However, due to my own personal circumstances, I chose to navigate without the rental and even still they were able to meet my expectations above and beyond with having the vehicle ready all polished up shined up painted up the paint matches to Ati mean, I feel like Damn....I got a brand new car right! Wonderful customer service from the phone to the door to the service itself. Like the services they have provided have been above and beyond what I would expect and the pricing was reasonable. I own a 2023 GMC Duramax and it was nearly totaled by my insurance company due to the damage on the drivers side. Both doors and part of the uniframe were trashed. Repairs on such bad damage are always noticeable. ACP is the only shop I've ever seen bring it back to factory specs. Joe Ortiz and Brenda Trujillo treated me like a VIP through the entire process. Their customer service and hospitality acumen cannot be compared any shops I ve ever dealt with. My search for the best is over. FINALLY!! P.S. ACP did work on my truck that was not a part of my contract. They washed, wax and installed a side mirror. I will never go anywhere else!!

DJ worked on my estimate, and I met several of their staff who were all personable, but I primarily dealt with Juston. I originally stopped by and talked to Juston Oleson (his name is on the building) about some minor paint work on my Subaru, and he gave me a tour of the shop and talked about his approach. Competition paint works on cars old and new, and classic cars are their passion. Juston is a nice guy, and takes pride in his work. Based on the first conversation, and condition of the shop, I had planned on bringing in a side mirror and some trim for paint. The universe had other plans. I was in a pretty serious car accident in August. I thought for sure that my beloved classic BMW was a total loss. Juston worked with me and my insurance company to perform a high quality repair, replacing the quarter panel on a 35 year old vehicle. I work on my own cars as a hobby, but this repair is a serious undertaking, and this shop delivered. Yes, good things take time. My car was in repair for several months. Throughout the process, Juston and DJ communicated with me, worked with me on sourcing hard to find replacement parts, and delivered my car back to me in better condition than prior to the accident. They told us they found a problem with the transmission which might still be covered by Power Train warranty. 2019 vehicle so it wasn't, but took it to Gresham Ford. They did inspection, diagnostics, test drive and found zero problems. Thankfully Ford waived the $199 diagnostic fee, which was kind of them, otherwise it would have been a $350 oil change. Wanted to patronize a local business, but won't be going back.
