Zhanna essentially PM'd getting the trucking company insurance involved, getting the glass ordered, getting the car to and from the glass repair shop... and THEN doing a fantastic job on the PPF and Modesta coating. I didn't ask for her to take it on, she just did. All that would have been extraordinary on its own, but the work I actually brought the car in for was also fantastic. Although it was a brand new car, like many new cars, there was some paint correction to be done. That, as well as the PPF turned out flawless.
