The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

The water quality has significantly worsened in just over half a year. When I contacted this place…read moreabout the issue, they only performed a basic water softener test and then advised me to take my water somewhere else for a proper water quality test. Water seems soft but it doeant seem to remove any other toxic elements no more or does less This was especially disappointing because they advertise that these tanks should last 5 to 10 years. Based on my experience, the performance declined much sooner than expected, and I did not feel like the issue was taken seriously or properly evaluated.

Other companies sent sales people who obviously did not know what they were talking about when I test their knowledge by asking them questions I knew the answers too. I don't leave reviews often for things but in this case, the excellence of this company could not go without recognition. This is a locally owned company which is a huge plus for me because I love to support local business. Scott did the installation and my parents and I were mesmerized by how clean it was. We immediately noticed the change in the water and are very happy. It doesn't stop there. We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.

The…read moreoriginal system did not address the hard water issue that we have been having and it continually clogged up, requiring routine (expensive) maintenance to replace the filters. All Cities did an excellent job of explaining the options and going through how a salt-based hybrid softener system would provide the water quality we were hoping to achieve. I asked a ton of questions, all of which were quickly and thoroughly answered. There was no attempt to upsell us or talk us into anything. It was a very low-pressure engagement that made everything much simpler. We ended up going with a hybrid salt system that uses carbon and sodium chloride to condition the water (it can also use potassium chloride but the cost of that is prohibitive at this time). The installation went very smoothly. We were told it would take about 4 hours to remove the old system, install the new one and run a drain line across the garage to the sink. That is almost exactly what it took and the installer was very professional and easy-going. We are very pleased with the system thus far and I would highly recommend All Cities Water Treatment as a great option for anyone interested.

He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very competitive price compared with the other companies I spoke with. What I appreciated most about Chris was that I never felt like I was talking to a salesperson. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me choose the right setup for my house rather than just trying to sell me something. I came away from our conversation feeling like he was someone I could trust. Then Mario came out to do the installation, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Mario was incredible. Our installation turned out to be more complicated than expected. The location we originally thought would work would have softened the water going to the outdoor hose bibs as well, which I specifically did not want because I use that water for my trees and landscaping. Mario caught this before doing the installation. Instead of just installing it where we originally planned and moving on, he stopped, explained exactly what he was seeing, and helped me figure out a better solution. He found another possible water line at the back of the house and told me he could test it first. He even reassured me that if we cut into the pipe and discovered that the plumbing wasn't routed the way we hoped, he would put everything back the way it was and wouldn't charge me for an installation that didn't work. That gave me a lot of confidence. We tested the line, and fortunately it turned out to be perfect. Within about 15 minutes, Mario was able to demonstrate exactly how the plumbing was divided: this line supplied the inside of the house, while the other line also supplied the outdoor hose bibs. That meant we could soften the entire house while leaving the outdoor water untreated, exactly how I wanted it. Mario was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. He could have easily taken the faster route, but instead he took the time to make sure the system was installed correctly for my house and my needs. That kind of attention and integrity is something I really appreciate. Between Chris taking the time to educate me and give me a fair price, and Mario going above and beyond during the installation, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Sparkling Fresh Water, and a huge thank you to both Chris and Mario!

Chris, the owner and licensed professional, came to both of my homes -- one located in the High Desert -- without any hesitation. He explained every detail of the installation process and patiently answered all 100 of my questions. The installer, Mario, was just as impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, organized, and left everything spotless after the installation. I was so happy with the experience at my first home that I had them install another water softener at my second home in Chino. Ladies, with all the money we spend on clothes, skincare, and hair products, getting a water softener has honestly been one of the best investments I've made since marrying my husband. I spend good money on my hair and skin, and I noticed a difference immediately! My hair feels softer, my skin feels better, and overall it's been amazing. I truly feel like I found the fountain of youth. Five stars to Chris and Mario!

Our new home didn't…read morehave any whole-house water filtration, and a friend from the Rancho Santa Fe area highly recommended Ethical H2O's Inspire whole-house filtration and salt-free conditioning system. Looking back, we're really glad we took their recommendation. OUR WATER: Our home is served by the Olivenhain Municipal Water District, which is known for having very hard water. Scale buildup is a challenge. OUR SALES EXPERIENCE: What impressed us first was the sales experience. Ariane took the time to educate us on the differences between water conditioners and water softeners, answer all of our questions, and explain the different product options without any pressure. She walked us through the pros and cons of each system and emphasized that the best choice depended on what we wanted from our water treatment system. We never felt like we were being sold something--just educated so we could make the best decision for our home. WHY WE CHOSE INSPIRE: We chose the Inspire system because we wanted a salt-free, low-maintenance solution. One of the biggest selling points for us was its expected service life. Ethical H2O explained that the filter media has an expected lifespan of about seven years before it needs to be changed out. Because we installed the system through them, Ethical H2O will also reach out when the time comes to test the filter media and determine whether it needs replacement. We especially appreciated that the system uses well-established, widely respected components, including a Clack control valve and Pentair tank. That gave us confidence that the equipment should last and that replacement parts and service would be readily available if they were ever needed. At our previous home, we had a citrus-based NuvoH2O Manor Trio system. While it worked reasonably well, it required replacing the cartridges every 6 to 9 months. We wanted a solution that required much less ongoing maintenance. OUR RESULTS: The system has been fantastic. The biggest surprise has been our electric kettle. Before the installation, we would start seeing scale buildup within a day or two, even when using tap water filtered through a PUR pitcher. It's now been over a week of using the kettle multiple times a day, and there's barely a hint of scale. Based on our experience so far, it's performing even better than the NuvoH2O system we had in our previous home. It's also reassuring to know that we're not only reducing scale but also filtering out chlorine and other contaminants throughout the house. We also appreciate having filtered water available from every faucet in the house instead of only from a single drinking-water tap, so we didn't need to do anything special for the refrigerator water line. OUR INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE: The installation was smooth, professional, and very clean. Ethical H2O works with a recommended plumber, but they also welcome customers to use their own plumber if they prefer. We decided to go with their recommendation, Chris Erbs Plumbing, and we're glad we did. The installation included connecting the Inspire system to our home's main water line and routing the regeneration drain to our existing sewer cleanout. Everything looked neat and professionally done. The plumbers completed the system's initial regeneration cycle, then took the time to walk us through its operation and maintenance before they left. Since they were already going to be on site, we also arranged directly with Chris Erbs Plumbing ahead of time to replace our water heater during the same visit. Being able to complete both projects in a single appointment made the entire process even more convenient. OUR RECOMMENDATION: If you're considering a whole-house water filtration system, I'd definitely recommend talking with Ethical H2O. Ariane made the selection process easy by helping us understand our options instead of trying to sell us the most expensive system, and Chris Erbs Plumbing did an outstanding job with the installation. The combination of knowledgeable guidance, quality equipment, and professional installation made the entire experience well worth the investment.

