But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. John installed a water pressure booster for us, which he took the extra steps to situate for me in a way that I could frame it into a closet some day. John also did an excellent installation of an indirect hot water tank. One of the things I appreciate most about John is his willingness to work with or around me on my DIY projects. I redid our guest bathroom a few years ago, and once I'd got the room down to the studs, John came in and helped me rip out the old tub and install the new one, as well as the toilet and sinks. Similarly, when I was replacing a toilet only to discover that the flange connecting to the floor under the old toilet was destroyed, John came in and finished the project that had become beyond my skill set.
