He said it let it sit and try again. The next morning I called David at Bayside Tire and Auto and told him the story. He asked if the warning lights had come on, which they hadn't. His instructions were to only bring it to him for replacement if the warning lights came on or it didn't eventually start. The problem was due to topping off after the pump stopped. There was a warning in my new vehicle's owner's manual to not ever do this. I highly value the honesty of Bayside Tire and Auto. Another repair center would have just replaced the carbon filter. Then, when he was supposedly 15 minutes away, he requested pictures - which were immediately sent. He never showed up at expected. When we called, he then said he was another 30 minutes away. When he finally got there, he was in a freaking 18 wheeler cab. Are you kidding? Of course, he could not fit in the parking lot with this truck. So he said he needed another 45 minutes to go get a different vehicle at his lot. He assured us he was going to come back. He never did come back. We waited over an hour. There were no responses to multiple calls and texts as well. So we were left stranded after midnight by this person. We finally decided to abandon the car, had to find a ride home and didn't get home until 1 AM. And when he was there (with the 18 wheeler cab), we heard him talking to a Jae. Based on Yelp, it would seem that this is the owner of the company. Very disappointing and downright dangerous.

I asked my family for a gift of detailing my 2015 car, which had never been waxed or cleaned. Superclean is a small locally owned business run by a husband and wife team. It is located just off hwy 17 and not obvious from the road. They give an estimate and schedule only one vehicle a day with a deposit. I scheduled one week out. Drop off at 930 and pick up by 4. They provide free transport if needed. Now frankly, I was a bit floored when the first estimate was $1200. It included cream coating exterior damage, engine cleaning, full undercarriage cleaning, the works. That was out of my budget so we dropped off the engine, the undercarriage and the cream coat. We settled on $800 for headlight cleaning, interior heat/steam extraction, over all cleaning and exterior wash/wax. I dropped it off and I returned just before 4pm. I was looking at a car that resembled mine, except this car looked pretty much new! The engine was sparkling, the tires were sparkling, the scratches were reduced and some even disappeared! The interior was like new. Every mark, stain, and piece of dirt, food, leaves, debris - GONE!! I was in shock in the very best way! I could not believe the attention to detail! Amazing! Yes it was expensive, but not when I consider everything is done on site BY HAND, in one day! I don't think most cars are driven off the lot in as good condition as my car! The engine and wheels were thrown in just out of the goodness of their heart. These two owners are NICE people. They work REALLY hard, they take great pride in the service they provide and don't take any short cuts. They recognize some people are willing and able to invest money in maintaining the appearance of their vehicle. Before this I would have dropped this amount on mechanics, and never considered maintaining my car's interior and exterior. Now I am so proud driving around my new looking car, and no french fries, dirty shoes or leaves allowed! If you are looking for this type of attention to detail and want to invest in your vehicle, give this local business your business. If you want some cheap car wash vacuum service, this is not it. This business is first class all the way!

They were scheduled to show up between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. My insurance company called after 9 a.m. to say Crainway had contacted them to advise that they were a little late because of traffic. I called Crainway, and they told me that they were late because their tow truck had a flat tire. After waiting several hours and multiple back and forth calls, Crainway sold me they were 4 miles and 10 minutes from picking up the car. The insurance company called over an hour later to say Crainway had confused my pickup with another pickup, and they were on the way. An hour and a half later, I called Crainway and was told they would arrive in 10 minutes. The driver finally arrived more than 5 hours late. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option.
