Our technician, Sergio, quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. A previous technician had immediately told us we needed a completely new unit because ours was old. Sergio was honest and told us that wasn't necessary. In less than 20 minutes, our AC was blowing cold air again. What really impressed us was that Sergio came fully prepared with all the equipment and supplies needed to fix the issue on the spot. Carl gave a set appointment time after working with a 2 to 4 window. He arrived on time and had all info from my previous cleaning. Explained what he planned to do and got right to work. Cleaned all venting systems in the dryer and also went on roof and cleaned the roof exhaust. Left a magnet on dryer with next anticipated cleaning date. Pricing is very inexpensive compared to repairs caused if the dryer caught fire!
