Highway robbery... $48.75 to install a TPMS sensor. Just the labor...I provided the sensor. I guess it's my fault I didn't get the price upfront. I should have just went to Discount Tire and paid $20. I have had multiple TPMS sensors replaced and I have never paid anything close to what these guys charged me. I wanted to support the neighborhood small business, but their price was excessive. The tech also didn't program my sensors to the correct wheel location. I had to reprogram them when I got home. As a customer it is my responsibility to state my experience. Over all It was very unpleasant from start to finish. Except that the work has not yet been fully finished. In addition to that, I have already made payment for said work. Do not get me wrong Jeff seems like a great guy to the fullest but, totally had no control over his time frame, he over promised and under delivered with out a doubt. The biggest downfall for me is when I am told that it would take less than one day and it ended up taking FOUR DAYS at the shop. Definitely not acceptable! Especially when I had to keep calling asking when my truck would be ready. The work that has been done so far was not partially done correctly. If I'm going to spend more than $4.000! here I expect a good job. Every time I call I get the runaround and it is frustrating. Below is the work that was done which took 4 Days: - New AMP boards which took 3Hr. - Remove Air lift kit which took them 1Hr. - Adding New Tires. N/A on time - Adding a Light strip at the tail gate. 1Hr. As Jeff is turning in the truck to me 4 Days later, I spotted the following: - AMP board wiring hanging underneath the truck. - Amp board wiring hanging underneath brake paddle. - Light strip un leveled and connected incorrectly. Below is the said work that was not complete: - They NEVER added the bump stops which Jeff said he would! - Light strip installed incorrectly! - Here is a funny one. I raised my concern about the issue regarding the light strip not being strait. Jeff literally gave me double sided tape to what apparently he expected me to fix it. Since after Four days at the shop wasn't long enough he said to me "Hold the tape and bring it in next time and I will fix the connection also" I'll tell you one thing. If I have to bring my truck back literally after a week at the shop even AFTER PAYING! That is bad business... Here is another funny one, I am still waiting on that call from Jeff or Mark. These guys quoted me $500 for an 2"front level kit, installed on a 1999 F250. ( I got the springs myself). They said that included a realignment. I came to pick up at 1:15 and they hadn't yet done the alignment , said it would take about an hour - but after the guy went to lunch. 3:07 it was ready. Charges me 2.5 hrs for the alignment. I couldn't pick it up by then so my friend did and paid the bill. Mailed him correspondence asking for correction. He said "you never know how long an alignment is gonna take on an older car". (You mean simpler, easier ones?) I said but he only spent less than 2 hours total even so - including his lunch - he said well that's how long the book says it takes. Well, you quoted me an hour. Either the book says an hour or your lying. You cant say "well you never know how long it will take" and also say "well the book says 2.5hrs and if my guys did it quicker that's what I'm gonna charge." Crooks. Total charge for 2 leaf springs installed: $994.00. That's the job. Install 2 leaf springs. He calls me and says he "ain't changing anything." I said did you even ask your service people? Not gonna bother. Jeff may seem nice and honest. He lied on the phone to me with two incompatible stories on The alignment. On what planet does it take 2.5 hours to do an alignment. If I could give this place a zero then I totally would but I can't the lowest I can give is the one and that's being generous with that being said let me tell you what happened! Yesterday we had a blowout on one of the tires of my mother-in- mods car. We got the car home and everything and we went to this establishment this morning my husband simply was explaining to them what he needed to have done and everything well one of the people was a space cadet and another person who were served was very rude very unprofessional and doesn't have a clue as to what customer service is in fact he told my has been that because of social distancing there is no such thing as customer service. I have never heard such a ridiculous thing in my whole life let alone have a business establishment whether he was the owner or not or an employee who works at the shop just write off almost right off tell a customer or in this case to my husband to Beat It answer leave because he didn't have time to do his job and yet he had time to it's not about him and give him the runaround and give him poor service this kind of conduct clearly is unacceptable my mother-in-law. Then went up to the same establishment and ultimately got what she needed as well but I'm guessing she didn't have too good of an experience either my nephew walked up there and he picked up on some attitude and I'm professionalism as well and he came home and told me that the people over there are really rude and unprofessional and they have no business taking people's money if they do not want to provide a service how are you too busy to do the job in which you are in business for? That don't even make sense all these people want to do that there is pocket people's money but then turn around and tell you to beat it and to go away and all they want to do a snap at you and be unprofessional. Should I be upset? After finding out my tire had a nail, I had to find a shop in mesquite before they close and I knew they just built a tire shop by my apartments. I saw this place right off the highway and decided to drive up and see how much it would cost to fix it. I drove up told the young man I had a nail. And we then directed me to drive in the garage.. I asked him "how much" he then shook his head. I was like oh okay it's free.. he did what he had to do. I saw this other guy hovering over him and I was like it's his boss, cool. As soon as he finished I thanked him and his "boss" . He was like no problem did you pay? And I'm like that guy who just did my tire said it was free.. he was like no it's not, you wanna pay cash or card? I'm like why would he say it's free? I went inside for the actual owner to tell me that kid didn't know what he was talking about and it would be 20. So if I course I paid but then that leads to the question was I in the wrong? I had a nail in my tire. Got it patched for $15 on Saturday. Customer service was lacking even though there were many workers there. Manny saw us a few minutes later & helped. Thought I'd support my local businesses instead of driving 5 more miles to old faithful (Hamm's). Today same tire is flat. I'm beyond upset. As their name implies, they get a Lone Star for this review. They ordered all of my parts and got great deals on them then the chaos started. The owner told me he sold my tires because half of my lift kit wasn't in and he was just going to reorder them, this pushed install back a week. The tires didn't come in yet, this pushed it back another week. They got it done and the suspension was overly loose plus THEY PUT THE WRONG STRUTS ON. There was another customer in the shop at one point who they also used the wrong equipment on. I took it in and they fixed the suspension issue but I was told that nothing was wrong with it, despite seeing them and hearing them use an impact wrench going to town on it then it not having the issues again. The brakes started to sporadically drag after they installed the lift kit (this replaces the brake lines and causes the brakes to need to be bled). I took my truck in and they messed around with it then said everything was okay. Continued to drag and overheat so I took it back. They reset the ABS. Brakes continued to drag and overheat. I took it to another shop and found out that the brake lines had never been properly bled due to a bleeder valve being broken and the brake lines were faulty. By this time extensive damage had occurred to my truck due to the heat. I took the letter from the other shop with the 1200+ dollars I had spent over and Jeff (the owner) told me that they would talk to the manufacturer and if they didn't reimburse me that he would via their insurance. Guess what, I was never able to get in touch with him again. I stopped by 2 times, sent text messages, called, and emailed. I didn't even bill them for the rotors needing to be replaced or the 10K mile at the time pads being worn down and needing to be replaced. They have countered my dispute. Its not going to do them any good in the end with another shop calling them out. Needless to say I do not recommend these guys. I would say they do have being extremely nice as a plus; however, I was lied to on top of being given the run around and that is inexcusable. read more

