They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Without our authorization, the shop added brake fluid, claiming the brake pedal went to the floor when they moved the truck into the bay. This was never discussed with us beforehand, nor were we given the opportunity to approve or decline the work. More troubling, within about a mile of leaving the shop, we experienced a complete brake failure. This created a dangerous situation that should never occur after a vehicle has just been serviced. When we contacted the owner, he claimed he had informed us there was a brake shop next door if we needed further service. That statement is simply not true--no such information was provided. While the original issue was fixed, the lack of communication, unauthorized work, and the safety risk we experienced afterward are unacceptable. We strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all work is clearly authorized and explained before service is performed.

Ive seen other reviews for Rent A Wheel & they aren't very positive however, they've hired new staff & changed a few things & When I tell you these people went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty, well....Let's just say that's an understatement! My husband & I went to Rimtyme needless to say they weren't of any help. We needed to replace our rims asap bc they were damaged. It was 6:30pm maybe later when we arrived they close at 7. Ashley was the associate that helped us. The tech who put the rims on our vehicle was very persistent & diligent although he had a hard time getting them on and off. They never once complained about having to stay late. Never even gave me the vibe that they were bothered or inconvenienced. It was almost 8pm when we left there. Definitely not the experience I expected. The district manager was in the store at the time & he was very considerate as well. If I'm not mistaken he was the one to give the ok to put the rims on even though it was so close to closing. It's nice to know there are people like this left in the world. read more

To be honest, I had had an awful experience with the Riverdale store just a day before. At that location, I was talked to like crap and treated even worse. But after talking to Charles, the district manager, he assured me that was not how this company operates. He also invited me to visit another store. Reluctantly, I did. And Charles was absolutely right. The plesantness began over the telephone with Tiffany, who knew her stuff and made me feel like I was in good hands. When I arrived at the store, both she and Angelo went out of their way to make me feel at home. And they had no idea what a horrible experiene I'd had at the other store, which they helped me forget. after retutning my wheels and tires to the competitor, i was reluctant to do business again with any other rim ompany, tiffany assured me that they would make sure i understood the company and the way they work and they are not in any way shape or form here to take advantage of me but here to help my get what a need allowing me to make payments weekly or bi weekly was great and seems like a great way to have the payments set up, i went in and they rest of the staff assisted with getting my wheel and tire package together and it was affordable and i will say after i pay them off i will be getting more : ) read more

One of my tires started thumping, so I pulled into Rent A Wheel. Robbie Patterson came right out to see what I needed, found the screw-bolt thingy the tire had picked up, laid out all my options, and took my car to the repair bay. It appeared to me to be in the sidewall, tire was checked out and they found a small screw in the tread. They fixed the leak and I was on my way without a bill. Service was great and I can not beat the value.
