My friend and I went in to get tires for a truck. She signed the contract, not I. However, I did use my cash app card to pay the payment for her. She ended up giving the truck back as well as the tires she got. However, they are STILL charging my card. Every day they try and take a payment off. I have asked for my card to be removed, it has not been. And somehow this evening they managed to figure out the exact amount on my cash app card and literally took EVERY PENNY out of my account. I don't know how they did it, but they did And also, they gave us the wrong size tire and knew they did the whole time. Don't waste your money here nor your time.! read more

Over priced. Staff needs some work. Rims were scratched when new tires mounted. Tire pressure should have been no more than 45psi but had one tire at 63psi, the other 57psi, other 37psi and other 41psi. The only positive part was dealing with Jeff Alcachupas. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. His customer service is excellent. Too bad they lost such a valuable employee. read more

Watch out. These guys dont tell you what your payments really are. They mislead you into paying almost 1000 dollars more. Apparently you have to sit down with your contract and figure out all your own math. My 900 dollar tires have almost ended up costing 1900. They set my 90 days same as cash payments to go one day over 90 days. Yes. 1 extra day is worth 1000 dollars. Beware. read more

Well I got rims and tires and had problems and they have tried to fix the problem the first time and the second time we thought problem would be fixed but ran into same problem but they are willing to help fix problem and order right rims and tires so over all I have been treated good and will be most happy once all is fixed. read more

I was in Saturday the 21st to purchase a set of tires and rims, The new manager as he made very clear, at first was helpful but not all that knowledgeable. After discussing payment options i explained at that moment i just couldnt afford them. The reason I'm writing is out of concern. After i left the store he followed me outside and made me an offer. The offer as he explained was that he was trying to get his asst manager fired, He explained to me that if i went on yelp(because cooperate follows yelp reviews) and complain about the asst manager(Brianna) he would give me 50% off my purchase. If you can find any place to do business for your wheel and tire needs, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The sales associate Breanna is the most unprofessional, smart mouth, uneducated individual that I have ever dealt with. From the day I walked into the store she provided inaccurate information. She quoted me one price for a set of wheels and tiers, but once she entered it into the systems, it was almost $90.00 more than what I was quoted. After dealing with her for about an hour and a half, she eventually got the payment down, but not to what I was quoted. I agreed to it because I didn't want to be a jerk about the situation. She informed me that if I made 1 weekly payment, that I could start paying every two weeks. WRONG! Come to find out, she set the account up on a every week schedule. To make matters worse, the same day that I had the wheels and tires put on, I had a blow out on my way out of town that night and had to cancel my plans for that night and be back at their shop the next morning to have the tire replaced. You think that's it right? Nope! When they replaced the tire, they put the wrong size tire on my vehicle causing the tire to stretch and come unraveled. I contacted the store on several occasions regarding my account and spoke with the Account manager Shenaqua and explained the situation and she tried to help as much as she could. Any time she contacted me, she was professional, and courteous with understanding the situation. It pretty much got to the point I didn't want any dealings with Breanna because her customer service was HORRIBLE! After speaking with the account manager and long consideration, I explained to her that I think I would just rather do business else where and return the merchandise because it was just one thing after another. So today, I go in to return everything, (dealing strictly with the account manager) and she offered to hold the merchandise for me for 30 days, asked what could they do to keep my business etc, and I straight up told her, it wasn't a matter of me not being able to pay for the merchandise, it was how their sales associated treated me, and how she treated their employees when I was in their store on several occasions. The tire tech proceeds to put my stock tires and stuff back on and he finishes up with everything and Breanna, walks to the bay and gets the keys to my care. NO MA'AM, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I politely told her that I could move my own car. She tells me that they cant allow me to do it. I tell her that she needs to hurry up and move my car because I need to get to my second job. Once out of the bay, I tell her that's good, I can take it from here, she basically refuses to put MY CAR in park and tells me to move so she can finish parking. This is where she shows her true unprofessionalism, while an employee is standing there, and I believe another customer, she proceeds to call me crazy, pshyco, ignorant, and tells me," That's why your shit is getting repoed!" LOL clearly she doesn't understand the difference in voluntarily bringing some shit back because of terrible customer service and just not being able to pay for something. I am more than able for the merchandise, I CHOSE NOT TO!! So to all of you Tyler residents, AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! I hate it for the few good employees there because they'll never have any business as long as they have her in that store and treating people like this and talking to them any kind of way! YOU BREANNA, are the most unprofessional individual I have dealt with and I hate I let you get me so PISSED to scoop down to your level of intelligence. With this being said I will not only be leaving this message on Yelp. I will be notifying the District manager of this situation. Very unprofessional encounter at the Tyler store. Have to speak to multiple agents.. Multiple times.. On multiple days.. During multiple hours.. due to a lack of communication. I've had more issues with this company than I've had with every other company combined. When asking to speak to managers, store managers, or district managers due to fraud.. The issues are brushed off and your left to deal with it. Same issues everyone seems to have. I highly recommend fling with another company for wheels are tires as this acts like a title loan company. Of course the buying and installation process is amazing because of the excitement but then reality sits in in regards to customer service, communication in store, professionalism, being under valued, and a non factor. When the employees talk back to my mother it's a problem. This service was the complete opposite of stellar and they should rebuild a foundation around customer focus. I think I'd rather just drive to Dallas and get an amazing experience and get the product and appreciation of being a valued customer. read more

The mechanic or technician whatever you call them are very rude, unprofessional , My husband and I are very unhappy the big african american was very rude to the young lady inside in the front counter. He was cussing out there and we could hear him and see him through the glass but he didn't seem to care, he was taking hes time to do the service he supposed to he was on the phone while working on our vehicle very unprofessional . I don't recommend this people to touch my vehicle anymore. People inside the store are very nice and very helpful. read more

The assistant manager in training is very unprofessional. The music is to loud,she dresses trashy, and doesn't know how to talk to customers. They lie to customers and don't install nitrogen in the customers tires and customers are charged for stuff they do not want. read more