After the troubleshooting, I asked if they had any repair agents near me, I could contact regarding my issue. The first name provided was Williams Water Company. On 10/3, I texted/spoke with Tyler (owner) about service call pricing and when he could come out. He said the service call was $150 and that he only did pool work on Saturdays. We agreed to a Saturday 10/4/25 10am call. I sent him a picture of our pool's pump system on 10/3 (see picture). At 9:30am Saturday I texted Tyler letting him know I was home. He replied "I'm running behind from yesterday and at a job in Carlsbad. I'll be heading that way in about 30 minutes. Does 10:30-11 work for you". I said yes He arrived at about 11:15am. I showed him a crack I found in the clear plastic cap and asked if this would be the reason the pump was not priming. He said no (comes into play later). At some point during his inspection of the pump, he removed the rubber gasket that lined the inside of the cap and put in a new one. However, when he tried to put the cap back on, it would not lock in place. The new gasket looked to be round (comes into play later) not flat like the one in the cap. He lubricated the old gasket, put it back in the cap, put the cap back on and re-started the pump. The suction appeared to improve, but he said I'd need a new cap. I asked If I could purchase a new cap, he said no, Jandy does not sell to the public. He said he could purchase a cap for me but that he would mark it up 20%, add the cost to my remaining bill and mail the item to me, I said ok. Before he left, I paid him a partial payment in cash. He said he would resend an update payment link with the amount owed for the service call and cost of the cap. On 10/6 and 10/7, I received texts requesting payment of $30, the remaining cost of service call but no additional cost for cap. On 10/7, I texted Tyler letting him know that I paid the $30, that I was surprised that I had not heard from him since he left Saturday. Since he had not added the cost of the cap to my invoice and did not communicate with me regarding the new cap, I asked him to "not purchase the cap". He replied with a thumbs up. Later in the day, I texted him asking him to call me. No response, no call. On 10/8, I took the Jandy cap assembly to a local pool supply company. They walked me through the cap and possible areas that would compromise the pool's suction. First area of concern they covered was the rubber gasket inside the cap. According to the company, the Jandy cap has a specific type of rubber gasket used on the Jandy pool pump cap. The gasket was not round, unlike the gasket Tyler tried to use, but flat with a raised center on one side which seals against the pool pump when the cap is tightened. As a Jandy recommended pool equipment repairman, I expected Tyler would have known the round gasket he used may not create a proper seal when tightened. Also, if he could not rule out the air leak was caused by the old gasket by replacing the old gasket with a new Jandy gasket, why did he say I needed a new cap assembly. Regarding the crack in the cap, it was bigger than I thought (see attached picture) which confirmed I needed a new cap. The new cap took care of our suction issue. On Wednesday the 8th, we called Tyler to talk about our dissatisfaction with the service call. During the call, my wife told him I "babied" the pool" since his service call and we were waiting for him to send us the pool pump cap. But, when he failed to charge us for the new cap and had not called us, we opted out of his providing us the cap and called around looking for a new cap. The call got a bit heated. Tyler claimed we were his first service call on Saturday, but that's not true. In his text he said he was finishing up a previous day's call in Carlsbad. When he was confronted with his failure to follow up. Tyler hung up. When we called back, he forwarded the calls to his answering service and has not returned any of those calls. In summary, I hired Tyler because he was referred to by Jandy. However, based on his conduct during and after the call, I regret my decision. He was late, did not notify us he would be late until I texted him at 930am, did not have Jandy gasket on-hand, believed crack in cap did not affect the pumps suction/priming, no follow-up and disconnect call when he did not like way the call was going. Because Tyler was prepared for the call, failure to follow through on the caps purchase, I'd like my $150 service call fee returned. Unfortunately, once Tyler cuts and pastes his response from Google I will to be able to rebut him. He gets the last word. UPDATE: Tyler decided to post negative reviews as Tyler not his business on our retail stores Google and Yelp. Keep on defending Tyler.
