I've been meaning to give this place a shoutout for quite sometime now, I'm a few months late, but hey, I'm here now. Anyway, My 13 year old son needed to get his phone screen repaired, a note something ultra, I don't know what kind of phone it is but I know he said it would be pricy to replace. I had told him he needed to come up with the money for the repair himself, (so he can appreciate it more). He did trading and some chores to buy the phone with the broken screen already, so I knew he would figure out a way to come up with the money. I brought him here because I told him I had brought another one of his devices in that had a teeny tiny stripped screw, and they were able to help me get it out, free of charge, I didn't get the young man's name but he was so helpful and he had no idea he made my sons whole day. I had told my son that when I was there, I seen that they sell so many different tech related items and that he could possibly see what he could trade to have them replace his screen. He brought in some things and they were able to make a deal. Honestly even if they didn't want to accept anything for the trade, I was so happy that my son got to get some tech talk in with the same sweet young man, and I believe Cesar. They sat there and talked for, to me, seemed like an hour because I didn't understand half of what they were saying. Needless to say my son swears that RASelectronics will be his first place of employment, he cannot wait until he is old enough to work here. These guys know there electronics! This place should get 0 stars!!! I got my phone fixed there almost 200 dollars for them to put the wrong color back glass on!!! The guys was nice and said he would change it for free but I would need to bring it back. It took it back a week later to change it left it there an hour and come back to the same wrong colored glass was still on because apparently it was cracked on the corner and I was accused of covering it!!! First of all I bought an otter box case there and it has been uncovered since I walked out the store!! So he said I'll be happy to fix it for 40 dollars!!! I came in for a screen repair for my mom's phone. I was promptly greeted and provided with pricing and information. The phone screen was repaired. The only issue is that I was told it would be take 20 minutes to repair and I ended up waiting an hour. If I was told it would be longer, I would have ran some errands instead of waiting around since I had a number of things to get done that morning. Fortunately they did fix it bc it was at their fault for leaving glass under the new screen. But it hasn't been a month and the back of my phone is broken again. This is the third time getting my tech serviced by RASelectronics. This is the place I recommend to get your repairs done. Cesar and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly and the vibe is always good. Today my back glass on my iPhone Xs Max shattered and I was in urgent need of a replacement. I gave them a call at around 5:15, and knowing that they close at 7, I went in with low expectations of getting it fixed today. Cesar and Edward are great. Our iPhone 13 Pro Max originally was fixed a year ago after being water damaged (sitting in a lake for 10 minutes). They fixed it up well. A year later, the battery was bloating up, pushing the screen out. They replaced the battery at a fair price and we're good to go again. UPDATE:*** I am editing my review to a one-star based on the feedback received. As noted in my previous review, I was not directly blaming the store but stating that there was no drop, break, or significant damage that caused the screen to break, other than carrying the pocket. Not more than two days went by before it cracked. To say "no customer can justify blaming our store with a real accusation" is incredibly self-absorbed and does not take any semblance that there could be a faulty screen or human error in the process. I am not supplying anything "vague" at all...my screen cracked with no abuse, and there is nothing else that can or needs to be said. I did not even get to the fact that this new screen did not include the fingerprint reader that was standard to the original phone, meaning it was not a legitimate screen purchased for this functionality from the company, but an aftermarket product bought to fit/save cost. Or that the lower corner wasn't working fully and typing on the keypad would go in and out with functionality. Blaming the customer without any validity on your end is incredibly rude and arrogant for something that I can genuinely say the store should take more ownership or acknowledgment. If you believe your business is 100% perfect, continue to advertise it as such. No business bats 100% or is free from error (just as a customer), and that is a fact. I can say that my experience was a genuine letdown from the moment I walked out the door until the "blame the customer always". Buyer beware...this shop says it is always your fault.*** I really wanted to be able to write a positive review. