The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I had made an appointment and still had to wait over 20 minutes to get my nails done and my toes were done a little sloppy. The nail technician reasoning for my messy toes was because my nails were short. She also did not do the full service per the menu I received. BUTTTTT Ivy did amazing on my nails. I have received so many compliments.

I had asked a local moms Facebook group for the best nail salons in the area for a dip. Lots of people recommended Ravenna so I decided to try them out. The tech I had was so sweet and really took her time on my dip. However, 24 hours later one nail had a big chip. So I went back and had that fixed. And I do appreciate that they fixed the nail and didn't charge me. However it's a dip! It should have lasted more than 24 hours. Also, to make matters worse, here I am 6 days out from my manicure and I have 3 new chipped nails. I feel like for the time I spent there, the cost, and the high promises of a dip manicure, I should have gotten at least 10 days. Heck... even 7 days.

My first time coming here was wonderful!! I unfortunately did not get the gentleman's name who did my nails, but I showed him a pic and he did INCREDIBLE!! The place is gorgeous, the staff are all so friendly and their prices are extremely reasonable. I will be a return customer for sure

Always friendly and knowledgeable with a very pleasant atmosphere. This was my third visit. My manicures are beautiful when finished. Today, I chose an orange shade and asked Andy to add a little ghost. It's adorable.

She wanted calligraphy z she got this !! And cuticle damaged!!

My daughters looked up this place and said for her first time she wanted to get her nails done here. I was disappointed as she was as well We both wanted specific design and got charged extra for the designs they said yes we can do it. They cut my daughters side of cuticle and I had air bubbles and nails looked like they had been on for days not smooth not painted right !!! Took 2 hrs on my nails for something a that a new person in cosmetology probably barely learning. They even asked my daughter if she can do the z in calligraphy scripture after they said they can do it!!

This is from a couple of weeks ago- but still looking good :)

Kloann is the reason I give this place 5 stars! I go to her monthly and she is so sweet, kind, helpful, and amazing at nails. Salon is kept very clean as well and it's very nice on the inside. I think the prices are pretty reasonable as well. Remember to tip well, please :)

Got my nails done by Linda this morning. Ravenna has pulled out every precaution to make sure you are safe and germs are not spread! 3 months of being closed has to be rough on them all! Make an appt and tip big. They deserve it and are there to serve and keep you protected!

Let me start by saying I have been going here for over 10 years. Today the President made an announcement that all vaccinated Americans do NOT have to wear masks inside or outside. So I walked into the Salon without my mask. Shortly afterward the lady at front brought me a mask to put on and I stated the CDC and President stated fully vaccinated do not have to wear a mask. I told her if they requested I wear one- I would simply leave and go somewhere else. She said No, NO, then another girl working there came over and asked me if I had a mask. I told her the President and CDC stated I did not need to wear a mask indoors. She loudly stated I don't care what the CDC said , you think you are entitled! I told her that was not the case and that I was vaccinated and not trying to cause trouble. I left without issue but this brings us to the issue of how fearful we have become because of Covid! I would encourage people to stop and listen to each other instead of trying to be right and make a point! I will miss my nail tech Angie-she is amazing. read more

Horrific nail spa! Their receptionist Mackenzie is cocky, so "sweet" via phone. We were told 30-40 minutes, 90 min later nothing. We witnessed a regular come in, sign in & say thanks for taking me right away....you'd be mad too. A pik just 6 days earlier but thought I would give them another chance. Btw, what I was looking for was a polish change & powder manicure..$65. read more

I gave them one star because the receptionist seemed sweet and I got seated right away. I went to get a basic manicure and when I sat down the man was immediately acting like he was above doing manicures. He was huffing and puffing and spent about 5 minutes on my nails. He asked me to wash my hands so I examined my nails and was shocked to see that they looked worse than when I walked in. He had done nothing but roughed up the edges. My nails were all different lengths and they the edges weren't even smooth. I asked him to put in a little more effort and his response was that my nails were too short. Ouch - I obviously came here because my nails look bad. That was the whole point. He did another round with the buffer and painted my nails but I couldn't get out of there fast enough without getting emotional. Look, I understand that a basic manicure is only $15 and to a salon technician that means a small amount of cash in pocket but when someone comes in for a service they expect at minimum respect from the technician. If he would have put in effort from the start he would have been finished sooner and on to the next high paying customer. read more

Absolutely do not go to this place!!! Not only do they torture you with pain, making you bleed, and aggression, they also throw insults at you. I was there with my daughter when the technician said, "your daughter is very pretty... she must get it from her father". I do not want to be abused for a simple manicure. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I have had my nails done here 4 times. Two of them, I was very happy with my no chip manicures. My third not so much, rushed and didn't last. My last visit was for a nail dip which I chose since my nails had grown out and I wanted to do a French. My nail tech Nina was friendly and exclaimed how the dip was so good for the nails and it was going to be $55.00. I agreed since I know dip grows out nicely, is supposed to last a long time and it is thinner, more natural looking than no chip. My nails are thick and wavy lookingalso she overcharged me $10 and when I realized it she clearly knew that she had overcharged me and hoped that I hadn't noticed. Never returning. Poor job. Careless, did not shape well and 2 nails fell off not even a week later, upped the price from 35 to 45 to switch to a glitter polish on two fingers, made a comment about my child going back to her country? my daughters friend who was getting a fill took 45 minutes longer than the girls getting a brand new set even though she had started earlier than them. this place overall is a waste of time and money.could find somewhere better read more

