Highly recommended. I have an old nitro car that's been sitting for over 10 years. Engine was a bit seized up. Guillermo spent about 5 minutes and got the pull start moving again. Popped in store today. Great selection of hobbyist RC. I asked the associate for something faster than the Amazon crap we've purchased in the past which can be $60. Something tough, durable and fast. We had a selection of 3 trucks to choose from in the $100-$200 range. We picked one at the top of our range for $200. The Traxxis TR4MT. We charged it fully change the mode to its speed/race mode and I kid you not this thing is half the speed of what we'd get on Amazon. I call the store and ask if we return it since it's not fast at all and they say no returns even with receipt if the rc is open. Odd policy in this day and age. Also considering at the store we did ask if we could see it out of the package and they said absolutely not. Also the truck feels super cheap. A bit disappointed. Won't be able to go back due to the return policy here. It should be 7 days no questions asked if you're not happy for a full refund. read more

RC Visions customer support is a joke. A local place to buy RC toys. I bought a RC car that did not work out of the box, found a lot known issues with the car, never got it to work and then found an alarming No Returns policy. I never buy from a retailer that does not support what they sell. Buying something that does not work out of the box, leaves me to ship it to the manufacturer which takes a long time. On Amazon. I could have bought the car for less with a flawless return experience. While I have not approached the store I'm not optimistic about resolving the issue right away so my boy can play with his new toy. Many things did not work and they are known issues out of the box. I purchased 4 remote controls cars for $625.00 at Christmas and was told any concerns come on back. I had an issue with one battery a $20.00 value. I returned to the store to see what can be done as well as buy a few extra as back ups. It is then that I was informed information to not let the battery run out. This facility doesn't warranty anything you purchase so don't spend your money here. If you do , ask what they cover before spending your hard earned money at Rob's RC shop. I purchased two Arrma Mojave 6s with accessories, spent $1950.00. Within the first week, one of the trucks worked out of the box with no issue, the other had issues with the steering servo. You figure Rob's RC would assist. Instead, they told me to contact Horizon and deal with it through Arrma's warranty. Instead of waiting for a response (which I am still waiting) i purchased a new servo. Spent another $40.00 on an Eco servo to make the car work. That servo burned out a few days later. Instead of spending more money at Rob's RC shop, I bought servos on Amazon (2 for $40), saving money. Amazon sells the exact items they do at a discounted price, and they provide a warranty for faulty equipment. Do your homework before you spend your hard-earned money. read more
