Moved to the area in March and needed a new dentist. I checked my in-network insurance plan and this place came up. This place is close and convenient to my home. I was greeted as soon as walking in. No paperwork to fill out as I filled out everything online prior to my appointment, signatures are electronic. Very modern technology from the paperless signatures to their panoramic digital x-rays. I waited after going several times to write a review because I didn't know if it was just one good experience, but no EVERY time I go I have an incredible experience here. This past time I had to take my 3 month old with me and the staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. They let me hold him on my chest while they did the teeth cleaning. I highly recommend this place! Clean office. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dentist was clear and upfront on what I needed done. I already knew I needed the work done when I went in for my new patient visit. They evaluated me and recommended a course of treatment. When I agreed to move forward with the plan they were able to get me in at that time for the first part. I will never take my children to another practice again! We had amazing care from phone scheduling all the way to seeing Dr. Chance himself. My daughter, who is very clingy and shy, was comfortable enough to let go of my hand and answer questions directly - something she's never really done with a stranger before. Every question I had was answered honestly and with care. I never once felt judged for my daughter's dental issues, which was something I was worried about. This practice runs like a well oiled machine. Customer service and patient care satisfaction is definitely a concern for the entire office. Front desk personnel has gone above and beyond to make sure my insurance was verified and updated me on my new plan information and coverage. Dr. Alexander is very patient, and has the best hands! I've been afraid of the dentist for years, and she is the only doctor who has always been honest about my options, my diagnosis, and most importantly has never hurt me in the chair. I won't go anywhere else. In fact, I transferred from the woodlands location to follow Dr. Alexander to the rayford office. The best part of this experience is that the dr is realistic about treatment plans, going the extra mile to make sure I'm happy when I walk out, and that my overall oral health is where it needs to be!! read more

I arrived at the office at 7:45 am for an 8 am appointment. Door was open but no one up front. Staff started arriving but no one made eye contact and made me feel that me being there was not their job and a inconvenience. Two other people showed up and we all got checked in by an administrator from a different office, she arrived at 8:00 am sharp. I thought late for an appointment for 8. Two people got called before me even though I was there first but, I was willing to wait my turn. The last Straw was a father and his son came in to check in without masks. They were not told to put on their masks, and sat down to fill out their forms. Still without masks. I asked when I would be called back and got there run around. I asked if they have a mask policy, they indicated they did (it is clearly posted) but they did not enforce it. I canceled my appointment with the hygienist and left. I had no other choice. This office is a mess. read more

Dr. Alexander-Varghese is an excellent doctor! Everyone is SO friendly and very thorough. Dr. A is very detail oriented and efficient in timing! There's not that many dentists that you can find that can take the time out to care for your needs and actually get to know you. She is definitely is family oriented and we cannot wait for the pediatric side of the clinic opening up! The location of this office is great as well, you can get your grocery shopping done as soon as you're done at the dentist! Totally happy with my first visit, a big difference from my last dentist. Every staff member I worked with was very friendly and in tune to my feelings. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable at all times. I was even offered a blanket, which I accepted, and it's funny how a little thing like that helps. I had quite a few things done in the same visit, which was nice to be able to do after being so behind in my dental care. Dr. Alexander was very nice to work with, gave all her recommendations, and then a staff member went over prices and explained my insurance benefits and helped me organize my procedures. They made everything really easy for me. I also love that I was able to make an appointment for oral surgery at their office, which is right down the street from my home. read more

Very rarely does anything exceed all my expectations. The dentist was thorough. The hygenist was thorough. The office staff was courteous. They have a pediatric dentist right next door! I have had the same dentist for over 10 years but they are an hour away and I have been looking for a new dentist closer to home. I am no longer looking as I have found a new dentist! read more

I went to visit dr. Alexander-Varghese to get my teethe cleaned, after meeting vying to the area. She was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to get to knock w me and my needs. Her staff was also very helpful and friendly. The office is modern, and I appreciated that I had my own personal TV to watch during my visit, and could put o. Whatever I wanted. It turns out I needed some additional work done, and rather than schedule the additional work for anther day, she was able to do it that same day. read more

I had an excellent experience both on the adult and pediatric side of this practice. I have a child who has literally never been comfortable at a dentist office. He was completely relaxed when I came back to check on him, and was even chatting with Dr. Chance. What a pleasant surprise! We move A LOT, and have seen many dentists in our travels. Dr. A and her practice is without a doubt the best dental experience we have had. She is professional yet easy to talk with. She works efficiently without making our feel rushed.
