Such a cute little sushi spot in the H Mart plaza (near by TP tea) and honestly a rare find! I was craving a poke bowl and was really impressed by how fresh everything tasted. What I loved most was that they didn't cover the fish with heavy sauces, so you could actually taste the freshness of the fish itself. I also ordered their 3-piece maki roll set. The rolls were small, but they were very tasty and full of flavor. Everything tasted clean, fresh, and well made. The shop is located in a large plaza so parking is not an issue. The shop itself is pretty small, minimalist, and clean. Service is friendly, but interaction with minimal sense. I ordered using the tablet. There were no To Go boxes being displayed when I arrived so I had to reference the photos in the tablet to decide what I wanted. I got an order of three cut Maki rolls and a set of three hand rolls. You get to pick different fish to go in your roles so I chose a variety of them. At first glance, it doesn't seem like the rolls would be filling, but I was surprised that I was full after only eating half a box. The fish is fresh and the rice is seasoned perfectly. I had seen this place and had been wanting to check them out. It was a pretty tiny restaurant closer to the northeast end of the Diamond Hills Plaza Shopping Center, located just to the left of 101 Cafe. I placed an order online before coming here to pick it up. They used the Meal Key Way ordering platform so it was really easy to use. Their entrees started with a base price. The final cost will depend on the items that you select. Our order was for an uni salmon ikura don, sushi set of 8 pc, and a sashimi set of 8 pc. Shortly after placing my order, I got a call to inform me that they were out of uni. She offered to replace it with scallops or refund me the cost for the uni. I opted for scallops since they're one of my favorites. There was a short wait as I had shown up a bit early. During my wait, I saw that there was the option to eat there as they had a large rectangular dining table and a few counter seats. The kitchen was hidden from view. They had an ordering kiosk off to the side. As for my order, everything was packaged very nicely and with care. The four hand rolls were super cute and enjoyable. My favorite was the blue crab with avocado that was delicious! But they have a few other varieties such as salmon, scallop, and tuna options. Not to mention they sell matcha powders and have matcha drinks to order as well. The location has one cashier taking orders and some sushi is displayed for sale in a display window. We ended up ordering: -Hand Roll Box of 3 - (Salmon/Bluefin Tuna/Hamachi) -Maki Roll Set of 3 - (Salmon/Bluefin Tuna/ Blue Crab + Cucumber for $2 extra) Our orders were ready in about 5-7 minutes. We ended up dining there to enjoy it all fresh. The Hand Rolls had big cuts of fish. The Maki came in a nice little box and looked fresh as can be. The sushi was excellent. My husband and I came by to Raw N Dash on a random day after completing a grocery run. There's plenty of parking in the front and many more in the complex. First impression is it's a small and quiet spot. They have a long table for group dining and high top seats as well. We ordered the Maki Box of 3 and the Hand Roll Box of 3. For the hand rolls we ordered Salmon, Hamachi and Bluefin Tuna. For the Maki Box we ordered Salmon, Bluefin Tuna and Blue crab + cucumber. Once we received the boxes, my eyes lit up! The size of the fish on the hand rolls were larger than I expected. They tasted just as good as they looked. The fish were fresh and the rice was perfect. We shared each hand roll and were able to get two bites each. The Maki Box was presented elegantly. The sushi pieces were all symmetrical and delicious. My favorite one was the Blue Crab. Though it's on the pricier side, the price is pretty justified by the sheer amount of high quality fish they give. The fish tastes very fresh and extremely tender. My brother also loved how big the poke bowl was; for how great the quality of the fish was, we were expecting smaller portions. The service is also great. The staff walked us through the menu, showed us pictures that were true to what we received, and made thoughtful recommendations based on our tastes. The sashimi provided in the premium chirashi were decent size slices, and about two pieces for each different fish, and it also included scallops. Definitely recommend trying the chirashi/premium chirashi. Pricing wise, considering the quality/amount of the sashimi provided, it's not that bad while keeping in mind you are paying for sashimi. My friend and I each ordered a Premium Chirashi ($45) and a Takoyaki ($9). About a 20 minute wait from ordering to eating, if you're in a rush, for sure try and order by phone if available. Takoyaki was on par with what I expected for the price. The Premium Chirashi included a large variety and portion of fish and came with a side of soup with the head from the shrimp. Would've liked to see Uni in it at this price point but understandable given how much fish was included. Stopped in because I needed to charge my car and pick up a keto friendly meal. The store is very clean, it reminded me of a coffee shop. I ordered my food at the counter and sat down with my laptop to do a little work. My food was ready shortly, it came packed to-go. Luckily I planned to dine in, so I picked up my container to see that it was smothered with tempura flakes, which I did not order because I'm on keto. I immediately let the staff know, and they fixed my order, no problem. After I got my correct order, I was very disappointed to see how little food there was in the container. With all mixed greens, they definitely could've given more. With how little service they have, you'd think they'd give you more fish (only one other customer came in while I was there, and they ended up leaving without ordering anything). For $19 I can get over double the food, driving the same distance in the opposite direction of my house. Overall, the taste was good, the food was fresh. I appreciated the light sauce as I requested, but I found it strange the sauce was tossed on the greens like a salad dressing. If I do come back, it definitely won't be for a poke bowl.
