I bought the jacket online and it has never fitted very well. They were able to make the alterations I asked for and the coat fits like an old glove now... one very happy customer. Totally slacked off, and dropped off my wedding dress to be pressed 2 days before my wedding. They did a great job and had it ready by 4pm the next day. Of course it was pouring rain the day I had to pick it up. 2 of the staff, helped me load the dress into my car, held my umbrella as I got into the car, and the gentleman helped me close my car door. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I brought in a cocktail dress that was stained beyond repair, having already taken it to another dry cleaner that didn't do a thing, and this place gave me back my favorite dress good as new. Avoid this place for men's suit tailoring. Raymar is pricey for tailoring men's suits, and they don't have the expertise to do a good fit. You will probably pay less and get a much better fit by having your suits tailored where you buy them (e.g. Macy's), or get tailor recommendations from friends. Don't waste your money or time having this type of tailoring done here. Also, my pants had to be redone, and I wasted a trip to pick them up, as they were not ready when promised (even though I came in 2 days after the promised date). read more

I've been going to Raymar Cleaners for years and have always loved how friendly and nice Ann is. Last week I went in to pick up my cleaning and it couldn't be found anywhere. (Ann had forgotten to give me a receipt). I wasn't sure of everything that I had brought in but I did know I had brought in my grandsons new suit and a new shirt of my husbands. I told Ann (I had the receipts for these on my phone) the cost of these two items and she reimbursed me. Customer service like this is not that common.
