While waiting, we ordered two smoothies to go so we could walk around the area for about 30 minutes before coming back. Unfortunately the smoothies weren't the ones we ordered, but we didn't realize until after we had already left. We came back at 11:30 for lunch and I ordered the Gobbler sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The sourdough bread was amazing and the sandwich itself was large and very filling. Definitely the highlight of the visit. The staff was friendly overall and the atmosphere is relaxed and chill. It's also a really cute spot right on the plaza area, making it a nice place to stop if you're exploring Taos. A couple small hiccups, but the food and vibe made it a solid experience. I'd still recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

That's what my green smoothie tastes like. He had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get this disgusting drink and watch the owner just sitting at a table instead of trying to expedite orders and helping customers. I too notice this each time I went. I personally stopped going there because the service takes way too long and I don't have an hour to wait around for a sandwich. It's too bad because this place could be so great and we need something like this in Taos, but my prediction is they won't make it without a landline or staff that care.
