I'm not understanding how a Dealership so highly respected thru the comunity could allow their automotive repair serviice department to have so much negligence that has given me no alternative but to consult with a lawyer on october i 6 2019 i drove my vechile into Razarrie. Ford jeep Dodge service entered thru the rear part of the service department were I stopped right as I passed up the service department mind you im a senior" Citizen now upon me leaving my vechicle with the service department Joe .T a service department employee approach me and ask me how he could be of help too me I told him I spoken customer service and they advice me I could drop my car off and it would be repaired properly and all of the issues that needed to be done so I explain to Joe what was s going on that my fuel plug was still showing on the diagnostic reading wellhe said technician would have to do one again to make sure well this became a really bad situation which has me so distraudet now as I signed a paper which Joe T service representative had told me pertained to recalls now I was accompanied with my friend and dog and was driven home by the shuttle to my home now on 10 18 2019 Joe called to tell me that they did not get my car diagnosicly check but sometime next week they would get to it so I was okay on that part and so during that Joe T called me on 10 23 2019 still no results on 10 25 2019. Telephone call from Joe T saying the same thingdidn't get my vechicle check out yet now on 10 28 2019 Joe T called and and told me 5hat technician had check it and it was going to need new fuel injectors and a harness pertaining to my wiring I told him that to please put the parts'mop. on so he. Said it wouldnesdad take a day or two okay so on Wednesday 10 30 Joe he had called to tell me the parts were recieved 8shedand he would be havinng the techicnician to put the parts on as soon as he finished up hes zf00 ppl v. cmj yu assuread by saying my vehicle was already in the shop garage now and would be done now on 11 1 2019 Joe T called and addressed to me that mytolhoy vechicle did not w get done I than told him what are youw saying you told me you have it ready to go next in garage wich got me so distrauted now so i had my mom to take me to Razzarie service department as we entered thru the same way now as went around thru . back only to find my truck ithe far right side in the outside in back I than got off my mom's car and decided to take a few pictures of my truck and some point Joe T service employee came back towards me hand said to me what am I doing back their it wasva prohibited area I than answered with you had no problem receiving my car from.back here with no prohibited rules addressed at any perspective time and I proceeded to a dress Joe T with why had he lied to me and isn't their a criteria with the state of California as to how much time your department has to repairig my vechicle at which Joe T said to me I can't talk with you anymore as well using body language so I turned and walk towards office and saw employee com8ng 9ut too far right of garage as I entered into office I asked to speak with supervisor over service department she than told she was in meeting so I ask her if she was a blonde slender lady yes so I went back out and encounter with her speaking to her I waited patiently when she finished I approach her and she walk me into her office and gave her what to me was a circus going on and she did go out of her office several times and at that point.said that all parts were not their I told her Joe T had already told me they were there and my vechicle was already in garage she than went out 9f her office came back and told me my vech Ile would be ready on Monday the 11 4 2019 and she would call me personally on 1152019 Saturday morning I received a phone call at around 815 in morning from the service department Ruby who told me my vechicle was broken into and I needed to come down to see what was all that was missing out of my vechicle before 200 so I had my sister accompanie me to Razzarie Ford to take pictures of the damages and video as well as we did enter the same way once again as we were driving thru I got off and spoke to 2 mechanic that were going towards the garage ask t hem if they could let Ruby know I'm waiting on him.by my truck Which E well Ruby did not come out 30 minutes had Gone by so I walked back up to the service boothe and Ruby was on a friend of his cellphone with his feet propped up. and he was not even talking about service he saw mstanding waiting but he still continue to not a knowledge nn. me now I waited another 25 minutes when he put the cellphone down and I than said excuse me but I'm sure that the guys told you I was back he said yes but he wasn't told as to for what now mind you Ruby was the one who hah called me early that morning so it's Jun read more

