They swapped out my battery that was brand new for an old one that died on me when I took my car home. They told me they lost my battery.... I had to get aggressive with them so they would replace my battery. If you look close to the work done (paint, headlights, and front bumper replacement) there's plenty of imperfections in the work. It looks like there's stuff under the paint. My headlamp leak when it rains. The hardware behind the front bumper to mount my license plate is missing. They also like to go to pick a part and get used parts for your car. They'll charge you for new parts though. This is the worst place. If you wanna get swindled. This is the place for you.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I was originally told that the parts…read moreand work they performed would be covered under a lifetime warranty for as long as I owned the vehicle. Unfortunately, when I needed to use that warranty, my experience was very different. My dashboard displayed a "Headlight System Error," so I returned to the shop expecting the issue to be properly inspected and diagnosed. Instead, I was told that the entire headlight assembly needed to be replaced. I was then informed that the headlight was not covered under warranty and that I would have to pay approximately $771, including labor, for a used headlight. I contacted the shop by text and specifically asked them to clarify what parts and repairs were actually covered under the warranty, since this did not match what I was originally promised. Despite my repeated attempt to get clarification, I received no response for several days. The quality of the work I previously received was good, but good workmanship does not make up for poor communication and unclear or inconsistent warranty practices. If a business advertises lifetime warranty coverage, customers should be given clear, written terms explaining exactly what is and is not covered. I feel that I was given one set of expectations when I paid for the repairs and a completely different answer when I attempted to use the warranty. That is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, misleading. I have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this matter. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this shop get all warranty promises and coverage details in writing before authorizing or paying for repairs.
