I can't rate these guys less than 1 star otherwise I would. Bunch of liars trying to pass the buck when they screw up. There is no such thing as a VIP showing you clowns. When a customer is interested in a vehicle, make damn sure the vehicle is ready at the time scheduled which happened to be 5 days before the date. We even called a day before to confirm the appointment. We were told the vehicle would be in the showroom ready for us. We arrive on the date and time and our contact (sales) was not there. We spoke to someone else who led us to the car, which was not in the showroom. Instead, the car was in the backlot, extremely dusty and dirty interior and exterior, and was due to get serviced due to some engine issue we weren't made aware of. At that point, we were no longer interested in anything they had to offer even after driving 2 1/2 hours to get there just to be disappointed. My pregnant wife was not happy. The salesman called me while we were on the way to another dealership. And tried to justify/argue what happened. I politely told him the lack of communication between his colleagues was between them and not my concern and I was we were no longer interested. Nothing was done to make things right or at the very minimum a better visit. No apology, We visited another dealership and paid cash for a vehicle not even 40 minutes after we left. Att manager: I've bought several cars through the years with several different dealerships, and by far this was the worst experience I've ever had. Hire people who don't lie and who don't suck at communicating not only with customers, but with their own colleagues. Or at least train them correctly. I was helped by FRANK when I purchased my vehicle he seemed very helpful an friendly until it was time to purchase the vehicle he became very pushy an when it came time to answer important questions he avoided speaking to me an sent his coworker to speak to me that had zero knowledge of anything I was asking .. after buying the car because of lack of information I needed from him he left me in a horrible financial situation. Basically was lied to an I'm paying way over price value because he just wanted to make a sale . I would never recommend this place or him again !!! I saw a truck I want there so I contacted them to see if it was available they said yes. scheduled a appointment for 530. the sales guy verified the appointment for 5 and I had to correct him and say it was at 530. I arrived at 5:45 reaching out to the guy I was running 15 minutes late. got there and waited another 15 minutes. finally got to see the truck that I made a appointment to see and (verified it was available).to get notified I just had to drive around the corner because it was moved. i drove to look at it to find out that someone else was looking at it. i took it for a test drive just incase the other guy fell through. after the test drive i decide i wanted the truck so we went back to his office that was around the corner. we talked about the price and went back and forth for a little tell we agreed on a price. we agreed and he asked to run my credit knowing there was another possible buyer i asked him to verify the truck was available. he left and came back and said it was still available. we ran credit we talked over how much down was good. agreed on a down payment agreed on all terms i wrote them a check for the down payment. i bought a new car the first time in 16 years i was so excited. the salesman said the truck is locked up down the street so he cant get it for me. so i said that's fine i can get it tomorrow and we can finish the paper work tomorrow it was already past 8 and they had already started locking up. he said great ill have it detailed and ready for pick up tomorrow. i said perfect ill find a ride so i can drive it home. i got home and was so excited this is my first vehicle in 16 years. my first truck ever I've wanted a truck for the last 6 years but could never afford one. i finally did it. the following day at around 1 p.m. i got a text saying i didn't buy the truck the other guy actually bought it. me being confused asked how was this possible. i gave you a check for the deposit how is it not my truck. I'm still not sure what happed i called and talked to marry in finance and she couldn't really give me a answer I've wait a day to see if anyone else would call but got nothing from them. so if you decide to buy a car from them don't leave there with out keys in your pocket because putting a deposit or down payment means nothing to them even if you verify the availability hopefully i can find a better. ford dealership with better standards. good luck if you decide to buy with them its definitely a gamble. read more

