Never have I experienced an easier more simple automotive service experience. The staff were all very knowledgable, professional, and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. They had extremely low prices on all of the merchandise and services offered as well as many extra services that were not expected. I can't say enough about the staff here. The young lady who helped and guided me through the entire process made me feel as if I was just hanging out with old friends. One word describes my experience, "PERFECTION". Scott Hill was very professional and helped me find EXACTLY what I was after, AND NAILED the exact look. Perfect offset and size for running a "staggered" 20" wheel set up on my Lexus. Clean facility, clean bathroom and avery clean Wheel/Tire Installation Area. This is a great place to get tires. I came in for a service today and since they couldn't fix it I got a new one. They didn't charge any extra money to my account either. I recommend this store to anyone who needs rims and tires. The customer service is the best I've ever had at any shop. The wait can be a little long because they do same day installs for their customers. Barely any money down, great product, weekly payments, no installation charge, damaged tire repair or replacement for free.....and all I had to do was wait a little while. I got my wheels on sat 1/24/2015 and i must say they really look good the staff was really great to me we had problems in getting the rims i wanted but the manger was really helpful in helping me find a set i like. the price was on point. Rebecca was a big help as well sat down with me and explain the dos and the don't. They also had new staff there which has seem to caught real well in helping customers.
