He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect flooring match. Unfortunately, after the measurements were taken and my deposit was paid, the level of communication and customer service declined significantly. Updates were only provided when I reached out first -- there were no proactive calls, emails, or messages throughout the process. While everyone I interacted with was courteous, the lack of follow-through and communication created unnecessary frustration. On delivery day, no time window was provided. After calling to check, the truck arrived unexpectedly and damaged my mailbox without acknowledgement. After multiple attempts to follow up, I never got a response or resolution. The installer returned late the next day without notice or apology, and there was still no update regarding the damaged mailbox. Days passed with no outreach from anyone at the company. (The installer/ driver eventually replaced my mailbox about 6 days after the incident) The installation was also left incomplete, with visible nail holes and unfinished trim that I was not informed in advance wouldn't be painted (Pictures of "Completed" work). To date, I haven't received any communication or follow-up about these issues.

As I was working and speaking with a client he abruptly and very rudely slammed the carpet samples next to me as my daughter directed to come into the hallway because I had to go back to work and call a client because he took forever to measure my home, but he totally ignored her and walked into my office and slammed the samples next to me!!! I will never do business with this unprofessional company ever again. I am not sure why they feel like they can disrespect someone but that is not okay ever!!! Carpets To Go you need to train your employees on how to respect potential customers and their homes!!! This is a company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! We actually signed a contract with E****re, who showed up with missing material and told us they couldn't do the installation the salesman had charged us for. So we did a 180, and started looking at local companies. Of the three, Discount Floor Covering impressed us the most. Terrific selection of tile, and Cheryl was amazingly helpful in getting us to narrow down what we needed. She came to the house, measured everything perfectly, explained the process with great patience, and left us feeling we'd made the right choice. The price was right in line with what we had originally expected. Installation was flawless, fast, and they left the place spotless. I can't say enough about Cheryl's knowledge of her products, including making them work with existing conditions. She also could rattle off the manufacturer's recommendations and warranties for each product. We ended up installing Mannington Max, based on her recommendations. After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. We had a good experience at Rug and Home last weekend. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much based on other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with our experience. We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door by a friendly young lady who asked what brought us in to direct us to the right location. We were introduced to Kristen, who then asked some further questions about what we were looking for to guide us even better in our search. We were handed a bag of clips to mark the rugs we were interested in and then left to ourselves to look around, with occasional check ins to make sure we were fine and to see if there was anything else we needed. After narrowing our search the rugs we selected were pulled off their hanger and brought to a wooden floor and laid out for viewing, I really like that they had different colored floor samples in that area so you could put one close to what you have at home near it to get a good idea of what it will really look like. At this point we were pretty quick to make our decision and were offered the option of a rolled or folded rug, which I appreciated b/c the folded options allowed it to fit better in the car! The rug was brought to the front and we continued to walk around considering it was our first time in the store. When it came time to check out the process was easy and upon seeing there was a line more people were called in to expedite wait times. There are signs everywhere talking about their 7 day return policy and it seems like if you get it home and don't like it you have that amount of time to return, this will not be an issue for us as we are in love with our new rug! We are already planning a trip back for more rugs to update the look of the house without having to break the bank!

Easy to cut and easy to install over existing flooring, even tile. Updating my previous review to include the pic. Makes for an easy permanent DIY bathroom refresh or a temporary floor covering in just a couple hours work and hardly any money.
