He returned my call at about 6 AM and was at my condo about 8 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat (which was probably the original when I moved in over 40 years ago) and fixed it promptly for a very very reasonable fee (and even remembered me from a decade ago. Gave me a bill for $85.00 service call and $150 for the thermostat. Thought about it later and looked up the price of the thermostat and found it to be $45. Called to ask if he made a mistake and he told me no. I said how can you charge me $150 then. The response was I guarantee it for a year and if I come back I don't charge you. I asked if he didn't have to come back does he refund the $105 dollars overcharged. Of course, the answer was no. So in summary just be careful if you use this company.

When replacing a steam boiler, it's most important that an EDR calculation is performed. Qasim spent the time to do it properly, which results in less gas usage, less short cycling of the boiler, and better comfort. He and his crew were respectful to my mother and treated her house respectfully as well. Most importantly is to be certain you hire a company that knows and understands steam if you have a steam system, and not a plumbing company that will just look to replace your system with the same size boiler that is existing there now without an EDR (or heat loss calculation if you have a non-steam system)
