I've had a pool now for over 35 years and when water in Southern California was plentiful and…read morerelatively inexpensive it was okay to drain and fill when necessary for the high tds, calcium & cya. That's all changed in the game over the last few years and I'm so glad to have met Ray and introduced to his business. Lots of pool stores want and will sell you tons of products & chemicals but not one of them can do what Ray does. I did some research, saw various reports and decided to take a chance and I'm so excited that I did. My pool water is better than what comes out of the supplied water from the Helix water district. Yes: you need a certain amount of calcium in your water but Ray's system automatically puts your level to a safe place that should last you for quite a few years (depends on evaporation & refilling) but that's okay. My pool has been perfectly balanced for over 2 weeks now and I'm 100% perfect in my pool water quality (which not only did Ray check before he left) I took samples to 2 independent major pool supply stores for water checks. For what I paid it was well worth it and won't hesitate to make my next appointment if and when needed. Ray was professional, on time, explained everything and even took me on a tour of the large rig that was pulling all my pool water out through reverse osmosis and putting it back in my pool. Took a little over 12 hours but when Ray came back in the morning; he rechecked the water quality first; compared the original tests and explained it all to me before he disconnected and cleaned up. I've recommended him to several of my neighbors who were curious and they are now on the 2 week wait list - he obviously stays busy. 5 's Ray!!
