We came to RareTea because it is a relatively newer bobble tea establishment in the area, which could be refreshing to find given that Central Florida is filled with Asian restaurant and markets alike. I did not want to get the usual regular or taro milk tea etc so I asked for some well known recommendations at this place. Ended up ordering the Strawberry Matcha Latte with regular boba. The Leone what sour flavor of the strawberry mixed surprisingly well with the matcha, you could tell both parts were freshly made and mixed exceedingly with the also freshly made boba, which was soft, tender, and not too chewy to taste. We also ordered an Okinawa Milk tea, but we were low-key disappointed that it kinda tastes just like regular milk tea. Maybe the regular boba milk tea that we are used to is actually Okinawa milk tea. What must be mentioned is the classic old school Chinese themed decorations and set up etc. It does create an authentic feel that you may not find elsewhere. If you are a dedicated boba connoisseur, I'd say it is a must try place. read more

I don't recommend the mango passion fruit green tea because it has that bitter green tea taste and it's a pretty strong taste. The only thing I would recommend in that drink is to get the lychee jelly, the best part!! Haha the strawberry milk tea was really great though. My friends got other drinks and they loved it as well. It's small inside with very limited seating but it has a bathroom inside which is a plus. Decided to try RareTea before leaving Orlando. I ordered the hokkaido milk tea and the grapefruit tea. I got less sugar for both (I believe 80%) and it wasn't enough sweetness but there wasn't really a strong tea flavor either. The Hokkaido milk tea was a bit bitter, but is that because I asked for less sugar? Not sure I will be returning. read more

I m so excited to try this place out. I've seen them online and friends been talking about it from California. I've tried two drinks so far and my favorite is their Matcha Latte with the Brown Sugar Boba. In love with Brown Sugar Boba, first time trying it! This is definitely one of the more authentic boba tea shop in town as everything is made to order and with fresh ingredients. For sure I'll be here a lot! read more

Glad I got to try this place the last time I was in Orlando. Fantastic new addition to the boba scene! It is definitely slightly pricier than some other places, think more like Möge Tea than say a KungFu Tea in terms of price. But they are aiming for that more premium tea experience and I think they nailed it. They have a wide variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and other specialty teas and drinks. When I went, I decided to try the Mango Passion Fruit Green Tea. I thought the drink was a great balance between the sweetness of the mango, the slight sour and tart flavor of passion fruit, and the slightly earthy bitter tones of green tea. It all really came together really well! I loved how I can still taste the tea flavor even with so many other flavors happening. Some places, all you taste is sugar and flavoring. But here, the tea itself also gets a chance to shine. I also loved the addition of fresh mango chunks to the bottom of the drink. It further enhances the flavor. Overall, loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the drinks! Just be sure to get here early or at an off time, the space is small and seating is limited so it can get pretty crowded relatively quickly. Will definitely be back in the future! :) read more

