I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team. I have been dealing with Butler Tire for many years and have always had a good experience. I…read morerecently paid over $14k for tires, wheels, and a carbon body kit. I was asked to pay everything upfront so I did. I was comfortable paying upfront since I have dealt with them many times in the past. a few days later we decided against the body kit and asked they refund that amount back on my card which was around $8133.00. I was told that was ok and they would submit the request. It has been weeks and they still have not refunded my money. The product was never ordered or received and we cancelled a few days after the initial payment in full. I have asked my rep Wayne multiple times when they are going to credit me back. Wayne said it had to go through corporate and it might take a week or so. well it's been since April 16 and it is May 20 and they still have not refunded or called. I had to go to credit provider American Express and ask them to reverse the charges . Butler is not responding at this point . This has been a terrible experience and the last time I ever do business with them. I have spent thousands of dollars of the years and this is absolutely no way to treat any customer and especially a long term customer. I discovered Butler was bought out by Tires plus so that might be part of the problem. I guess we will be finding a new company to deal with. Wayne has always been great to deal with , but I truly believe his hands are tied with the corporate red tape. We all know a charge can be reversed easily and shouldn't ' take this long .
