My son told me he wouldn't wear it, so on our way out of town, we stopped by this location to exchange it. He didn't find the one, so he picked another hat that was the same price. When we got to the register with the receipt that shows a flat-bill hat the sales associate proceeded to tell me that is what the hat was a flat bill that just is "curved up." What? I told her we get all his hats here, and this is not what I ordered. She again wanted to prove she was right. There is a line of people behind us. Why say anything? Do the exchange and let us head on our way. I wasn't happy to say the least. Next time I will go to another location. 8/3/25

We've been to this boot barn before and have had pleasant experiences but carlos the STORE MANAGER needs an attitude check. i've been going to this place for about 15 years and i've never had any issue until today, i came…read morein looking for thermals and the kind man in the printing area pointed me in 2 areas where i can find them 1 where there's a thermal set and 2 where there's thermal tops, while the thermal set was on the floor the tops weren't so i asked the young man on the floor where i can find them he said there wasn't any and when i asked if there was some in the back he told me there wasn't any in the store at all because they're not in season. so when i went back to the man in printing asking about the thermal sets, he assured me that they in fact DO have tops in the back also and proceeded to ask the man (penny or benny im not sure) on the floor to get them for me and that's when i noticed the man on the floor was visually upset that he had to go grab the thermal from the back. he asked what color i wanted and i told him & he brought it out for me and i tried it on and when i asked for another color he said we only have black which i don't know if that was true because he lied about not having thermals in general so i asked for a different size and before going to the back he asked me "are you even going to buy it"...NEVER have i ever been asked by any retail associate anywhere "are you even going to buy it" i told him yes i just need to know what size fits me best. he brought it out and i went to check out *there was no one else there at this time* and as he saw me waiting to check out he kept folding clothes until he finished and then checked me out. i felt so disrespected & disappointed i was treated this way, mind you i'll say again i've been going here for almost 15 years maybe more and never had any issue and it sucks because i love this place all around but the customer service sucked, the man in printing was great & very helpful and without him i would've left empty handed. i almost feel bad leaving this review but 1 persons actions reflect the business as a whole & this experience deserved a review

And the price is pretty high compared to the one that I was looking for. So I declined to get it. They have a quiet selection of other hair products but none fancy my style so I didn't get anything. I moved around and checked out the products. Plentiful of selection as well as clearance items are available but I decided not to buy anything because I saw the line. It's not even 11am on a weekday and the line was so long. How much more on the weekends? There were 3 registers open but the line wasn't going fast. It would have been nice for the 2 employees stocking up to have stopped and helped out. But no, they just went on with whatever they were doing. I'll try to come back at a different time and see the difference. Happy shopping!!!

Then told him a tight ass suit was his size then proceeded to put clips for tailoring even tighter and my fiancé said it's too tight he STILLL proceeded to have it tailored like that then blamed my fiancé for "working out" when it was too tight!! THEN said to iron it and try it on that maybe it will fit then!?!?! then was getting annoyed with us and said "if you don't like it we can give you a refund" then when we agreed on that he said he needs to talk to the owner first then calls and said the owner said no. We paid $441 WITH NO TUX OR REFUND. That man needs to be fired! I asked for the owners number and he wouldn't give it.
