I have routinely trusted their service department with my vehicles, including something as basic as an oil change. Unfortunately, the service I received today was unacceptable. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, for a routine oil change. I never received a call or text telling me the vehicle was ready. At approximately 2:30 p.m., I called the service department myself and was told that they had not even worked on my vehicle yet. By 5:30 p.m., the dealership was closed, and my vehicle was still sitting there. As a result, I am now without my vehicle until Monday morning at the earliest. This has created a significant problem for my family because my wife now has to figure out how she is going to get to work. I even called the sales department hoping someone could help resolve the situation, but I was simply told that sales was a different department and they could not help. After 16 years of being a loyal customer and purchasing two vehicles from Priority Honda, I expected considerably better communication and customer service than this. An oil change should not take all day, and if there was a delay that prevented the service department from completing the work, someone should have contacted me before the dealership closed. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. What was once a dealership I trusted has, in my experience, gone significantly downhill over the years. Since my regular mechanic liked Car Life, and I trusted him, I decided to go through with the repair. A new transmission might be expensive, but its cheaper than buying a new car. I am so glad I trusted Car Life. They stood behind their work and got my car shifting as smoothly as when it was brand new. They were more than fair. They were honest. They kept their word. And they did good work. And my car was "good to go" ahead of schedule. Should I ever have problems with a transmission again, I won't hesitate to return there.

I brought my vehicle in for a rear subframe recall and trusted that the work would be completed…read moresafely and according to manufacturer specifications. Unfortunately, after the repair was completed, I discovered multiple bolts and nuts were only hand-tightened and had not been torqued to the required specifications. Considering this involves critical suspension and subframe components, this was a serious safety concern. Because I no longer had confidence in the quality of the work performed, I chose to take the vehicle to another shop and pay to have the repair inspected and corrected properly rather than return it to the facility that performed the original work. Mistakes happen, but leaving safety-related components loose after a recall repair is unacceptable. A basic quality-control inspection should have caught this before the vehicle was released. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its workmanship and inspection process before someone gets hurt.

My jeep was in the shop so I wasn't able to buy one then. I went in and talked to CAMERON THE GENERAL MANAGER, he showed me the ATV and I asked if I was able to test drive the ATV. He asked for my license and I gave it to him. I rode down their road for maybe 4 seconds. I was trying to do a U-turn only to see CAMERON THE GENERAL MANAGER, chasing me down on a dirt bike and yelling something. I went into the main road to turn around and at this point he is right next to me. He cursed at me to "turn the fuck around" and I told him that's exactly what I am already doing.... We get back to the dealership and he asked me "so what did you think?" I said what was that about, did you think i was trying to steal this? He said "you never know" I asked him if people have come here to steal before he said "well they tried but i chased them with my dirt bike." I told him I'm not sure how many thieves text you from their personal number, drive their personal vehicle, and give you their license before they would steal something. I'm wondering if those same thieves were just people that requested a test drive like me. I asked for my license back and left. He did try to claim he was chasing me because I was in the main road, but he was flying down the street before I even turned into the main road so I know that is not true, it's an excuse.
