I have been going to Ray's Truck Repair and RV for several years for any needed work on my motorhome. They are friendly and do outstanding work. Their prices are very reasonable. Today I took the mh in because it was leaning to the right and hard to steer. I expected an expensive repair. Turned to be a $25 sway bar bracket. They had me in and out in a very short time. In July 2025 I brought a Chevrolet street rod in for a basic toe alignment. There was no feedback whatsoever! Two and half days later I pick it up and it had a $1300 bill with scratched wheels and a new oil pan dent. read more

Our RV was handled as if it were in a scrap yard. My RV's body was in mint condition before Ray's Truck employees got a hold of it. After our RV was towed to Ray's, 18 pictures were taken by the tow company, and I was present at every part of the tow. My RV WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION, cosmetically. When I came to pick up the RV after a tune-up; 1) My hood was dented, 2) The hood molding was dented, 3) My front bumper was marred, 4) Half of the front license plate was scraped up 5) The rear bumper was dented (and it's made of THICK STEEL), 6) PARTS OF THE WOOD THEY USED TO DENT EVERYTHING WAS STILL STUCK IN THE REAR HITCH!!! The worst part is that Ray's Truck refused to admit they did anything wrong, even after I showed them the tow company's pictures. I asked them to review the security cameras to find out what happened, and they claimed that they reviewed the tape & found nothing. read more

Rays installed a flatbed on my gmc 2500 they had to remove the box and place the flatbed on wire all the lights and install side boxes. Ryan did an excellent job it looks great. My travel trailer was brought in for a short in my break controller and Ray's suggested that I get the wheel bearings checked and packed with grease on all four wheels too. On my first trip out, one of the wheels leaked grease and the dust cover crumpled up. I called Ray's for help but they were defensive and blamed me for the leaking grease. I ended up having to replace the wheel bearings to the tune of $322.21 at Leland's. I would suggest that no one take their trailer or vehicle into Ray's for service. I know that I'll never go back. read more

So... first off my engine partner doesn't have yelp so I am covering down for him. Took our contract engine to Ray's for some work part of which was an A/C issue they said that it needed a compressor and some other small fixes. Nearly $1000 dollars later and we don't even get out of Spokane and NO A/C spent 8 days in Nevada on a fire in triple digit heat with NO A/C the fitting was not put together properly and the green dye was all over the bottom of the engine.. we get back to Spokane and give them another shot, they still charged another $400 we get to cascade locks Oregon on our way to Merlin Oregon for another fire again triple digits and NO A/C!!!! No mention of hey sorry guys we will get it repaired under the warranty we provide, just $400 more dollars please for something that doesn't work AGAIN!!!! Do NOT I say again DO NOT recommend these guys!!! Update... had to stop in Salem OR, to try and get it fixed.. the "NEW" compressor Ray's put in was bad Ray's says pay for a new one and bring me the old one back and I'll "warranty" it... SERIOUSLY going to a fire guy already wasted 4 hours trying to fix it and find out not only is the compressor you put in garbage... but the O rings up at the manifold were rolled due to improper installation!!! Absolutely garbage!! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!!! read more

What I like most about Ray's is the comfortable feeling I get when I walk through the front door. They are folksy and professional. They don't invent work. They do what is needed. I trust them and equally important I feel they trust me. Their service on my Bigfoot Motorhome was prompt and well done. One kickdown jack had a hydraulic leak and they repaired it. I had a broken rear window from a theft and they met my schedule with the repair. I have a 60,000 mile service coming up and Ray's will get my business. read more

They not only got us in right away when our RV broke down, on a summer day and a Monday no less, but they quickly determined what the problem was and got us back on the road. Rick was very helpful and gave me accurate information regarding a box truck. Their pricing was very reasonable and they got the work done in a timely manner so we could beat a winter storm across the pass. I liked that they were honest and talked me out of replacing the brakes because they didn't feel it needed to be done yet. Spent $4200 on repairs, they refused to show us the parts that they replaced as a consumer we have the right to see the damaged parts core charges or not to see replaced, cores do not have to be turned in immediately as claimed, they just kept guessing what was wrong with vehicle, replacing parts that were unnecessary to be replaced, told them what I thought was wrong after speaking with ford, was chastized by the owner. They kept our vehicle over a month. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy read more

I got my Winnebago Access back from Ray's Truck Service in Spokane. I have mixed feelings about them. First, they removed the old (new Camber/Caster Adjusting Bushings) that I put in and replaced them with their own new ones. I think their alignment specialist is so programmed to use their parts he couldn't figure out how to use the fully adjustable ones I had installed. Their excuse is probably that they will warranty their work now. They did not provide the specifications that they left the alignment within. Now the motor home handles much better. Passing trucks have just a small effect on the stability. However, I noticed quite a bit of bouncing while driving on the Cheney Plaza road that I didn't notice when driving in. I'll be looking at new shocks.but will install them myself. Overall, I think they are a reputable shop that does good work. I'm now in the process of getting my old (new) parts back since they took them out. I'm only giving them a 4 star rating because their alignment specialist doesn't meet my expectations. I'm probably too particular but I expect experts to do better than I could do. I'll be looking into doing my own alignments. I can handle camber, caster and toe in. It's the other readings that might be more difficult for me to understand and capture. read more

Outstanding service and very reasonable shop rates. Spent big $$$ in Everett to fix RV engine overheating which failed 100 mi out of town. Ray"s diagnosed the problem and quickly solved it I've been over 2 mountain passes easily They explained maintenance issues so I could understand. Defiantly a thumbs up! read more
