The staff were incredibly prompt, professional, and polite. The service prices were reasonable and they easily allowed the use of company coupons. They also offered a free car wash coupon which was a nice bonus. This Valvoline express is also on the the same property as the triple play car wash and gas station so this is a one stop shop for all of your basic car needs. I would highly recommend this business to others.

A week or 2 later, I hear a tapping sound from my engine. I spent days trying to figure it out. Come to find out it's my metal oil dipstick tube, tapping on something else metal when the engine is running. I go for my new oil change & mention it.....basically looking for an apology. The first guy without looking at it said it's rusty & happens a lot on these cars. Second guy actually looks at it & says it's metal, we couldn't have broke this. It's a 12yr old expedition that I do the maintenance myself, just not oil changes.....so I know the truck well. Be careful......they'll break something on your car, won't say anything. Before they look at it, says it's rusty. Have another guy look at it & say we couldn't have done this. Everything but an apology & a discounted oil change. I've been going there for over 15 years, take all my cars there. I have to go another one now!!!!!!!

Then, we were able to prioritize what had to be done right away, and what could wait for a few months. My transmission flush, radiator flush, complete oil change and overall tuneup was completed within two hours and it actually cost less than I expected (less than $500.00 for work, and parts). They were very considerate and aware of the fact that I had financial constraints, and worked with me as to what essential repairs needed to be completed right away.

I've sent it only to Kia to get work done, but I travel for work and I went a very long distance so I trusted this place to give me a basic oil change. they informed me what kind of oil my car needed. They also brought me back a couple of times to point out that I might need a new air filter, etc. I've never had an issue with my vehicle until after driving away from this establishment my check engine light immediately goes on luckily there was nothing major wrong with my car, but I was told by IKEA that something was definitely triggered to let the engine light go off, which isn't cool. It creates major trust issues because there is no reason why lease car under 20,000 miles brand new should have a check engine light on call it coincidence but truly I think not. My husband is a diesel mechanic and deals with pricks like this all the time loyalty and honesty is everything to me and I truly feel like I can't trust this place and I don't recommend it if you need your oil change done there's a man named George at 22 5th St. called fifth Street tires. He is very fair price. He's very timely and he's honest.

I hit black ice and did some damage to my tie rods 3 to be exact. Knowing they were booked solid they managed to fit me and and fix my front end and do alignment . To me they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. You see I'm only here visiting my family till the 29th, I was honestly expecting to pay $$$ but to my surprise it was well below what I thought it would cost. The price was very very reasonable !! So Thank you to the Mansfield Auto Care Company! Merry Christmas!

About as good as it gets with auto repair. I brought my Hyundai Accent here a while back with…read morebrake problems. Wasn't sure if it was front or rear brakes. The tech. rode with me patiently in the car to help diagnose it. I don't think most mechanics would have rode with me as long and as patiently as he did, nor would they have the skill to diagnose. I found prices to be very fair and, in fact, less than the dealership. They don't use factory replacement parts, but nowadays, after-market parts are usually the same quality and sometimes better. Although my rear brakes were the problem, I asked about prices for the front brakes. They were very upfront about the fact that when they replace brake pads in a small car like mine, they also replace the rotors. Since these rotors are already quite thin, to machine them down more (instead of replacing) would risk screwing up the whole braking system and eventually costing more. I know garages that would just do as you ask - replace the break pads and machine down the rotors - even to the point where it would become unsafe and cause more problems. This shows me that these guys are concerned about their reputation and will only do a job if they can do it correctly. They also do it at a reasonable price. Does that sound like most auto repair shops you know of?
