Was rear-ended inside the car wash. They leave very little gap when pushing cars through the tunnel. Manager said "per policy we can send cars through bumper to bumper" "we cannot leave a gap between cars because it's busy, there's a line, and people don't want to wait". No accommodation or effort to make it right by management. No followup despite insistence to send an incident report to corporate & followup with owner. They take a complete "not our fault" stance with no customer service to even try to take care of their members. If there's an incident, they will deny liability and tell you to work it out through your car insurance if an incident happens. read more

I really appreciated all of them but the most of all was Rosalyn & Jocelyn! and Ruben to top it off! I really appreciated you guys, thank you, and for their hardship work and beyond duties to get my service done, Thank you very much! First of all I was already pleased with how rough the brushing was getting done and how clean my car came out to be in the end. I wish I only had more time to wipe and vacuum but I was in a short schedule. And the worse happened on my short schedule. I was trapped when I was in the process of vacuuming when I realised I had locked in my sweater in a closing door with keys & phone! Immediately I began walking home for the second key, but they offered superior service to get my car unlocked! and they succeeded! I was so grateful and thankful, wish I had more to offer them! This car wash is close to my house, and I decided to give it a try. From the outside, it looks like a cool and retro car wash. It's flashy and new. I have also been getting ads on my Instagram page of teen workers here talking about their services, so it looked appealing. They have four options of services, Best Value ($16), Better ($13), Good ($10), Basic ($6). I chose the best value service, and I was excited to get my custom rims cleaned. I usually go to the car washes that have hand cleaning, but I desperately needed something quick because my car had been decimated by a bunch of bird poop. Was in the area to stop by my bank and saw this was down the street, so this worked! Pretty straightforward, you drive up to one of the two machines, choose one of the four options ($6/$10/$13/$16) depending on what you want, go to the car wash entrance, put your car in neutral, and let the car wash do its work! You're basically out of the car wash in a minute. Once you're at the end, shift out of neutral and go to the vacuum cleaners if you want to use them. Obviously, it's not going to get everything since no one is hand cleaning the car. But if you're in a pinch and need something quick, this will get the job done. read more

I have monthly pass for 4 vehicles. My family washes our vehicles regularly and it's a drive through car wash which means if you don't want spots you need to dry it yourself if you want the inside clean, guess what you need to vacuum. Sometimes there's a line and sometimes there is a new customer that that takes longer to navigate the payment portal and if you happen to be behind them there could be other folks that arrive after you that enter first ... nothing is perfect anywhere. Fur the price it fair. If you're looking to avoid all that including maybe having to drive slow around the enter and exit area maybe a private mobile car wash is a better option at $60-$85 a wash ... with so many vehicles to keep clean fir me this place is solid ... "Rapid na, express pa! Ambilis!" It's rapid and it's express! Fast! I don't always have time to wash my car in the driveway, but when I do, I go to Rapids Express Car Wash! My husband bought the family pack and he set it to be a monthly thing. I just drive and enter the car wash whenever I pass by this area. It's very quick but avoid rush hours as there might be lines. Though I came here last night around 4;30 pm and it was empty. Wait, was that on a weekend? I don't remember. Anyway, you enter, they wash, you exit. The price is reasonable and very affordable. The vacuum station on the side of the car was also included. So after you go through the car was, you can vacuum the inside of your car. No hassle. Also, you can set up your membership for automatic payment if you like their service and you can basically wash your car everyday. Sometimes, they do have promos so make sure to ask their attendants. I went on September 1st, 2024 at 12:50 PM to clean my car using one of their complimentary free premium car wash services I got in the mail. First, I was very impressed and happy with how clean my little Fiat looked. It was very dusty and now it's clean and sparkling silver. Then I accidentally left my keys inside the car and it went into lock-down mode That was a huge mistake. I had my cellphone, keys and purse inside my car. Thank God my dog wasn't with me... I entered in panic mode and I was crying, literally tears all over my face and thinking: how am I going to open my car and get back home? Then I took a moment to reflect and ran to the counter and spoke with the manager and explained I needed a phone to call my insurance because my car got locked. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I explained, I was cleaning the exterior and left the keys inside by accident. I was wiping tears out my face and was super nervous. The manager called Jocelyn to the rescue. She was able to open the car using a special tool they use for emergencies only. I took a big risk because it could have break my window but I didn't care, I had to get home. She was extremely careful and gentle and with the help of her manager she opened the door. I couldn't believe it. I gave her a hug and I recommend her because she offered to help and she demonstrated great customer support and she was very composed and professional and was extremely careful not to break my car's window. I love this place so much that I decided to do a monthly membership and I go at least once a week. The machines are always working and the water they use never leaves spots. The vacuums have good suction and the pressured air hose is strong. The whole facility is maintained well and always clean. Pretty good wash when they first opened, as time as gone on the washes have become less and less thorough. Also, as a monthly special customer, I noticed the "super wash" services I pay for have suddenly stopped being applied to my car. It's bad enough the plate readers are so bad, they have trouble reading the yellow/black plates and I have to wait... and wait... and wait for someone to manually let me through. So I am getting $7.99 washes for my "Super Wash Unlimited" plan, which just charged me again for $29.95 like clockwork. This is not only poor business, it's plain dishonest. Love coming here to wash/vacuum my car. it's $6 for a basic wash and they also offer memberships for a flat rate. They sell air fresheners for $2. The vacuums always work and the place is well maintained. There's plenty of vacuum stalls so I never have an issue finding a spot post car wash. Their prices range from their cheap $6 car wash all the way up to their $16 Best Value car wash. Mid range packages are also available as well as their monthly unlimited packages. The car wash portion is all automated. Vacuum is free for you to do it by yourself. Drying the car is something that you can choose to do or not. Microfiber cloths are available for a fee. Its just like a gas station car wash, only a little larger. Prices are very reasonable for a gas station type wash. It's a good find. I guess I should listen to my wife more. read more

