The service was pretty quick as we only waited around 5 minutes for our sandwiches to come back. Inside is really cute as they have a hard bench wall on one side, and a couch in a corner as well. In terms of food, I got the Gra-Prow Chicken Sandwich which tasted really good. The sourdough bread was perfectly toasted and the sauce on the inside wasn't too spicy. It had peppers in it which elevated the taste and the plate came with a salad too. I wish the salad had more dressing but it paired well with the tomatoes. I've wanted to try this place for years, but it's not very close to where I live, so I'm glad I finally got there today. Wow, I'm really impressed. I was misled by the name because I sort of thought it was going to be a tea parlor, but it's actually a complete cafe with table service, serving delicious sandwiches and desserts in addition to a wide selection of teas and coffees. I had the Thai dark black coffee, which is sweetened but does not have condensed milk in it. It was served on a crushed ice. Although it was with very strong coffee there was no hint of bitterness - just delicious. The Gra-Prow chicken sandwich has gotten a lot of praise online, and justifiably so. I think it was the best sandwich I've ever tasted. It was done on sourdough bread and pressed in a panini-type press with lots of ridges in it, so that the crust was really crispy - almost like a ruffle potato chip. The filling was a delicious chicken salad with fresh basil, onion, red pepper, mozzarella and spicy basil mayo. Just a fantastic sandwich. I also had to try the dessert, which is made with toast that reminded me of Japanese milk bread that had been toasted and cut into crouton-sized squares. The version I had was the Queen Bee, which was drizzled with honey, and topped with cookies 'n cream ice cream and whipped cream. A great way to end the meal. So when I go I usually just get a drink now. I will not return. I will not recommend this restaurant. We visited here 9 Mar for lunch after watching a YouTube feature on Orlando Asian Restaurants; this one was highly rated. The restaurant only serves greens salad or same salad in a sandwich. it does not serve Thai cuisine. Salads are priced high for the amount it is priced at. For example, fresh greens with small chopped up tofu or chicken topped with their dressing. Each small plate cost $14. One entree was too salty; we summoned the waitress who only offered to bring another salad dressing to add onto the already salty plate we had. I expected the salad to be changed out for a different plate with a less salty salad dressing. In short we did not consume the salad. We had two different teas. I had the lychee tea...very good. Pomegranate and green tea had no taste...not sweet, not sour...unsweetened; maybe it was too diluted. Yep...one and done. And yes...I lived and worked in SEA for 20 years and have tasted and enjoyed many dishes in Thailand and around Asia. Consider other Asian restaurants first. read more

As you can tell by the change in cups, I have been going here for a long time. When I need a pick me up, I come here to have a matcha cheese tea. The matcha isn't super sweet and the cheese foam is a tad salty. Combine the two and it's a nice smooth, creamy, and balanced experience. Their brick toast is nothing to sneeze at either! Today i was saddened to see they were out of fourteen of the twenty-three teas listed on their menu. Thai iced tea is my favorite and this is my favorite place to grab one from!! The sandwiches come with a side salad and I loveee the house dressing. If you have room for the brick toast I highly recommend trying one out that suits your tastes, personally I love the matcha emperor. Prices aren't ridiculous, it's winter park and on par with similar establishments, it is limited on seating (and parking) and can get busy, but the decor is welcoming and they have a walk up counter if you just want a drink to go. So I have never been here but I figured I have time today and I need some early dinner so I figure I will try this out. The traffic around the restaurant is hard to go and park so I have to turn around but to so not their fault just saying the facts.