I rarely write reviews in regards to Car Sales just because most experiences are not positive ones. This was totally not the case. I went in to get an oil change on my vehicle because I had noticed the Razzari 18.88 Oil Change Special. I arrived at 9:00 a.m as I scheduled an appointment the day before. Upon arriving I noticed a very long wait of cars. I asked the Service Representative if they were all there for the oil change special. He replied " oh no they are here for Car washes" He stated that Razzari offers Lifetime Car Washes to all of their Buyers. I was intrigued so I walked to the dealership and met Mr. Flores, Frank was very helpful not pushy as your usual salesmen and very honest. I told him that I was interested in trading in my wife's vehicle which I did not have with me at the time. Regardless without hesitation he was willing to help me. I told him I wanted to test drive the Mazda 3 and the Ford Mustang 2011. Most salespeople would brush me off since these are two totally different machines. But again without hesitation he was willing to allow me to test drive both vehicles. There were other potential buyers on the lot but without brushing me off Frank continued to assist me. After the test drive I told him I believed my wife would be interested in the Mazda 3 and I would return with her and the trade in at 6:00 p.m that same evening. We did return and Not to my surprise my wife went for a Larger vehicle than what I had planned for her. She was sold on the Mazda Crossover CX-7 wow was this vehicle very well equipped! Rear View Camera, Leather wrapped steering wheel, Privacy glass, spoiler, Power Seats, Heated seats, Blue-Tooth Connectivity and the list goes on and on. We got a great deal thanks to the cooperation of the Sales manager and Frank Flores. I like to keep our business local and I'm glad to say that Razzari has treated us well again. By the way this is our 4th vehicle we bought from Razzari in the last 10 years. I don't normally write reviews but I felt obligated since more often that not, reviews are written when experiences are bad and my experience with Razzari Ford couldn't have been better! We recently bought a CR-9 Mazda from them in Merced and I can honestly say it was the best car shopping experience of my life! I had visited, browsed cars earlier. Gus showed me a few I might like. I wanted to know what was out there that had 3 rows and didn't feel like a monster truck or cost like one either. I was clear I was just browsing and that when the time came I would bring my husband back but I wanted to know what I liked first. He was more than friendly and knowledgeable, completely professional; but what was nice, I didn't leave feeling pressured. I didn't get 50 million emails about cars I didn't want to buy. Several months later I returned with my husband having narrowed it down and thankfully not in a big hurry. Gus was helping another customer so he introduced us to Chad who was equally helpful and polite. We test drove a couple and left with no car but a clear description of what they could sell it to us for, again no pressure. I went home and researched the internet and got back to Chad with my findings. He and Gus both conducted a search of their own and wider that reassured me I was getting a GREAT deal. It was hard not to be excited at that point because the car was more than I had ever hoped for, my dream car really. Had all the things I knew I wanted and I laughed later and told Gus it has things I didn't know I wanted! My husband took a little more convincing since our current car wasn't quite dead. We went back a few days later. Both Chad and Gus worked with us again and followed us home with our new car! I've never been happier with a car or the people that helped us get it. Selma Kia couldn't do it. Lithia Ford and Lithia Nissan in Fresno couldn't do it. Kitahara Ponitac in Fresno couldn't do it. Future Ford in Fresno couldn't do it. Michael Chevrolet and Hedrick Chevrolet in Fresno couldn't do it. Bingham Toyota in Fresno couldn't do it either. Nobody could do it. We were a hard sell, our credit was tough and we were owing more than our trade in was worth...by a few thousand dollars. We gave up, we quit, we just knew we were not going to get into a car that would save us gas and be more comfortable, and be able to transport people instead of everyone calling us to help them move. Sure, we liked the truck when we bought it, but we rapid discovered wanting a truck and having one were two different things. Chance is a funny thing, sometimes you sit back on all of the failures of the past year of trying to get into a better car knowing you were going to get a "no", and not wanting to waste the gas and time going out of town. Still, and as some may point out, an assertive salesman's calls are necessary to get you in to take that chance. It took an afternoon, a lot of work on the finance end, and some give and take on our end, but we drove away with the car we had been interested in the whole time. It was an incredible deal. I have a job where