Dealt with other Rent a Tire locations but have not stopped coming to the one on Bandera. It only took me one visit & I was hooked ever since. Moses was super friendly & willing to help. He also got me the best deal for my new sert of rims. Also dealt with Hugo who is the assistant manager & he went out of his way to make sure I would get my flat fixed. And in the most recent visit I was dealing with the store manager Anthony who provided me with the best customer service. He knows how to take care of his customers & went above and beyond to provide world class customer service. I originally bought my set from another rent a tire location but have not gone back ever since due to lack in willingness to help & lack in customer service. I chose to purchase a new set from this rent a tire location & am recommending this location to whoever is looking into purchasing their new set of rims. read more

I had never done or known about this whole rent a tire thing and had been curious for years now. So I made up my mind to go in and just find out what it was all about since I think I had been needing tires for my Dodge Ram. But From the minute I walked through that door I knew I was in for a surprisingly unexpected experience it was like I got greeted by I wanna say about 4 different employees. They were all nice and friendly I have to say I didn't think that I was gonna leave that same day with a new set of wheels and tires my truck look awesome. I've been to two rent a tire locations and this one is by far the best. I had not had a good experience with the other location: got great tires but the staff had a lack of professionalism. When it came time for my fiancé to get tires and rims, we tried the bandera location instead and they did great. The manager Eric took care of us, was very knowledgeable - helped us get the best tires and rims for our car and kept it within the budget we were wanting. He even looked at my account and saw that i still qualified for road hazard insurance and took care of me too. I will go back again and have recently recommended this store to a friend. read more

We came over to this place just passing by to get a quote. When our tires were falling apart and we couldn't afford a new set. The manager worked with us and helped us out big time with a low down payment and easy application process. They did the work the same day and even gave us things to clean our car and a voucher for a free alignment for our new wheels! They were nice enough to offer to help us with painting our calipers and everything. The main thing is that if it wasn't for them, I probably would be stranded on the side of the road because I couldn't afford tires. They really worked with us big time! read more

So I was pumping gas at a nearby corner store and I noticed my tire had several cuts on the side. I didnt realize it but the tire looked flat which made me look for like a nail or something. I put air and went on my way. As im driving I see this place Rent a Tire so I got curious and stopped by. I didnt know we could actually rent to buy tires.. The guys here at the bandera location got me a new set of tires with 120 bucks and gave me 90 days to pay the cash price. Rent a Tire has improved a whole lot! Crystal is nice n very approachable which is important in a business like this that has people coming in and out with a quickness, she makes people want to come back and refer family and friends! I'm not a customer but when my friend told me how the service is I wanted to see for myself. I went in due to my tire always being flat I told them I just wanted a tire they said ok. At first they were serious after a few minutes they saw how I was getting comfortable then they started opening up. Making me feel like they care for my safety and me as a customer overall when I left I had a great experience and awesome service. The guys at this shop are so friendly. They don't bs you or try to sell you something without giving you all the facts. And if at anytime you have hard times through your payment time they are willing to work with you. They are all awesome very helpful even when you go back In with an issue after you pay off your account(get the warranty though!) CJ the store manager is awesome to work with. Had a great experience , i came in 1 day and needed tires badly, the guys there went ABOVE N BEYOND to get me into some new ones. This is the place to go if u dont have the cash up front for rims and tires.
