I bought my white 96 Honda in very bad condition, I needed help getting dents out of my car and was in need of a paint job. A friend of mine told me about RC auto so because I already heard good things about it I thought I'd give it a try. So I stopped by got to know Mr. RC the man who would be working on my car he was very friendly and patient with me. Sure enough he was #1 on my list, so I left my car with him and I couldn't have been any more happier with the results. My Honda was pearly white the inside was so shiny and clean. The tint on my window was really bad blurry could barely see out of it, he went out of his was to remove it so that I would be able to see. He also cleaned my lights so they were no longer dim, my AC was like new after his help. So if you're reading this I give him a 10/10 I can see in the way he cares for his clients and their cars that he loves what he does and there's no one else I would recommend or refer you to beside to RC auto concept. I have been in two accidents within the first few months I got my new car. I was recommended to this shop by his son who knows my father. First it was my back bumper and than most of the front of the car the second time. Both times he thoroughly explained the plan for my car to get fixed. He constantly updated us on how it looked and how it was going to get finished. He would send pictures and explain what he already did and what was the next process to get done. The first time he explained how insurances get you and try to move around the truth which surprised me a lot, but made me feel secure with him and made me trust him with my car and money! Rc is a stand up guy! I came in to get an estimate on a possible bumper repair. Rather than try something he knew wouldn't last, he told me the honest truth. Unfortunately my bumper couldn't be repaired and I needed to replace it. Rc explained the reasoning behind this decision and in a clear format I could understand. He even took 10 minute out of his time to stabilize my bumper from its dangerous position, and for free!
