We came back the next day, we enjoyed it so much. Relaxing and friendly. And dog friendly which has my heart ! The entertainment was a lovely lady singing jazz. The patrons all around us was happy, friendly and not rushed! This was a breath of fresh air for me. I can't wait to come back My visit to Downtown Cary... put me in the market to rent there. Love this place! Nice inside and outside seating with cool women power themed artwork. The bartenders are wonderful and do a great job offering suggestions on what to drink. A girlfriend and I stopped in after dinner for a short drink and fell in love with the girls safe space vibe. You scan a QR code for the menu and a server will come get your order. I loved that it's no sports playing or overwhelming alert vibe women are oh so trained to have in the world. You almost can relax and chit chat and enjoy beautiful puppy whilst enjoying your champagne and light snacks. I definitely look forward to coming again and enjoying more at RBF. What a great addition to downtown Cary! I checked out this spot with some friends. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be tricky but not too difficult where you can't find a spot. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed by the staff and seated at the bar. Bridget provided A1 service!! She took care of us! They have an extensive menu which became overwhelming pretty quickly for me but Bridget provided some recommendations based on our preferences and we were able to sample them too. The vibe is very chill. They have hip music and plenty of tables for food, drinks, and conversation. And the bathroom--omg!! The best public bathroom I've been to in a while. It's clean and they provide everything you need from tampons to hair ties to mints. I was impressed. And most importantly, they provide a livable wage to all employees so tipping is not required. What an amazing concept and way to go to management for advocating this for their staff! I don't live close to business but I will surely be back to support. Great experience all around! read more

My friends and I love this place. I came with my friends multiple times and we had a great time both times. So I decided to do my birthday party here last Nov 10th. From the beginning till the end, my communication with the owner was spot on. I didn't have to worry about anything because she put my mind to ease that it will be fine. I had about 30 people and she accommodated us inside because of the weather. Our guests was so appreciative about that. The vibe and the decor are awesome. And the food was great. We had some guests that has diet restrictions and she accommodated that request as well. They're all so good. The bubbles and other drinks were so good. We all got drunk I think, at least I am. The most important thing that's why it was an awesome night was because of the owner and staff. They are amazing even during the time when I visited with friends. My guests had a great time and I couldn't thank RBF enough for the experience. I will for sure recommend this place for party and just a place to hang out with your best friend. Love this concept! Its a different vibe for downtown Cary. Its classy, fun, and edgy. Pros: Good vibe, nice patio, upscale energy and decor. Cons: - The fire pits on the patio were producing a lot of smoke (maybe the wood wasn't dry enough?) and the doors were open to the inside. You couldn't get away from it, inside or out, and we were left with a headache and smelling like a bonfire. - The no tip model is good, but only if it's properly executed to justify the high prices. They're very open and up front about not accepting tips but the receipt still asks for tips. Feels like a bait and switch. - They ran out of a Prosecco at 7p on a Saturday night with a packed house. The mocktails are confusing - the menu states you can order a mocktail with sparkling wine, but i was told i couldn't because they were out of mocktail mix (but I didn't ask for a mocktail). I was provided with juice and sparkling wine instead but no rosemary or muddled cucumbers. Maybe just a result of not being open long enough yet but it was confusing. Probably need more time to understand what they need to stock. read more

My group of three sat on a long couch across from 2 chairs occupied by 2 different groups of people during our stay. The seating encouraged conversation and community without feeling uncomfortable, crowded, or forced. Our server was helpful, attentive, and thorough. We enjoyed her company along with everyone else we met at RBF! If you're a girls girl, I'm telling you... go here, like, now. I feel like good food and drinks at a restaurant is the bare minimum. RBF easily meets the requirements there. We stayed for 3 hours and ordered s'mores, charcuterie, bruschetta, mock tails, and a bottle of champagne. Every item was delicious - and not something I feel like I could just throw together at home. So we've got the food, the service, the ambiance. Everything wonderful... but what makes this place special? The magical decor features dozens of powerful women at all stages of life. There is a fully stocked all gender bathroom that genuinely makes the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The no tipping model allows you to know your total as you order, and I think providing servers a living wage is absolutely epic. I have visited RBF a few times now. I've been there in the middle of the week, on crazy busy weekends, and for private events. Every time the vibes, food, and service have been spot on! As a former server, I appreciate having gratuity included with the option of tipping extra (which I always do) and knowing the staff is being paid a living wage because then I don't feel guilty hanging around for a while. Otherwise, I feel bad taking up a seat for too long because I know they need volume tips. No matter how slammed they are, the staff and owner are so kind and patient, and fast!