I work with computers, blogs and online reporting all day. And it's so easy to sit back and blast someone from the comfort of your own chair, knowing that you probably won't ever have to face the consequences of what you say as you would if you had to make the same statements in person. I don't fault the dealers that have turned us down over the last 10 months in trying to make a car deal, that's just business. But selling us a car, working through our credit, our negative equity on our trade in, that's business too. And for me, that's just good business. Would I recommend Razzari? Mr. Razzari, I purchased an 2018 Ford Taurus from your dealership in 1918. It was the worst vehicle purchase anyone ever had. The Manager you had at that time sent someone from your facility to get an original paper work from my trade in. Long story short I called the police, The person Cal sent was advised he left. It was all bad we were treated like dirt. The good Lord preaches forgiveness. Through the grapevine I had heard there was a change in management. Therefor, we decided to purchase a vehicle for my wife. This time our experience was absolutely amazing, easy, fun, and most of all with Roberts professionalism and Matthew's great customer service to run the numbers to get a great deal which he did. The atmosphere has changed you have music playing staff is happy and laughing having a good time making great deals for there customers, totally awesome. The experience prompted me to trade in my Taurus, and I upgraded to a 2020 Ford Edge st. What a wonderful experience having two new cars, with great deals. I encourage all of those who had bad experiences in the past with Razzari Ford. Give it another chance, you will be amazed when you are driving home in a brand new vehicle. After reading the other reviews and i'm not sure they went to the same Razzari Ford I went to. I was referred to Razzari Ford by the local Lincoln Dealer by mistake. Let me explain. I was having a problem with my lincoln that would come and go with reason or warning. the service people at McAuley Lincoln were never able to find or resolve the problem after 3 separate tries. when I had the nerv to ask the woman in the service department "what are my choices to get this thing fixed?" she Replied " get used to it or take it Razzari if you think they could do better" (with a smirk!) guess what. I did. and they did! I drove stright over without an appointment and the service staff took me right in, listened carefully to what i was explaining about my car. Thier service manager even went on a drive with me. when we returned to service department the service manager merely said "if you can leave your car with us today we can deliver it back to you fixed." And thats exactly what happend and more. they delivered my car to me at home, went on a drive with me to make sure it was fixed and as the delivery driver was handing me the keys said "they noticed your remote was'nt aorking so they put a new battery in it for you for free" wow! I wanted to thank Carlos Montoya for being prepaired with the perfect 2016 white Ford Escape that we were looking for before we arrived at Razzari Ford. I told him what we were looking for and what options we wanted on the car and he found the prefect vehicle it had every option I told him we wanted plus a few we did not know about. The car was perfect and he was able to get our payments and a down payment that we were able to accept. My wife and I will love this car for many years. Also, Razzari has a life time power train warranty as long as we own the vehicle with a $100 deductable. This is new and I have never heard of this and we plan to keep this car for many years and if the motor or transmission ever have to be replaced we pay the deductable and also get a rental car while our car is being repaired. This was the final thing that helped us purchase the Ford Escape from Carlos and Razzari Ford. This Ford Escape is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Razzari Ford. We like the no hassle policy. A week ago I was shopping for a new/used Ford Explorer. I went to two other dealerships before I found one on the Razzari Ford (Merced, CA) website. Bought a 2015 ford f 350 chassis through Mike Ryan over the phone with Scelzi enterprises handling the manufacturing of my landscape dump bed. truck took about 5 weeks as promised by mike and the bed was nothing short of high quality workmanship by Scelzi. i was shocked and stunned when we got to Merced from San Jose to pick up the truck. i am very picky about everything especially detail. the truck that Razzari and Scelzi built for me was nothing short of amazing! The actual dump they installed is massive and heavy duty, which was one thing i was concerned with not wanting some cheap electric dump. This thing is a Beast! i think we might need a new latch for side door, if i knew where to buy it, i would just get it my self. i'm sure its only a couple