Ravenna Nails has made my nail experience amazing! I have been to several other nail salons in the area and none of them have done this great of a job. Linda will always take extra time to make sure I love a color and makes great conversation in the meantime. The receptionists are always very professional, especially Hannah. Good manicures most of the time but once was completely crooked. I went back the next day and asked to have them done over and that I would pay for it. I also wanted a pedicure. I was sent for the pedicure first and then they brought the girl over who gave me the crooked manicure. She was hurt and I was embarrassed. After trying to explain for quite a while that the manicure was crooked, I gave up and just said I'd just have the pedicure that day. The tech did a great job on the pedicure and I tipped well. She said she tried to make me happy with the pedicure. No, I paid and tipped for that pedicure. I must be a glutton for punishment because I went back a month later for a manicure, convinced I'd get a different tech, which I did, but right next to the one who did a poor job the month before. This tech was rough and a bit rude and then, in a loud voice, she told me my fingers were crooked. My response was that, yes, they were. I was born that way. I will never go back there. read more

Where would I be without Ravenna nails? Probably not on my millionaire boyfriend's boat talking about my AMAZING job as an undergrad social media coordinator because I didn't have the confidence to make a move on Geráld or apply for the prestigious position without an amazing nochip mani/pedi, but who can say? Ti gave me a wonderful service that I could only compensate her with a 400% tip and the return of my business and the receptionist Mackenzie was a ray of sunshine glowing in the front of the salon. Her sweet personality shone through the phone from the second I wanted to make my appointment all the way to carrying my things from the pedicure chairs to the immaculate manicure station. 50/10. I've been going to Raveena nails for quite some time now. I'm always greeted with a smile and by name with the owner Christine. But, more importantly my nail tech, Linda does a FANTASTIC job on my nails. She takes her time and really makes sure I love my nails before I leave the chair. The salon is clean and elegant, with TVs on the wall for your entertainment. Refreshments are offered and dum dums (total bonus if you have a kid in tow or for your own sweet tooth!). Speaking of kids, when I do bring my 8 year old daughter in to get her nails done, she's always treated like a little princess. I've been coming here since I was in a stroller (about 16 years ago) and I always enjoy my time here. Christine and her husband arthe most caring and attentive business owners and they always are trying to improve even the smallest details for the customers experience. Now that I've moved away from home I always make time to come back and get a mani/pedi whenever I am in town. Linda is the most detailed nail technician and her no chip nails last FOREVER!!! She always triple checks every nail to make sure they look perfect and I walk away loving my mani. Ravenna Nail formally Venetian Nails is a good quality Nail spa. Everything is clean and up to date. The pedicure chairs are amazing and the technicians take extra steps to ensure each Bowl is clean before and after. The best part is that your nails last. I am busy, so I don't have time to come back if a Nail chips or breaks. I have found wonderful nail techs and the nails last 2.5 to 3 weeks! This is a first for me, my nails are tricky. I have heard some no chips lasting as long as 4 weeks. There is a good vibe and good service. I highly recommend Linda and Jenny. read more

Fantastic nail spa around! They have excellent nail technicians who have an abundance of experience and are very customer focused. I'm always receiving compliments on my nails. The facility is very clean and beautiful. It is a very relaxing place and always has appropriate music and tv shows for all ages. Very kid friendly too. I have been going to Ravenna (Venetian previously) for over 10 years and I could not say enough good things about the salon. Kind, professional and friendly nail techs make the atmosphere inviting and getting your nails done a relaxing and pleasurable experience. It is always clean and they have great hours. Even after moving out of the Geneva area and trying many different nail salons, I have not found any that has the quality and selection that Ravenna provides. I continue to come back to Ravenna and recommend it to many friends. read more

If you're looking for a salon that's relaxing, friendly, clean, and good at haha they do you should go to Ravenna in Geneva. I have been here a few times and each and every time I've been impressed with the staff, quality of work, and most of all the cleanliness. I appreciate that the pedicure bowl is washed and wrapped in new plastic every time so it's clean. Great massager seats. Prices are good too with a discount getting both mani and pedi. We went here for a mani/pedi. I got the deluxe pedicure with grapefruit and was very happy with the experience! The nail techs were friendly and wanted us to have the best experience possible. They were chatty and attentive. We were also very happy with the end product and think our nails look amazing. Our appointment spilled over until after they closed, but the techs were nice about it and made sure we still had time to dry our nails off. Definitely recommend, we will be back! read more

I love this nail salon!! I have been going here since Christine and Mark opened it. About 15 years. Christine is always very friendly and greets me by my name. I love Linda my nail tech. PERFECTION every time. She takes pride in what she does and is very meticulous . I leave the salon very relaxed and of course my pedicure and manicure are excellent. Very impressed! A little over priced... but worth it. $35 for a no-chip manicure. I needed my nails done last minute for the holidays and they were happy to squeeze me in. I was in and out of their salon in under 30min, amazing!! Additionally, they were giving out full size hand moisturizer as a holiday gift for picking their shop. My nail tech made my day with that! I went to a different nail salon before I came here and had such a bad experience that I needed it fixed. I tried to go to my usual place but they were full so I came here. I've been coming for no chip , gel , and pedicures for years now . Christine is always so sweet and welcoming . Linda is the best for nails -consistent service with the best lasting manicures /pedicures . Danny is also great ! Always clean and prices are reasonable . read more

Love this Nail Salon. I drive over 30 miles to get my nails done here. Linda is great. I always have great pedicures and no chip manicures. The other staff are very friendly and it is very clean. Love this place. It's worth my drive!!! They are the BEST!!!!! read more

Love this Salon. Had a "Cat Eye" dip done and it looked so cool! Also, everyone is so accommodating and always tries to get me in when I need to get in. Christine is always introducing me to new products and nail styles . Recommend this Nail Salon highly!! read more

This is my new favorite nail salon in the area! I got my mani/pedi done here a couple of times and they did a great job every time. The staff is nice and patient. The salon is clean and the overall atmosphere is good. I would definitely recommend them! read more
