Appraiser confirmed but mistake was in handing check to body shop too early. A year later and truck still reminds me of the terrible experience Rick gave us. Greedy and imcompetent leadership from Dave(owner). If you do take it here for truck body repair make sure to look over your truck yourself. Horrible customer service sat here for 5 hours to get a recalled looked and for them to tell me the mechanics left and I have to leave it over night! Oh and they actually don't have the part in service so they have to order it. I had appointment. Which absolutely meant nothing! Doesn't mean anything! DO NOT TAKE TRUCK HERE I had mine go in for warranty work had Fernando service writer take truck in and ended paying out of pocket trucks a 2023 Peterbilt only 6 months old 15k miles and at first they couldn't locate parts and had no eta on them...so I then located parts myself at another Peterbilt dealership and told them they had them instock it took over a month to get me any answers back they finally said they could get the parts from other dealership truck finally got fixed then was stuck with a bill I called Harry the service manager and said he couldn't do anything for me when it specifically went in for warranty work only and my trucks been sitting for 2 1/2 months I will never do buisness with these guys again and I cancelled my new trucks on order with them. Truck was at dealership for a total of two and a half months not being able to be worked.. Worst dealership around and customer service sucks. read more

I rented a box truck to drive from IL to TX. As soon as I left with the truck, I noticed one of the headlamps was out. Roadside assistance was used to get a repair. Though Budget was very slow to process the assistance, the young man, Pablo, came and assessed the repair. He was so helpful, got the correct headlamp and checked all the lighting to made sure I was safe for my long drive. I highly respect and appreciate Pablo. read more

This placed is one of the worst I ever been, back in august we brought 2008 international 4300, because this truck is leaking fuel to the oil, they replaced the lift pump,and 6 injectors and the dpf filter. every repair in different times because they diagnose one repair and charged me for it, I drive my truck and find out that this is a wrong diagnostic and nothing changed so I ended up paying them $8999.88 plus oil changed every 3000 miles because of the leak. I have to drive my truck with fuel and oil mixed and after almost a year of driving it like that my motor is now leaking oil from every where (Fuel damaged all gaskets) I been in touch even with the owner of the dealer ship MR. Morganson, and even him stop answering the phone calls emails, we are a going to suit interstate truck center, because is not fair that keep our money and don't solve any of the problems on our vehicles. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. We called them about one week in advance to make an appointment for an oil change. Asked for the 1st appt. of the day. They said to bring it in next Fri. at 7:oo A.M. and they would be able to get right on it. I had my employee there at 7:00 A.M. They said they had to wait for open bay. My employee waited until 10:00 before they even brought the truck into the shop. At 10:30 they tell him that they do not have the OIL FILTER. They can drive to Stockton and get one, but it will not be here until 2:30. I told my employee to forget it and leave (after all I am paying him by the hour) and do his daily route. About 45 minutes later they say that they found the filter and to come back and they will GET RIGHT ON IT. Employee goes back here and has to wait AGAIN before they have an open bay( about 1/2 hour). They put the truck up on the rack AND THEN EVERYONE GOES TO LUNCH. Finally at 2:00 PM the truck has its oil changed, from our 7:00 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!! So, we lost a days work and I had to pay an employee for doing nothing. This is the second bad experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Took our International truck in for an Oil reading 6 weeks ago. We called and no one ever returned our calls, The while time the vehicle was there was not one called back. This facility is very unprofessional service you get (if you do) is so poor, I don't understand how they can be or stay in business. Finally, after no return call, we physically had to go down to the shop and ask what was wrong? The service manager replied" your tuck is fine?" We replied that it took 6 weeks to diagnose that? why have you not called or returned and of our calls? they had no reply and went in the back to bring us the vehicle and the oil sample stating everything was fine. This was a new rebuild engine that was installed shortly before . We had concerns because there was fuel smell in the engine oil. They went to start the after dealing with the front office only to have the battery completely dead and it wouldn't start. We originally drove the vehicle in at drop off. The service writer called back to tell us that the starter was fried, When we just had it replaced a month before we brought it in. They explained it was shorted out and it was nothing they did, We asked how? It had just been replaced, Still, they gave no reason why. We finally had to tow our Truck back And pay for a services that we did not receive. This facility has the worst customer service I have ever experience! I feel that should they make right by what hey were supposed to do originally, I would make right by retracting some of this review. If they do nothing, I hope that everyone reading this will never give them the opportunity to screw any one else in the future. read more

I would not even give them 1 star. Dropped my truck. It took a week to fix. Charged me almost 1000 dollars. Next day the same problem came back. Called Justin and I was told to drop the truck and will be looked right at. Dropped Friday around 12pm. Called back Saturday and was told nobody has touched the truck. So I picked it up because I already have lost a lot of days parked at international yard. So I bring it again next week on Friday and was told the same thing. Called Saturday and got the same answer from Justin that it won't be checked till Monday or Tuesday. Till now I called my card company and got their payment on hold. Now they are telling me to bring cash to pick up the truck. I don't understand how can I pay them when the problem is still there. I asked Justin and his answer was yup,yup,yup. Not good enough for me. In addition to yup he says that fuse box was damaged so they fixed that but fuse box was not giving me any problem. They fixed something that was not suppose to be fixed. hello everyone. so my truck got in an accident. damage to radiator, steering box gears, broken king pin on rear drive axle spring. damage to rear drive tire/wheel and fender. steps on fuel tank broke but no damage to tank. minor scratches to front bumper, front wheel hub cap came off and leaked oil but no damage to hub and bearings .Bent front driver wheel but no damage to tire. little dent on cooler charger unit. my truck is in the shop from 8/23/16 and it is still not fixed. they have changed several other things on the truck and it still is not complete. they have been telling me we waiting on parts and it will be done this week. they have been telling me that it will be dome for the last 2 weeks. today , 9/29/16 was the third week when it was to be completed so I went to check on it. when I got there ,Kerry , the receptionist says its not done and still needs work and also the frame is damaged. There was no damage to the frame at all. the accident was on the rear tires, so I asked to see the truck. upon looking at the truck I saw that not very much has been done and at the rate they working ,it will be there for another month or two. I saw that they have changed my fuel tank which was not required and I had even told them/Kerry that only my steps need to be changed. now they telling me that the insurance told them to change it, okay good , I got new tanks ,but they say they waiting on solenoid for new tank. I asked them what happened to the fuel, she tells me it was empty. the day the truck got in accident it had more than 3/4 tanks of fuel and I told the insurance agent and I have fuel receipt of how much I filled the night before the accident. I noticed they stole the towing hooks which was bolted to the frame of the truck. I pointed it out to Kerry and she says we don't know . Interstate Truck Center is a crooked repair shop. they just keep adding and changing parts on my truck because they know its being paid for by insurance. its good for me to have new parts on my truck even though I did not need them, but I have been out of work for more than a month and it will be another month and now I will even lose my contract. I had told the Progressive claims adjuster that I want to take my truck to Freightliner to get repaired, he said that progressive goes with Interstate truck center. seems like the repair shop keeps adding /charging things to replace on my truck and will get paid by insurance and the insurance agent gets a percentage of the repair cost. The repair shop and insurance agents are in a money making scam. read more
