They have TONS of equipment and cater well to people to who are focused on bodybuilding and cardio. Also, the shakes are delicious and made with fresh fruit. However, this gym used to have a spin room, kids drop-off, and a yoga room with fitness classes. Overtime, they have demolished the spin room/yoga room to make space for more weight-lifting equipment, a posing room, and functional exercising. Many people appreciate this, but for the price of the membership, it would be nice to have fitness classes/spin room.

There is ample cardio equipment as well such as ellipticals, stair climbers, hand bikes, cycling machines, etc. The owner Phil is very knowledgeable and treats you like family. His knowledge of excercise science is second to none. He runs a tight ship and any trouble makers will not be allowed to return. The complete lack of riff raff and friendly members make this an ideal gym for the professional. There is never a wait for a machine or bench. Staff is friendly and professional.