Young short lady with glasses and curly hair is awfully rude horrible attitude. Razzari Ford NOT To Be Trusted It is typical a car salesman will screw you over. They verbally told me that credit checks are done with soft hits. I thought they were going to pull my credit for credit score to see where I stand but instead they put out hard hits and kept putting out hard hits until a lender responded. I now have a lot of hard hits on my credit for both Equifax and Transunion which greatly reduced my score. My guess is that they would have continued to put out hard hits endlessly if no lender replied. It takes 2 years for a hard hit to be removed from your credit. Too many hard hits can lead to future loan denials. For all you poor and low credit score folk out there, be aware that Razzari Ford is not to be trusted. Why? Because they verbally told me that credit checks are done with soft hits. read more

We were thankful to find a Ford dealer a few miles away, so we stopped at Razzari Ford. I had my van for sale on a few sites, right away I get a text from Toby Delgado, Acquisition Manager that he was interested in buying my van for their lot. I called him and gave him a very honest condition of my van. He ran the numbers and said "looks like we can give you a little over $11,000. I was VERY clear that my rear bumper needed replacing. I grab my husband and we drive over an hour in the van and another car to get back home. My van is evaluated and the offer of "a little over $11k" becomes $9,000. HE APPROACHED ME, GAVE ME THE NUMBERS, I DRIVE OVER AN HOUR, THEN YOU BACK PEDDLE! Not to mention the van is in otherwise excellent condition. After we get up to leave then says something about if we buy a car from them that number could change. I just wasted four hours of my life and many gallons of gas. DO NOT GO TO RAZZARI! Update 2: You're right Eric you weren't privy to the conversation with Toby. I quoted EXACTLY what was said to me. The pictures were stock photos of the inside of the vehicle. I will NEVER take my car here for service or repairs again. I've gotten the run around for 2 days. They say they will call you back....they don't. Over and over and over again I called THEM back and had to go down there to get answers. I had a 7am appointment and it was 2:30 pm before i was able to determine what was going to be done to the car. Day 2: I called over and over again to get an ETA for the work to be complete. It was 2pm before they Finally called me back and told me they only got one part for a 2 part kit. IT'S A KIT!! I don't know who runs this place but these flaky service advisors are horrible and should not be permitted to treat customers like this. What a joke. Yet another disappointing service experience at Razzari Ford. Went in for an inspection on a recall item. Told the scheduler that's what I was coming in for. When I met with the service agent, they basically said "Oh, that is a customer satisfaction notification" only. Unless you are having the actual problem, we don't offer an inspection. I said "Oh, so I have to breakdown first?". No, you'll get an error message before you break down! I said I wish they would have told me that when I scheduled the appointment and before I drove an hour to get there! So basically they said - we won't do an inspection for you for this recall item. Then I explained two other malfunction error messages I had received in the prior week - they said "Oh well, we'd have to run diagnostics to troubleshoot that" and I said well, I already have an appointment and I'm here, why not do it? They spent 15 minutes talking me out of doing it and telling me that "it's probably a technology glitch - you know, software is glitchy". I spent 35 years as a software developer, tester and support person at an International High Tech company so I know that software is "glitchy" but to actually advise me not to waste my time getting it checked out when the owner's manual says it is a possible "powertrain or 4WD failure" and to contact the dealer immediately is something baffles me. I went to this dealer initially because my vehicle was under warranty and I had a premium maintenance plan and it was the closest dealer. Now the vehicle is out of warranty and there is no way I will take it there for normal service anymore (I got my last service done by a local mechanic - fluid exchanges, etc. at literally HALF the price they quoted) but for recall/dealer only service it is the most convenient. Took my mom in to browse and test drive & walked out with an awesome new car!! We were skeptical at first. It's always intimidating to go into a dealership and half the time you can't walk around without a sales person hassling you, but this was not the case at Razzari! Hayley and Mr. White both made this experience an wonderful one for my mother! Although my mom is Spanish speaking, they made it easy for her to understand the process and made her feel very welcomed and In good hands! My mom requested particular things that the car was missing, such as the spare key and the owners manual and they made sure to order it for her free of cost!! The only complaint from us would be that the finance guy (can't think of his name) did manage to tack on unwanted warranty but it was a quick fix! We went in and removed that and it all worked itself out. We are looking forward to going in for the pick up of my mother's car manual, key and the promised