Jeff and the guys here are great. My son bought a set of wheels and tires and a lift kit for his truck and I bought a lift kit for mine. Both were done in the time promised and they recommended going back for the kits to be tightened down after 500-1000 miles. At that time they also checked the alignment of the vehicle ( most shops I called when getting prices for a lift kit sent you somewhere else to have alignment done at an extra charge after kit was installed). They even fixed a slow leaking tire that had a nail in it by putting a patch on it rather than a plug which requires dismounting tire and doing a lot more than a plug takes to do (FOR FREE). read more

Never will I refer anyone to this shop I had my brother go there for his tires he paid a week in advance came in the following week was the first customer there that day was told his truck would be done by 1 so we run errands and come back they barely have his truck on the racks and the guy was just in his office and gave us some bs about how the newer models take time. That to me should of been a priority and there shouldn't be any excuse why its not done there was no one there when we had gotten there and considering that it was paid in full and in advance I honestly was not a fan on how business was conducted at all so if you have a whole day to give and want to get frustrated this is the shop for you. read more

This is the sorriest place to get service. I was told my car would be done by 1 pm considering I was there when they open which is 9 am. I get there at 3:45 and is not ready. I get there and the office staff in the office horsing around and my vehicle was not even put on the jacks. Please KNOW that they charged me a week before job was done.