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Cesar, his upfront nature about cost and timelines, and his willingness to provide me with solid service. I had a crack in my Google Pixel 6 Pro phone and was looking to not have to purchase a brand-new device yet. I received what appeared to be a fair quote given the cost of the screen and battery, and I brought my phone in for what would be a 2-hour turnaround. What ended up happening is a minute scratch/crack developed not more than two days after screen replacement. Inquiring about this development, I was told that it must have happened was my fault, as "screens do not break on their own." Having equipped a new phone case and protector, then the culprit must have been carrying my phone in my pocket, something that had never once caused damage the entire year I had it previously. Fast forward a few days later, and now I have cracks appearing all across my phone that have rendered entering my login or using the phone virtually impossible. The slow realization that I paid hundreds of dollars to essentially turn my phone into a brick gradually struck. I didn't have this repair for more than a week and now I am in search of a new device. Lesson learned. If you are in search of phone repair, by all means, roll the dice and get it replaced. Rather than put the blame squarely on RASeletronics, I would let my story be your cautionary tale and warning. There is no guarantee your device will be restored to working order with a screen replacement. I did not put my phone through any abuse during the week after repair, and yet it completely is unusable now. I would have been better served getting a new device with a nice warranty, and I will not make the same mistake again. Know that going for the stopgap of repair will never be the same guarantee as getting a new device, and unless you want to risk tossing hundreds of dollars on a wing and a prayer, I strongly recommend you look at biting the bullet and picking up a new device rather than try to replace a screen that you cannot warranty. Your bank account and peace of mind will thank you. The two stars given demonstrate the friendly, affable nature of the interaction, and the lack of any more represents my satisfaction with the outcome. read more

Do not go here! They use cheap Chinese plastic and have absolutely the worst customer service when confronted on it I have ever seen in my life. I figured I would take support small business and bring my black IPhone 12 pro here to have the back glass repaired this Saturday. Upon picking it up I notice three things 1. The black glass back they installed had a purple hue to it (definitely not like original) 2. The glass was bulging passed the metal rim and was not seated like oem properly measuring glass would seat and 3. Deep Scratches all over the back on the back from the install. Im not a nit picky individual so I let it go and drove off. That same day around 5pm I pulled my phone out my pocket and noticed the top part which was bulging the worst was now cracked. I figured since I just picked it up that same day a proper re-fix would be no problem. I called to explained the situation and immediately manager I'm guessing Caesar became insecure about his cheap fraudulent parts he is installing on customer devices and immediately began accusing me of breaking the device. My friend and I thought this was funny but extremely unprofessional however I have better things to do then to argue with an unprofessional phone repair man with 0 manger or customer service experience so a review and a credit card dispute will have to do. So lesson learn go to Apple! Response to manager comment below You sir have been ironically caught in a lie. Please explain to customers what "original quality glass" means? That is not Apple oem glass you said it yourself on our call that if I wanted apple glass and not the cheap Chinese glass you just put on my phone you would charge me $150. Your glass is not apple glass it is the incorrect thickness, color, strength, scratch resistance, and also lacks finger print resistance. Do not lie to customers reading this with word play all that does is shows more of your unprofessionalism. Explain where your "original quality glass" comes from? Also I did not say I damaged my phone I said upon pulling the phone out from pocket I noticed it was cracked so I immediately called(figured this would be no problem given the fact I just left your business that same day). No demand were made on I simply offered your business a change to rectify the situation by Proving you are using correctly oem spec sized glass and installing it the right way so the phone would not suddenly crack due to being installed incorrectly. Could be you guys are rushing to repair phones and did not scrape the residue and glass pieces from the previous glass off before seating the new piece I have no clue this is not my profession ( although by the looks of the work done on my phone it isnt yours either). No accident occurred with my phone leading it to break today. The only accident made was bringing it to your unprofessional establishment instead of Apple to get the job done correctly. Im going to have to pass on the 50% off id rather let Stevie Wonder try to fix my phone instead he probably would do a better job with better service then you my guy! Best of luck! read more

If I could give zero stars I would- I wish I never went here. I dropped off my relatively new iPhone 11 on Saturday just to get the back repaired due to a crack. Within minutes of leaving (right before they closed) I noticed my phone shut off every three minutes. It was stuck in a boot loop and damaged somehow. I checked my SIM, my battery and even factory reset- nothing fixed it. I had to go to Apple. I could NOT afford to wait until they opened Monday and take time off work NOR did I want to return to a place that did a terrible job. I called today to express my concern to the manager who did nothing useful- just reiterated that they "did their job". This is really unfortunate and I wish I never visited them and wasted $107. EDIT: to reply to the manager's response, I shouldn't have to book out time to come back for something that should've been a one time job. I offered to provide a document from the further repairs showing what was damaged but he didn't care. You don't need to provide refunds to every customer; but this should never happen. And if you have customers asking you for refunds constantly, maybe your service is the issue? I've filed a complaint with BBB and a dispute for the charge. read more
