This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I set an appointment to look at a car. When I arrived it was as if no one had the time to come talk to me. When someone did acknowledge me they showed me the car, didn't ask me if I wanted to test drive it or run numbers. After the interaction became awkward I simply left. I was contacted after asking me if I still wanted to look at it since I didn't come in, I advised that I was in and did look at it but wasn't given the opportunity to drive it or buy it. Then when I came back the car was already sold. Set up an appointment to look at another similar vehicle. I show up the next morning and the vehicle is filthy both inside and out. We run numbers and I don't negotiate as the price was fine. I pointed out the broken rear window to which they just said "oh it shouldn't spread". When I get in to drive off in my new purchase, it had no charge at all. Then I discover the 12v battery also needs to be replaced. I agree to leave them the car over the weekend (which I am now paying interest on even though I hadn't taken delivery of the vehicle). They say they're going to charge it up and clean it for me. I show up Monday afternoon, car still wasn't charged, they did not replace the battery, and they did not clean it what so ever. A quick trip to have the tires properly inflated (because they weren't) showed that he tires with white paint which read "KEEP" were in fact not good, not only not good but older than the car itself. So I had to replace those. Oh and the car didn't come with a home charger at all. Worse vehicle purchase experience of my life and I've bought a lot of cars. No wonder this place has the reputation it does. read more

be cautious of the thief in financing (PL) when it comes to the extended warranty, they lie about the price (never giving you a price) by saying they'll get you the cheapest plan that has the most benefits, which was and is a lie, it came out to be $6000. I called the warranty company to cancel less than 6 days after and they told me that I had 30 days to cancel but I need to go to the dealership and sign the paperwork and have it submitted, so I did that the same day and waited 2 weeks and called back (I don't trust the RAZZARI FORD MAZDA THIEVES) and of course it wasn't submitted. the extended warranty company ended up emailing me the paperwork (pdf) to fill out and email it back myself. I wish other people could have seen how disappointed the person in financing looked after I said CANCEL for the 100th time, They kept throwing lie after lie to try and get me to keep it.. main lie was... just keep it for 3 months and then cancel it wont affect anything LIES LIES LIES.. I finally have had enough. Your arrogant sales managers who can't take accountability for not properly training their sales people and giving them the proper information. I have been looking for a Jeep for a long time. Trouble is, whereever I went people were impatient, greedy and rude. I just never came back. The mechanic at Razzari Ford did an exceptional job with everything from start to finish he was personally in contact with me every step of the way. Bought a used car from them July 2023. Jose was my salesperson and he was very accommodating by moving the car into the shade so that we could check it out in a cooler location since it was a very hot that day. My cousin, who was with me, recommended them for their honesty and reliability. The car had just been traded in that month so they had already replaced the tires, changed all oils and filters, smogged it and did all of maintenance that needed done. On the way home there was a noise, I heard, so I called Jose. He had me return there and there were a couple minor things that it needed so he had them replaced at their garage thinking that was the problem. However, I was still hearing a sound, after leaving, that I was pretty sure was brakes, so I called back and explained it to him. He was very nice about it and told me to go over to their garage, next door and he would tell them to check it and fix it if needed. After them finally hearing the sound also, they realized what it was. Having me leave it over night, since it was closing time, they installed new front rotors and brake pads, completing the job so I could pick it up by 9:00 AM, the next morning. They strive to make sure the customer is happy and safe before considering the sale complete. The price was very good, comparable to other online cars of that year, plus they sold me an extended warranty for 2 years. Matt, who finalized the paperwork, made sure to get the best interest rate and payments for me, because I told him I was on a fixed income being a senior citizen. So I've been to this location to service my vehicle several times. I called 2 days ago to get my vehicle serviced for a leak and they ended up changing my oil and airing my tires instead. Was the issue resolved might you ask? No. I basically came to the location and left the location with the same issue...I still have an oil leak. They wouldn't be able to service my vehicle AGAIN until the next week. Not only that but I would probably have to wait another 2.5 hours. When I say the service is bad here, it's actually really bad. You have a better chance of just going to the Jiffy Lube nearby or asking your neighbor to fix your car. I would rather pay more $ out of pocket to avoid waiting 3 hours in their really worn down waiting room. Definitely not coming back. read more

Took my 2021 Ford Expedition to get an oil change and when to pick it up after work didn't make it home the truck was burning and back firing call them and they just kept transferring me and it happen to be a Friday so the service department was close even though they close at 6pm so I had to wait till Monday so long story short my car is done they told me it needs a new engine because instead of charging the oil they just filled it up with more oil and drowned my engine so now they were supposed to set me up with a car rental and the manager was at lunch (Westin service manager) so they were to call me later to get a car rental well it's Wednesday no car rental no call back mean while I'm careless and they don't care.
