Again our sales guy has been just excellent. The deal we struck was also reasonable and competitive with other dealers (which I talked to). Service is phenomenal. All of our needs and concerns have always been address by our service guy Michael. He even follows up afterwards with an email to see how the repairs are and makes sure we are satisfied. I really will not go to any other dealer for sales or service even though there is a dealer near me I would much rather drive the 3 & 1/2 hours to get this kind of attention and service. Very few businesses are like this anymore. I can't say enough good things about our experience at NT.

Our experience with AW Collision in Fort Myers was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating…read morerepair experiences we have ever had. We were referred to this shop by BMW of Fort Myers, as they stated this was the collision center they refer their clients to, so we expected a reputable and professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Our assigned repair representative, Wyatt, initially provided us with a repair quote, only to later attempt to increase the cost by an additional $1,000 without any discussion or approval from us or the insurance company. Throughout the repair process, communication was terrible. Numerous calls were made to get updates on the status of the vehicle, yet calls consistently went unanswered and promised pickup dates repeatedly changed. After following up with our insurance claims adjuster, we learned that AW Collision was also ignoring outreach attempts from the insurance company. Our adjuster advised us that the shop refused to follow the required procedures to provide documentation necessary for payment approval. Instead, they insisted the insurance company send an inspector to review the repairs before releasing the vehicle -- which is when they attempted to justify the additional $1,000 charge. During a conference call with the insurance company and the shop, Wyatt admitted that the shop had damaged the driver-side door handle while the vehicle was in their possession -- and then attempted to charge US for the repair. At that point, it became very clear that this shop was willing to make money by any means necessary. Ultimately, the insurance company refused the additional claim, and we went to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived, the interior of the car was filthy with fingerprints throughout, and there was also an electrical issue that left the car undriveable. We had no choice but to leave the vehicle there again until they corrected the issue. To anyone considering using AW Collision in Fort Myers: think twice and save yourself the stress, lack of communication, and unprofessional treatment. This was by far one of the worst repair shop experiences we have ever encountered.
