I've been training with Jon for 9 months now and it's the best decision that I have ever made in my entire life. I neglected my health and got to the point where I was the unhealthiest I have ever been. I was obese for a woman and lost all my self confidence. Today, I am healthier and stronger. I am down 17lbs and 7% body fat. I can honestly feel the difference from when I first met Jon. My self confidence is back and I'm so lucky to have a trainer who walks me through every step. Having Jon as a trainer changed my entire life. It's amazing having a support system who understands your personal goals. The entire process has been nothing but positive. Jon is so observant and his knowledge on the human body is amazing. He can literally tell if I've been sitting on the computer all day at work and what I need to stretch. Just having a trainer who knows your body so well is key to knowing you have the right trainer. I also love how Jon makes your goals feel like they're his goals too. I recently started power lifting and let me say, he knows what he's doing! The program he designs for you is spot on. Now I am deadlifting 240lbs and squatting 225lbs. You won't be wrong for choosing Jon! He will not disappoint

Jon is an excellent trainer. He handles each client differently, focusing on individual needs and goals. He not only has great knowledge of his trade; he is great with with people and has the ability to connect with you on a personal level. He believes in hitting your goals in a realistic way, making it possible for you to maintain your fitness journey after your training session or program is complete. He also breaks down all his nutrition and workout plans in a simple and transparent way. Jon really enjoys the career path he chose, and it shines through when you meet up or speak with him. Your goals become his goals, and he will be just as excited as you are as you progress in your training. He's warm hearted and cares about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He is passionate about helping others and loves seeing his clients achieve their goals. I highly recommend his training services. I am a powerlifter that has been training for several years. I decided to take a short break to learn Olympic lifting. I reached out to Jon as I had seen him in the gym working with numerous clients and could immediately tell he KNOWS his business. As a not so confident lifter, Jon helped me hammer technique and fundamentals in order to gain that confidence. Every session was high energy, effective and fun. I think I laughed nearly every workout with him. It is so unbelievably hard to find knowledgeable personal trainers these days that don't give you "cookie cutter" workouts that you can easily find on the internet. Jon is a trained professional, detailed, highly observant, focused and present with his clients. If you need help with achieving any of your fitness goals, Jon is your guy!

Jon is definitely the best personal trainer out there and I recommend him to anyone, no matter your fitness level. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. Even on days we don't train, he still checks in, gives me pointers, and helps me stay on track. He also does a great job tailoring workouts to your specific needs and constantly adds different exercise variations to keep things effective, challenging, and fun. Every workout feels personalized instead of repetitive. The gym itself is amazing too -- it has every piece of equipment you could possibly need, plus all the little extras that make training better. Everything is always incredibly clean and spotless, which makes the environment even more motivating to be in. On top of all that, Adam keeps workouts fun and motivating. During my consultation we went over my goals and over the first couple of sessions after assessing my fitness levels he came up with tailored training and nutrition plans to help me meet said goals. He's very knowledgeable and adept at personal training. On several occasions he's taught me the correct technique to do a particular movement so I can target the muscle group more effectively and avoid any potential injury. He makes sure that I challenge myself during every session and pushes me to my body's limit. Most importantly Paul makes the sessions a lot of fun. He holds me accountable, motivates me to push myself, and is very open to hearing any feedback. I enjoy our conversations between sets and that makes each session go by fast! Right away, I noticed the tight-knit camaraderie. There's a strong sense of community that honestly feels even more connected than other group fitness gyms like F45. The headset mic system helps amplify coaching across the large floor space, making the session feel clear and high-energy. Coach Brenden's shout-outs during the workout were electric--you could tell everyone was feeding off it. After class, Kim at the front desk was incredibly helpful--she walked me through a tour and went over my InBody results in detail. That kind of individual attention isn't something you always get, and it really stood out. My wife joined me for the class too (she had to rush out early since she works in Menlo by 6:30 AM), but we were both impressed by the vibe and professionalism. On a personal note--I've admired Brian Nunez from afar since meeting him a couple of times back in the 2006-2008 Club One / Active Sports Club days.