bucks. mike told me take a picture and send it to him and they will mail it. i'm happy with that. so far from what i have experienced at Razzari with Mike Ryan and the high quality work from Scelzi i am very happy at this point. My wife purchased a 2014 Ford FLEX Limited from Razzari Ford in October of 2015. The salesman, Phillip V., was super nice and made the car buying experience just great for my wife. She came home with this beautiful Ford Flex. As time went on I noticed that the SD card for the navigation system was not with the car, nor was the owners manual. I was able to download the owner's manual onto my laptop and contacted Phillip V. about the missing navigation card. It took Phillip V. about a week but he got the correct SD card and mailed it to us. During the time it took to get the card, Phillip never stopped contacting us via email to keep us informed about the status of getting a replacement card. Excellent service after the sale. This is the second car we have purchased from Razzari and you can bet I'll be going back when it's time to buy our next car. I'll also recommend Razzari and Phillip V. to my friends and family. Why wouldn't you allow a CUSTOMER to WILLINGLY say if they want to keep applying after the first 4-6 denials smdh!! They're definitely all about the dollar there. Then had the nerve to tell me that EVERY dealership does that and they were applying everywhere to get an approval and didn't care about the inquiries! Like WTF!!! Every dealership IS NOT LIKE THAT!!! You have dealerships that actually are caring people!! Merced is a place I'll never consider doing anything in after that!!! MORALS AND INTEGRITY MATTER!!! We ordered a 2022 Ford Escape Plug In Hybrid through Razzari Ford, and the sales transaction was very painless. I worked with Christopher (sales) and Matthew (finance) and these two gentlemen took care of us through the entire process. The car was built very quickly and arrived maybe two months after ordering. It runs amazingly well and I love that we can go almost 40 miles on the battery. The only negative thing I'll say is this: give me a full tank of gas before I drive off the lot! I'm spending a lot of money on this car, the least you can do is fill it up!! That being said though, I'd recommend Razzari with no hesitation. If you are buying a PHEV, make sure you are aware of the rebates that you can get for purchasing this make and model. There is a rebate called the California Clean Fuel Reward for $683. It is supposed to be taken off the price of the car at time of purchase. I didn't notice this until the next day, but Razzari was able to get the rebate for me. read more

However, yesterday turned out to be a very pleasant and fun experience in buying my new automobile. I bought a Dodge Dart though Zach Freitas and was very pleased with his service. He went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. He paid very close attention to detail, listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle, and never once tried to convince me to buy something out of my budget. I was very pleased with his service but it was his actions that happened after I took my car home, that really impressed me. My car was used so they did not come with floor mats. Once he realized that my car didn't have them he found a set that would fit and personally delivered them to my home. I highly recommend Zach and all those at Razzari Ford. I have shopped at Razzari Ford a number of times and have always had a good experience with their sales team. This past Friday is the first time I purchased a car from them. It was a used Honda with very high miles, but I got a good price and am very happy with the experience (kudos to David and Omar for helping me out). They let me to take it to my local mechanic for a once-over before purchasing it, and their service department corrected the couple of issues the mechanic uncovered (the brake rotors needed some work). A couple of days after bringing it home, there was another issue and I took it back and was treated fairly. I see they get some mixed reviews on Yelp, but I can tell you that my experience with them was great and I plan on giving them the first shot on my next new or used vehicle. read more

He along with the entire staff was kind, provided no pressure, and ended up offered a fantastic deal for the Fusion I ended up driving off the lot. I had sold my car on a Sunday and I was lost without a vehicle. I went home and looked for a vehicle and I saw that Razzari had a car I wanted. I give them a call and they setup an appointment immediately. I arrived there at 6:20 and Zachary walked out, he took my if, copied it and we went for a test drive . I was I intrigued with the car, so we went straight for financing, as I was ready to buy the car . Unfortunately I didn't drive off that night but the next day, Zach made sure to keep me notified..as soon as he heard back, he called me to let me know the car was ready .
