck through and clean up the water spots from the rain. Great value, very clean results.
