I stopped by this store while I was in the area, just to browse and look at the different models to confirm that the 114060 No Date Sub is what I want to save up for. I was helped by Iryna, who was absolutely lovely, even though I had made it very clear that I was not ready to make a purchase. She never pushed for a sale, and allowed me to relax and even try a couple of models on. The store is absolutely gorgeous, and she did a great job of explaining their after sale support policies. I will definitely come back once I've saved up more! I'm a young guy, and it would be very easy to be dismissive and treat me like I was wasting their time, but the staff was extremely accommodating and I left with a beautiful catalog to drool over at home. read more

Went into store bought two watches for my Ill wife...she has cancer to brighten her day up....paid in full and was told it was being shipped for me, after three days they overnighted a check and hand written letter claiming that they had right to cancel sale due to their policy on receipt if they suspect your a reseller...completely lied to after further research I found that this is a normal business practice of this store that they cancel sales so the owner himself can sell watches for prices over retail on websites like chrono24, he also has open lawsuits I found online where he collects money from customers only to continue to cancel sales and use this money to run his ponzi like scheme business. I wrote letters with proof of this to Rolex and Patek, I was on business with friends who live there they also said he's a anti Semitic and doesn't like Jews....go elsewhere this place is extremely shady. I've been searching for an automatic watch for quite a while now and have pretty much visited every watch store in Chicago, including the Rolex boutique. I had by far the best experience at Razny, which gave me the courage to purchase my dream watch. I normally never write reviews for anything but I had such a great experience at Razny that I'm writing this review as soon as I got back. Pros: - The people - I want to thank Suzy and Matt for this. Special thanks to Matt for being extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions with passion and enthusiasm. I was very indecisive and honestly a little doubtful about buying such an expensive thing but Matt pretty much sealed the deal. Great job man. - Atmosphere - The whole store is a perfect balance of luxury and coziness. Interior design of the store is elegant and classy, much like the watches it carries. The staff makes you feel important but at the same time comfortable enough to take your time to browse through and ask any questions if you have one. I never felt like they were just trying to sell away a watch. This was key for me and the big differentiators from other stores. - Customer service - Obviously I haven't received service on my watch yet (hopefully won't have to for a while) but Razny offered the best warranty and other accommodations. I won't get into the details but it was better than any other watch stores I've been to. I'd be happy to recommend this store to anyone looking for Rolex or Patek Philippe watches. First off they staff greeted me and were extremely friendly. They immediately got me to a sales person and ask if I'd like a beverage. How do you beat that fine watches and drinks. I was in the market for a new Patek Phillipe so I knew what I wanted and I knew what they went for. So the gentleman immediately found the watch I was looking for in their company's inventory And proceeded to tell me that he can have it within a day. Which was surprising since the model I wanted was a year old and most of them were sold. He promptly called me the next day and it was there hurray! Razny Jewelers Pros: Professional, Respectful, Customer Service Oriented Cons: None On Sunday May 28th 2017, I stopped by Razny Jewelers on 109 East Oak Street, Chicago, IL 60611 to window browse and shop for a new Rolex around 12:30 pm. Roberto the salesman greeted me and my son with a smile, and proceeded to provide me with excellent customer service as he showed me around the boutique. I was looking for a specific Rolex GMT Master II BLNR, which in most cities require your name be placed on a waiting list to obtain. While Roberto checked inventory in the safe, he introduced me to a gentleman who was sitting in the boutique who turned out to be Mr. Stan Razny, the owner of the jewelry store. Mr. Razny was not only very down-to-earth, but he went above and beyond for me in order to get the timepiece transferred from one of his other stores. Mr. Razny personally handled the logistics of getting the timepiece to the downtown store on a Sunday afternoon before the store closed for the Memorial Day holiday, so that I could have the timepiece sized and shipped to me overnight the following business day. I returned to the store at 3:00pm and Susan took care of sizing the watch for me as well as handling the sales transaction. Her attention to detail and willingness to handle and care for the watch exactly as I requested demonstrated the superior customer service that the employees of Razny Jewelers provide. On Tuesday morning, I received a text message from Roberto with the tracking number for the package that we due to arrive to me on Wednesday. Upon receiving the tracking number, I attempted to have the package held for will-call at the Fedex distribution center in my local area. Fedex customer service would not allow me to hold the package, so I again contacted Michelle at Razny's Addison location, and she stayed on the line with me to ensure that Fedex would hold my package as I had requested. Another example of how the employees of Razny Jewelers went above and beyond to ensure that my experience from beginning to end was top notch. Upon receiving the package, it was bubble wrapped and protected just as I expected that an expensive timepiece should be handled. She was extremely patient and helpful which is needed when you're dropping serious money (at least for me) on a watch. This was my first Rolex as well. I tried on a few models but fell in love with the GMT Master II. My husband and I visited their store on Valentines day because after some phone calls to other stores, they are the only one who has the Rolex model I wanted to see in person. They have a good variety of Rolex models out on display. Christine, the owner was very accommodating, as well as her brother Michael.
