This note is long overdue, and I sincerely apologize for not sharing it sooner. I want to express…read moremy deepest gratitude to Dr. Andrea Kaiser, the ophthalmologist at Rose Hill Ophthalmology, whose professionalism and expertise quite literally saved my life over eight years ago. During a routine examination, Dr. Kaiser noticed an anomaly on the retina of my left eye. Recognizing the seriousness of what she observed, she immediately referred me to a specialist in retinal conditions. That referral led me to an advanced specialist who confirmed that the anomaly was, in fact, a melanoma -- a type of cancer. I was then referred to a surgeon in New York City who specializes in treating retinal cancer. The treatment involved a cutting-edge procedure in which a radioactive disc was placed on my eye. Fortunately, because of Dr. Kaiser's timely detection and insistence that I seek further evaluation, the cancer had not metastasized to other parts of my body. Her vigilance and dedication made it possible to treat the condition before it became life-threatening. I am profoundly grateful for Dr. Kaiser's diligence, care, and commitment to her patients.Quite simply, her expertise and quick action saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Kaiser, for your exceptional work and unwavering professionalism.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand what my insurance covered. The store has a great selection of glasses at varying price points so there is something for everyone. Yes, a lot of what I do entails teaching people foods to eat for optimal health, but the actual preparation of the food is a big part of that too. I came to the Zwilling Cooking Studio on behalf of my job, to enhance my cutting skills by taking their "Basic Knife Skills" class. Firstly, the Zwilling Cooking studio is modern and beautiful! There is also plenty of parking. I did not know what I was getting into when I signed up for the course. I didn't even know who Zwilling was before this, so it was a great experience. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the instructor (unfortunately, I forget his name) and assigned to a "station". It was a small class, probably 12-13 people. We worked in groups of 3 on kitchen islands that were set up with a cutting board, a variety of knives, and some food to practice with. The kitchen itself is bright, modern, and spacious. In addition, the placement of the stations allowed for easy viewing of the instructor. Spacing between the kitchen islands and group members felt a little tight at times, but nothing extremely uncomfortable. During the course, we discussed the companies history, the different types of knives on the market, appropriate uses for different types of knives, and how to maintain your knives. We also received some hands-on experience with knife techniques. Among my most favorite, I learned how to properly hold a knife, how to skin a tomato as well as an orange, and how to prepare parsley. At the end, we prepped a small bag of veggies that we were able to take home and use. In terms of service, the instructor was amazing! Very patient and communicative. Throughout the class, he walked around and observed our techniques, then provided feedback accordingly. He also provided a lot of professional insight from his time as a chef, that really put things into perspective. After the class, we had a chance to shop in their store and were offered a discount on regular priced merchandise. They have a great selection of items including an impressive clearance section. I ended up purchasing a steak knife and paring knife at a steal. The only thing I would change about this experience is the communication regarding registration. You can easily sign up using their online portal however, once you sign up, you don't hear anything back. It would be nice to know who the instructor is and perhaps some information on what to wear or rules in the kitchen, in advance. A reminder or confirmation a few days prior would be courteous as well. Perhaps they do this and I did not see anything (?). Not a big deal but a helpful suggestion indeed. Overall, it was a good experience. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to build their culinary skills, whether professionally or personally. Zwilling offers actual cooking classes, which I think would be more ideal for couples, friends, or families wanting an authentic culinary experience. I will return for one of those, but in the interim I highly recommend visiting.

We started off with a quick lesson about different knives and what they're used for. Then we got to practice on our own. There was enough space and supplies. Everything was clean. I wish we were given more to practice with, especially considering the price ($70 for an hour) but overall it was a good experience and I definitely got more comfortable with knives.

The salesperson I talked to wouldn't even look at it, or even ask another associate to look at it, and told me that I should find a Toro store to have it fixed. When I mentioned that I bought it there and that I was told to bring any item I had a problem with back to the store, the associate just shrugged his shoulders as if to say "so what." Later that day, I spoke to the store manager, Paul, who said that I could bring the weed trimmer in the following week and he'd be happy to exchange it for a new one. Paul even told me that the associate I talked to did not follow store policy and that's not how handle those situations are supposed to be handled at the store. When I went back to the store on the pre-arranged day, Paul brought out the owner of the store, Chris, who told me that I do have to take it to a Toro store and that he wouldn't exchange it as I was promised by the store manager. Why would I buy a product from Berger if they are just going to wash their hands of it when it malfunctions? If I buy a car from a dealership, that dealership deals with the problem car and tries to help the customer with the vehicle. I have bought a lot of stuff from Berger because I wanted to buy local. Now I'm going to tell everyone I know about this and urge them to go to Home Depot.

They charged me another copay again when technically it could've been done on first one visit. 2nd visit: Cheryl says ins sent a credit so i paid difference to total 2nd copay. Fine another way to charge a customer. Get a call from Cheryl 2 mos later saying hey u owe another copay! I call my ins co to verify and they even say they could've dilated you in one visit and because they had you come back in can actually charge 2 copays but don't have to! They take what's submitted. This is reason why medical insurance rates are so high. And doctors/admins take advantage of costumers. I will never go back here or refer this place. Not just for $ but for the poor attitude of when i called to discuss it. What a way to keep return costumers! Check your ins plans and go next door for vision care!

In my opinion, this doctor is dangerous. My advice is stay away and don't entrust him with something as important as your vision.