Nice setup. Very clean and has plenty of room post-wash. However: 1 This is an extremely short (length) and the conveyor moves the cars thru way too fast. The dirt barely has a chance to get wet. We bought the top wash available (includes all the options) and had to go through the wash twice as there was a visible layer of dirt on the Yukon and the back hatch was still dry (and dirty). 2 I didn't notice until we left, but the tires had no shine at all. 3 The vacuums were fine but the pressure from the air hoses was medium at best. You can't possibly get a good cleaning in such a short car wash, at the high speed they run you through. Even the highest efficiency is not efficient if it's so fast that the task is not properly completed. read more

After Cancelling the Membership on 7/17/2022... and No response from anyone... They charge my credit card again.... Good thing my accounting dept caught it... According to the Manager... it's the customer's responsibility to make sure they are charged correctly... Made the drive over and advised them and came with proof I was charged again.... Manager denied he received the cancellation email and proceeded the refund... Bottom of the line the staff that work here are friendly and nice... management needs to read some business books regarding customer service... still making excuses about how other customers with 20 cars have no problems.... Sad to say I'm never coming back. Great drive through wash, in fact I don't understand the reviews that say otherwise. I've been coming here since it opened and on a monthly plan in fact but I stopped that a few months ago. Also, there are tons of spaces to use the self service vacuums and such...you never have to wait. So what's the problem? The VENDING UNITS! You know, the ones for the towels, air fresheners, etc....without exaggerating, I'm going with 25% of the time, I give them money and they dispense nothing. It's not even that they are empty; they just don't dispense anything and you can't get your money back. By now, all the employees are on the other side so they can't help but on the few occasions when I did wait and wait to find someone they expressed disappointment that those machines do it "all the time" and they were helpful and quick to get me the products I paid for but today I couldn't wait very long and even though it's only a couple of bucks each time those machines rip you off, it adds up and it's super frustrating. Do not be fooled by its shiny new look. Do not be fooled by the vacuum banks outside. The place sucks. $16 for their best wash and my car was still dirty and soapy at the end. Streaky rear windshield. Crap stuck to the sunroof. Bird turd still visible on the front windshield. No interior cleaning. I could have gone to the shell across the street for much less money, gotten a better wash and done the interior myself (which I had to do anyway) for far less money. I wish I could give them 0 stars, I went through there over a week ago and there machines shredded my 3 month old Rims that I know have to replace. They told me that they would contact me in 48 hours after the report and never received a call. I left countless messages and still no call back. A simple conversation could have changed this whole scenario even if they didn't pay for my replacement rims. The staff have no way to control the traffic flow nor do they try. My biggest piece of advice is avoid the right lane - the workers purposely ignore it, and the automated machine never works right so 3 cars get pushed thru the left lane while the right lane sits there. I suspect if it scrubbed harder to get everything off, people would just complain about it "scratching their car". Every time I drive up to the window, there is always a worker that offers assistance if I need it. The washes don't take too long. People's ratings of 1 star is ridiculous as they're complaining about not getting a free towel or mad their wipers weren't taped down for a $6 car wash. Lol. If you want an upgraded wash then go to a hand wash and pay the normal $20 with a $4 tip.
