I am not one to ever leave a bad review but I'm mortified and saddened to say that I had an awful experience with my wedding dress. I actually came into just to steam my dress and opened bag to show her dress. I was talking to myself and said "oh there is a snag" and she came running in with scissors and cut my dress! Without asking! Then got a pinky size black mark on it from the dirty scissors. I stayed calm and kindly asked how we can resolve the issue and she just laughed as if it wasn't her fault. She said she can't because she would have to clean the ENTIRE dress and put harsh chemicals all over it. I nicely walked away and will never return again. I hope this review helps. read more

I'm not short, but a petite girl and jeans always fall slightly off on me, every time I've gotten jeans hemmed In the past they just seemed starchy where they had been hemmed and turned me off from getting my pants fitted. I picked Raymar Cleaners due to all of the great reviews and found it a bonus that it was right down the street from my home (and next door to my favorite happy hour spot!). I had a white blouse, sweater, dress pants, and a men's blazer cleaned for a very reasonable price. I had asked her to see what she could do for the white blouse which had a few spots on, including a very old ink stain that had been there since the very first time I wore it over a year ago. To my surprise she was able to remove the majority of the spots, with the exception of leaving behind a very faded ink dot which no other cleaner had been able to do. That's much more than I could have asked of them. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had re-sewn a button on my dress pants which I had completely forgot was loose until I went to put them on. Raymar Cleaners is not the closest cleaners to my house but I make the drive to their business because they have excellent service. They were highly recommended by our friends. I took my wedding dress there to get cleaned since the train got mud on it. Steve was able to clean the whole thing out and it looks like new. These lovely people saved my life! My daughter was a bridesmaid in my nieces wedding. Two days before the wedding, I accidentally walked into my daughter's bridesmaid dress with hair conditioner on my hands leaving dark oily spots all over the front of her dress! I panicked and tired to get it out with water, then oxi clean. I made it worse. Thanks to my husband, I calmed down. He suggested we get it cleaned once we got to the hotel. I yelped cleaners and chose Raymar. Thank the Lord, that was the best decision of the day. When I took the dress is, the owner said she would try to get out the spots, but she said I made it worse using the oxi clean. So, for 24 hours I was a complete nervous wreck! When I came back the next day to pick up the dress, they had removed the spots! I was so so so thankful. When I told the sweet lady owner that she saved my life, she said that her husbands life was also saved because she told him if he didn't get the dress clean, she would kill him. Haha. The first time I came to Raymar Cleaners it was raining. I saw Ann walk one of her elderly customers to their car and then directed the woman out of the stall to make sure she didn't hit anything. She APOLOGIZED to me for keeping me waiting and mentioned that the woman was a long time customer who was getting older and that she was worried when she saw her driving. After witnessing this, I vowed to pledge my business to Raymar FOREVER before they even cleaned one piece of clothing. Now that I have been a customer for the better part of a year, I can attest that what I witnessed was their everyday customer service. There is not a day that I enter where i am greeted with less than a smile and a personal greeting by name.