detailing of her new vehicle!! Once again I am letting everyone know to never trust Razzari Ford. I have been waiting on a refund for work and parts I never got since August with the last promise made to me was that it was mailed on October 21. Still no check it's for over $1,000. I paid $2,300 and my car now leaks oil and has a ping yet they claimed they did work on it. I think for $2,300 my car should be brand new. All that was wrong was the key was loose, air conditioner worked half the time and dash lights. I fixed key by myself and lights are just a short. I feel discriminated against cause I am a woman. I purchased a 2003 Chevy avalanche from them in 2005, within there timeframe and mileage, they brag about this lifetime power train warranty on used vehicles. I've kept the same truck and now the front diff is out and the transfer case is making noise. I've called twice, told I would get a return phone call and nothing back. So do they have a lifetime power train warranty? Seems not, go somewhere else if you want help later on. Mary showed me the models that I was interested in. She was careful to go through all the technical aspects (engine, transmission, fuel economy, etc.) and features (dash display, seats, moonroof, etc.). She really knows her stuff! When I decided to finally buy a Ford Edge SEL, Eddie worked with me to get the best price and financing option available. I am so happy that I chose to go there to purchase my first car and would absolutely make the same decision again. SERVICE department only. This is a very difficult review to write because I love this company. I had set an appointment for a recall fix. Called the night before to make sure they had the part and was aware of the recall repairs. Arrived at 10:30 am (my appt time) and while dropping of the vehicle again verified that this was for a recall and an oil change. I was told I would be called when the work was completed. At 2:30 pm, took the liberty to call and check on the status, I was told the work had been completed and I never got the call I was told would be given to me. When picking up my vehicle, I asked was the recall done? Another service guy who was helping me checkout said, "It doesn't look like the recall was done" ...... ummm yea, but at least I got an oil change and tires rotated. I must say the serviceman that took care of the vehicle or the one that took in my vehicle seriously failed on all points. I only gave one star because there is not a lower rating. read more

The customer service was upsetting. I took my car for an oil change/recall (had appointment) and not once did they call me for an update. I called and it went to voicemail. Left voicemails for both Ruby and Andrew. When I finally spoke to Andrew he told me he could not help me because ruby was the guy that checked me in. He however said he would have him call me back in 30 minutes. 3 hours went by. I called again and they finally gave me an update. By this time it was so late I couldn't even agree to any recommendations offered. BUT that's not all it gets better. I get there to pay and pick up my vehicle to only wait at the cashier desk for 10 minutes while Andrew and Ruby chitchat right outside. I walked outside and politely asked for some help. Finally payed and got my keys. Then I went home to pick up my brother to help me take both cars home and when I went to turn it on. The car did not start. (By this time after hours, no help from Razzari) Jumped my car; went home and have been trying to talk to them all day today with promises of call backs and again 3 hour waits. Filled out the application and waited the following day to hear back and was told they could not help me. I was told they needed 30% down payment for a vehicle. The flyer clearly states that all credit applications are accepted and that they would work with me but bring told I needed to have 30% for a down payment on a vehicle is disappointing. Razzari Ford - 2018 Honda Pilot ex - Car Dealers Near Me - Merced, California

So, I dropped my vehicle off last week to have it looked at for a cluster of lights that was continuously coming on the dash as well as what I thought was a bearing issue. They charge 195 per issue so the total was to be 390. I get a call back and all of the problems relating to the cluster was an issue with the right wheel speed sensor . Bearings were never looked at. Upon asking why I am being charged 390, they claim that because there is a check engine light that is illuminated and it's a catalytic converter so that justifies the additional 195 since there was no bearing issue they try to find another reason to charge for something I never asked them to look at nor did I mention a check engine light!! I booked an appointment elsewhere to have it assessed since they are wanting to charge an astronomical amount to fix what is necessary. This morning I was told it was taken apart and they would have it put back together in an hour or less. I call back past the hour, get put on hold, only to be told the person I needed to talk with wasn't at the desk.