Whenever there is a new boba place in town I. AM. THERE. I was very excited when this shop opened up because my friend sent me a video they posted on Instagram and everything looked so epic. They really hyped up their grand opening and I was ready to go! When I finally got a chance to try them out I ended up going too early (oops) and ended up grabbing a light lunch before heading in. First of all, the staff is really nice and very welcoming. You can tell how proud the owner is of their business. I asked a good amount of questions before I ended up choosing their Rose boba tea. I was nervous if it would be overly floral but that didn't end up being the problem with the drink. The flavor was fine but I couldn't really enjoy it because the rose petals they put in the tea were overwhelming and throwing me off. I didn't want to eat them. I just wanted to spit them out. So... if texture is a big thing for you perhaps try something else? Luckily they did allow me to try a second drink and I liked that one much better. It was their Okinawa tea and the flavors were very smooth but honestly a tad bit too sweet so I would ask for lower sweetness next time. All in all I want to come back and maybe try something different again. I tend to always lean towards the classic black milk teas so I would love to venture towards something more unique without the texture issues. We have family in town and we brought them out to eat, but as we waited on our name to be called, we walked next door to this cute tea place! My sister in law got a strawberry milk matcha and I got the taro smoothie without the pudding. It's delicious! I enjoyed the mango passion fruit green tea drink, which had some actual passion fruit pulp too. Price was good for the drink I had. I asked for unsweetened, but it still was sweet. Maybe it was from the fruit juice itself. I still enjoyed it. The staff on Friday evening, Mariela and Ivan, were friendly even when my group of friends stayed quite late. This is one of my favorite boba shops to visit in Orlando. I love Okinawa milk tea and taro drinks. I especially enjoy the taro smoothie with pudding but I could do without their pudding. I particularly love the way they crush their ice small enough that it slips inside the straw while slurping away their delicious drinks. By far the best Boba in town, really , I'm not exaggerating, I've tried different places and was reluctant to try one more place for tea . I'm so happy we did ! Truly don't know why this place has so many stars. The ambience and employees are super nice but other than that? The boba is horrible. I got mango milk tea and it tasted like soap (verified by 3 other people who were with me). They were nice to switch it to something else that was on their popular menus but it was still mid at best. They do have party rooms available, but they are vastly more expensive than sitting in the main room. So, any chance I get to visit a tea room, sign me up, because I will be there! It's also pretty dope that it's a black-owned & run establishment. Truly the stuff my DREAMS are made of. So, needless to say, I've visited this tea room in support a handful of times now. The tea selection is not super extensive - but it is good. They also offer other drink options - including champagne if you want to make your tea experience a "boozy" one. The food option is pretty typical of what you'd expect from a tea experience. I always recommend going with a friend or two to make it even more of an affordable experience. Speaking of affordability, it is pretty standard pricing and, one could argue, Pretty in Pink Tea Room does offer a MORE affordable tea experience in comparison to some other tea room experiences in and around the Orlando and greater areas. The food, as mentioned, is good. I've really never had a bad experience with the teas offered or the food prepared. I do not typically go to tea rooms on an empty stomach, so that may also be affecting my overall viewpoint. Parking can get a bit tricky, but there is free street parking on the main thoroughway and additional parking out towards the back of the business block that the tea room sits within. The staff is super sweet, helpful, and attentive. All in all, for it to be a small, local, black-owned tea room experience, it is quite good. The decor is, to be expected, all PINK with cute vintage moments for great photo-ops. They also have various fascinators and props you use to add to your tea room experience and for photo-op purposes. While it is a small tea room, there is ample room to move about the space. Seating is limited, so it is a wise choice to book ahead to secure seating for you and your party. Outside of that, if you have not already, please patronize their business. The sandwiches were great, but my favorite was the chicken salad sandwich. It was probably the best chicken salad I've ever had. Ron was the server, who also made the chicken salad. He is so much fun and really makes the experience so fun. The tea was also really good. We got a peach tea, blueberry tea and jasmine. They even had fascinators on the wall to wear while there to feel like you are having a proper English tea. My daughter loved the experience

There is a parking lot in the back, but it was supremely full when we arrived. Their back door has a cute gigantic cat mural (that you can't enter through), but I forgot to take a photo of it! It's pretty quiet and cozy inside, and seems like a nice place to chill. Moge Tee offers a good assortment of various drinks, ranging from dairy and tea, matcha, fruit teas, fresh fruit and yogurt bases, and even coffee; you'll surely find something that matches your taste here. I do like that it seems most flavors are derived from fresh ingredients, and they have pretty freshly brewed tea and quick service. I got their recommended super fruit green tea with regular boba, and light sugar and light ice. The sugar and ice adjustments were perfect for me (I generally enjoy almost no sweetness to half at most). I liked seeing the handmade boba, as it was not the typical black color; this made it more gummy. It had a little more goop texture than I would prefer, and the fruits could have been more ripe for being in Florida. Still, I liked the tea strength and would come here again. They gave me a thick stick of watermelon in my tea!
