I hired Big John's Junk Removal to demo and remove a 10' x 12" greenhouse with its foundation, including an attached deck. John himself was extremely polite and professional and gave me a very fair price. On the day of the job, it was 98 degrees with no breeze, completely miserable. John arrived at the agreed upon time and had one helper with him. Immediately, I realized that I neglected to mention the location of the greenhouse and the fact that a hill would be involved. It truly skipped my mind, and I was open to a revised price. John did not even flinch and said, "No problem, we'll handle it." As the day progressed, the heat became a real challenge. After a midday trip to the landfill to empty his trailer, his helper did not return. John finished the job himself, which was a monumental task. Around 6 p.m., it began to storm. I went outside and offered the option for John to finish another day. He declined and kept moving through the downpour. Around 7:30 pm, the skies cleared, and the job was done. It was completed perfectly; there was no sign of the greenhouse not even one screw. I can tell you there were about 10,000 screws in that thing because I built it myself. I was truly impressed with John beyond words, and how he represented his company. In a world where businesses cut corners to make a dollar, John has restored my faith in doing it the right way. There is no doubt in my mind that his company will be hugely successful in the future.
