BEWARE! My HOA hired this contractor to do renovations to our condominiums, which involved removing the AC condensers from our porches in order to resurface the porches. The HOA forced us to pay close to $700 to Rayco to remove the condenser units because it's considered personal property. Trust me, I wasn't the only one who thought that was insane. But then, to top it off, Rayco damaged my entire AC system, and now they're not responding to requests to pay for repairs, forcing me to take legal action. Obviously, this company is FRAUDULENT. Whatever you do, DO NOT hire Rayco Exteriors! read more

Our complex Lakeside village is having the roof and sidings replaced. It's a big project , 260 condos. It has been for most of us a pretty smooth project overall, thanks to Rafael, Junior and Haz. These gentlemen are on top of things !! Very professional, detail oriented, clean, careful and true perfectionists. I also had them replace a door jamb in one of our balconies that had a lot of termite damage and the whole thing was done in a couple of hours beginning to end and it looks great! As a condominium resident and member of the association, I have found the project leadership and crew to be courteous and professional. We are currently working with Rayco Exteriors on a large, multi-phase exterior project in Culver City, and they have been outstanding throughout the process. This is a complex, long-term project that includes balcony and walkway waterproofing and repairs, along with major exterior upgrades such as siding replacement, painting, and roofing. We hired them after being taken advantage of by a competitor and they have taken over the project with the utmost care.
