They don't understand that is defined as kidnapping in these parts. (Had to contact the police about the situation). He drives the car up on the tilted flatbed at a 45° puts it in park and let's off the brake so the car rocks back and forth locking the transmission into park. Doesn't bother to set the parking brake. Takes off in a tear so that you're not there when he's taking it off the truck and you can hear your transmission, grinding and slamming when he takes it off the truck. Wouldn't ever use again. He doesn't givea flip about other people's property. He acts like it's totally normal. I bet he does this to everybody he can. Ruins a lot of transmissions.

JV came in a reasonable amount of time with a modern rig and got my so-not-miniature sedan out of what looked to me to be an impossibly cramped parking spot. He did so very quickly and with complete confidence. He was friendly and professional, and even dropped me at home on the way. Since he wasn't sure if the lot would be open when he got there just after closing and knew the mechanics didn't have a key drop, he advised me to keep the key, double-check the car was locked when I hopped out at my house, and to drop the key off tomorrow to be safe. When I arrived the next day, my car was expertly parked within the security gates but I appreciated the advice. I got a discount since I'd been referred by the garage. Truth is I would pay full price to hire him on my own. He's marvelous.

Since the moment we contacted RGC over the phone, we were met with nothing but hostile attitude trying to inquire politely about our towed vehicle. I'm never one to ever write a review, but the feeling of utter disrespect is unacceptable and criminal. Simply accompanying your friend to release a vehicle constitutes a rude "enforcement" of "policy" that requires anyone who is not the impounded vehicle's owner to stand behind the gate, not even allowed to sit on the seats conveniently placed outside the office door. Even trying to maintain a calm and civil tone will not appease Ms. Tish who does not seem to understand the concept of customer service.
