I've done the satin ghost pearl from 3M and the Inozetek army green--which is a more premium super gloss vinyl. I've never been disappointed either times and the labor cost is very reasonable compared to other shops when I shopped around. They stand behind their work and if there's any minor details that you want to add to your order, they'll handle it. They even suggest options to make your car look even better! I've also done the ceramic coating to protect the vinyl and I have to say, that alone is totally worth getting if you aren't doing a vinyl wrap. It makes getting your car wash so much easier!! Another great option to protect the paint/finish of your car from the elements. In all, if you haven't made up your mind as far as whether or not to use these guys; I highly recommend!

These guys tried....and tried, AND TRIED…read more Day 1, brought my Jeep in to have the alignment serviced and buy two new tires. Found out that A Lot Of Work needed to be done. Days passed. I HAD to have my vehicle back! Picked it up without the ABS, Traction Control, and one tire pressure sensor. Two weeks later I returned in the rain from San Antonio. No incidents until about 2 miles from home when I hit a wet S-curve at 30 mph. Totally lost control, and spun 180. 4WD allowed me to escape the French Drain. Thank God this did not happen on the highway between an 18-wheeler and construction. Returned to Texas Truck Works. They installed the ABS and Traction Control sensors and new headlights. On the way home, I noticed one tire pressure sensor was still out. Returned AGAIN, waited 5 hours for a new sensor to be delivered and installed. TTW waived the service fee for the install, but kept the Allstate sensor. Take yours with you when leaving a vehicle with these guys. TTW really is sincere in trying to do the best job possible, but with a Jeep, its not an easy or cheap job.

The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that.
